Hands down the worst experience ever.. Went in to treat myself for a birthday pedicure went in around 5pm, got sat in the chair right away, but then proceeded to sit and wait for someone for 35-40 minutes. Finally after getting someone over they did the wrong nail color and cut my nails to short and the massage was half assed, so I asked them to redo them the right color and after that he seem irritated. While redoing them felt like he just didn't care anymore and was aggressive on my feet while taking the polished off and filing them.. Finally when I was done I went to pay and the cashier said "oh you're the last one here, next time come earlier" which I found extremely rude to say after I waited on them and got the wrong color. I paid $75 for bad toes and crappy service, little upset and disappointed. read more

I've been going since they opened and have been very happy with Hannah and Quinn's service! I have thin nails- they've always been a problem and Hannah has been working hard on doing what's best and my tips and gel polish now lasts easily 2-3 weeks (I'm hard on my hands!) I've had the spa manicures which are wonderful and enjoyed a spa pedicure. In my 4 years of being in this area I've been to no less than 5 nail salons and I would recommend Nailush overall of them!!! I was going to the nail shop for a couple years.. I would always tip and even refer different people to this nail shop. I normally would get serviced for my nails by the lady. I believe her name is kylie the owner's girlfriend. One day they overbooked and the male owner had to do my nails, which was not my first choice. He gave me a very nasty attitude and put my nails on crooked i'm assuming because it was late and they were closing. After he told me he wouldn't fix it. I politely got up and left when I got home. I realized they blocked me on Instagram as if I hadn't been a loyal client. Very disappointed they do good work, but some of them are very rude. Customer service is not there.!! read more

I been coming here for a total of 5 times. Eddy did my nails and tonight I was really disappointed the only thing I liked was the color. I got stiletto and he asked me was the size ok based off the pinky finger. It was ok but doesn't mean the other size of my nails were. My nails we're awful I don't even want to show them different sizes different shape. Then he asks me what's wrong I tell him and he gets mad and wants to argue. This place is great to go and get your nails done but I do not care for the customer service. Called to let them know 3 of 10 of my nails have broken within the week and a half I had them. I just wanted them off at this point because I spent $55 for the full set that didn't even last. I showed up and they had me wait 2 hours to get me in a chair. Not including the time they took to just take my nails off. Then you charged me $10 to take them off, when this was done by your staff and is clearly your nail techs fault for making my nails so weak. Crazy lol. read more

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon and had a great pedicure. Zen was awesome amd made great conversation. This is my new nail place....clean, lots of color selection, and quick walk in service. There were many pedicure options and the range went all the way from basic ($20ish) to super fancy ($75+). There are options for everyone....I choose the fruit based pedi and paid $35. It included all I wanted and the sugar scrub was combined with crushed fruit (the acidic enzymes I'm sure do something fancy, maybe extra exfoliation?) I believe the staff here have great talent and do an amazing job, but for some reason lately they have not been able to give me what I ask for. I specifically asked for Jay via appointment and wanted yellow ombré nails with a 3D sunflower. I see their posts on IG all the time doing 3D designs. But apparently Jay couldn't do it because my nails "were too short" so he ended up drawing on the sunflowers, and they do not look like sunflowers at all. He also wasn't paying attention and drew the sunflowers on different fingers. Even though they are cute, it's not what I asked for and I'm a little disappointed Jay said he can't do designs on shorter nails but only on long nails. Definitely not worth paying an extra $70 vs the $50 I usually pay for the same quality work. I guess all of us who prefer shorter nails are doomed when it comes to 3D designs. Guess I'll just have to stick with polish, glitter, and bling nails in the future as I do not want to get longer nails just so I can get a 3D design. read more

I read some negative reviews & was hesitant to try Nailush Studio. However they are close to my new apartment, open on Sunday and take walk ins so I have it a shot. The salon is very pretty & updated. Pedicure was nice, relaxing and reasonably priced . I got gel polish and love it, they turned out great. The employees were friendly & accommodating . This place is GARBAGE. Went for dip and they made me get tips since the shape of mine weren't all the same supposedly but asked to have them filed. They refused. I had Eddie start my nails and some unfriendly person do the remaining part. She/He did terrible. The worse I have ever had and the dip was globbed on and 3 coats of gloss on top seemed quite excessive. She/He said "I know what to do" when I said what I wanted fixed. I will NEVER go here again and telling my 2 other routine goers to never go here again. This place is trash and unfriendly! They gave me a wooping $5 off when I said I won't ever be back and refused to tip the terrible worker.
