I don't usually make reviews but after repeatedly telling the nail lady that her digging in my toe hurt she continued to. Then I ask her not to clip my nails and to file them down she proceeded to clip them. This is my toe a week later I don't know what she did but my toe is big and sore. Along with that everyone's attitude is like your bothering them, like your question are inconvenient. It was not a good experience. I'll continue going to solar nail 3 minutes from here. read more

Her sister Anna is the best.. she has been doing my nails for about 15 years.. every time she left a place I followed her.. she always works for family.. that's loyalty.. I never get broken nails and she doesn't do sloppy work. They work with the best products.. Vivian also does great nails as well.. I will NEVER go to another place.. Vivian also told me that the original techs stayed there.. that says a lot about Vivian.. they are the sweetest people I know in this business.. By far the worst thing I've ever experienced I went there thinking everything was gonna be peach and cream I am not picky on my nails and toes except once I told the man that was doing my nails I wanted a pedicure they quickly put me into the pedicure chair and he came over and finished my nails. He did not have anything sanitary, The gel machine to finish off my nails and what I wanted was basic. The lady that did my toes had no idea what she was doing I told her I like my toenails long and she completely ripped it off as you can see in the picture I will never go back there I spent way too much money to ever go back. Don't ever go here, it's so ghetto!!! I said it GHETTO!!! The customer service isn't there and that's why there's so many bad reviews. They rush every customer and I heard multiple people tell the techs they were hurting them or cutting their skin. I got my eyebrows done and told her to keep them thick and they were thin pencils, I hate them and have to wear them this way. At first I was satisfied with my nails but just for them to start lifting a week later. The biggest no was that they charged my card twice and told me to wait a week for the charge to reverse and it never did. They put my account in negative and still keep telling me to call my bank. Went in last Friday to get my nails done. Not even one week pass and they were coming off. I decided to go back in to get them fix. A gentleman greeted me at the entrance. I show him my payment to proof I was there last Friday. Then proceeded to show him my nails that were coming off. The guy just said okay go wash your hands. While he was finish off my nails. He ask me if I wanted my rhinestones back to which I said yes. He said okay well I'm going to charge you 50 dollars. I had already paid them 80 dollars on Friday. I've decided not to get them back on. Which there was no reason to repay what I had already paid for. Honestly there's more to tell on how I got treated there. But I will just leave it here. DO NOT COME HERE if you want to preserve your soft skin on your hands and feet ! I Will never waste my money here ever again. The tech I would see was never talkative , he was rude , and rough and always insisted I get a full XL nail tips to upcharge me. I would spend anywhere between 250-300 for my nails and toes every 3-4 weeks for a whole year because they would just make up their pricing. They don't treat you with kindness and forget about scheduling an appointment, they do not care ! They damage your nails and feet by over-filing ,drilling, and shaving which caused my skin to be dry all over from heel to toe. The acrylic and monomer they use would cause my skin to peel off around my nails and on my finger tips. One of the pedi techs made a rude comment like "you need lotion!" I responded "no, what I need to do is stop coming here because you have ruined my soft feet!" I didn't tip and I never returned after that . I caught a really bad fungal infection here because they are not sanitary at all ! It has taken a year to get my skin back to normal. Invest in yourself ladies and do your own nails and toes. You can find a $30 kit on Amazon .Stop letting these shops damage your skin and nails with all of those toxic products and dirty brushes and other tools etc . Invest in polygel. Watch some tik tok/youtube videos and save your money. Let places like go out of business for how they treat their paying customers. read more

Then he took time to ensure that each nail was painted like the photos I brought in. He did a great job! My nails are 5 stars!!! The salon was nice and it seemed like there were lots of regulars. I've been MULTIPLE times to this salon and usually the work is stellar. This most recent time I got a pedicure and a fill on my acrylic. I had the experience of getting them both done at the same time which was super Cool! BUT. The man who was doing my fill was clearly not great at his work compared to everyone else. The fill was sloppy and had hard edges at the top and they started lifting quite quickly. They've lasted a few weeks until two fell off in the past 2 days which is fine until you see the MASSIVE AMOUNT OF FUNGUS IN MY NAIL BRO. Well, before coming here I had my nails done with Kaylie the manager at this new salon NAILStudio when she use to work at Azul Day Spa Salon so I figured oh, nice she's not too far from me. Prior to getting my nails done, I called this nail salon and told her that my nail was damaged. She asked if it was bleeding etc. nothing was wrong with it besides being broken. On December 14TH, I got my nails done with nail tech name Lily. Within 11 days, I started noticing my nail had something dark underneath so I took the nail off and turns out I got a bacterial infection on my middle finger. Green/yellow/black. They were closed Christmas Day and the day after so I couldn't speak with them. Called the following day and spoke to the manager of the salon Kaylie and sent photos to her personal cell phone because she asked me to. She said she would call me back and never did. I called her the next day and spoke with her. She was telling me that I need to take better care of my nails repeating this at least 5 times in a row. Her response and lack of urgency is pathetic. She said if it was a week she would've given me a refund back and hung up one me. I tried calling back several times and have been ignored. Very unprofessional and rude! I went to this place today to get a pedicure. I arrived at the place with gel on my toes. I kept asking why they weren't going to soak my gel off. The gentleman kept saying that I didn't need to. He used a drill to get the gel off of my toes. I came home after my pedicure to find my toe nails BRITTLE, BENDING AND PAINFUL!!! After paying $55 to get a pedicure ($5 of which they charge to remove gel from your toes) I will never go back - your technicians need to be taught to remove certain products properly.
