My first visit to Coco Nails was terrific. I was welcomed in and Staff seemed friendly. I really liked the gal who did my manicure pedicure. I liked her so much that I booked with her another time. Unfortunately, though I made an appointment with the same gal I did not get her. Language was a barrier so the gal who did my nails didn't understand what I was asking for. In addition, she trimmed the sides of my fingers and toenails even though I told her not to. At a certain point, it just wasn't worth saying anything. I just left paid and I won't go back. I notified them and didn't hear back. In addition, I was charged for a French manicure, even though I didn't get any polish on my fingernails. I didn't realize until after the fact. I really wanted to like this place, but I won't go back. read more

I've been coming to this salon since earlier this year, and while the quality of the nail work itself has been ok, I've noticed a repeated pattern that makes me uncomfortable. Every time I visit, the staff asks me, sometimes loudly, if I'm aware of the price like I cant afford the service. I've never once questioned their pricing or shown concern about payment, yet they feel the need to "double" or "triple" check with me each time. Today, there was a small misunderstanding about which service I wanted (which I didn't mind), but once again, the nail tech asked out loud if the price was "good for me" and mentioned the $15 difference, right in front of others. I've observed that they don't do this with other customers. It's disappointing to experience what feels like stereotyping based on assumptions about who can or can't pay. Because of this repeated treatment, I won't be returning to this salon. The incident today (Halloween) involved the a plus-size nail tech wearing a black shirt with bunny ears, seated next to me at the time. The lady doing my pedicure was very sweet and nice and I feel bad for writing this review but this stereotyping has to stop. Not every multi-millionaire walks around this place dressed in Versace sometimes they're just in casual attire. read more

This was my first time here, they weren't busy at all which was great since I was a walk in. The salon is very nice inside and clean. I had a dip manicure which was $48 before tip. So not bad, I am very happy with how my nails turned out. I will be back here in a couple weeks for a new color and a pedicure. read more

They had it perfectly timed so we barely had to wait and I was done the same time as him. I showed Chris (nail tech) what I wanted for nails off my Pinterest and he nailed it. The good news is, I was a walk-in for pedi and had less than a 10 minute wait. Good color choices for regular polish from DND. The water was way too hot and I needed more cold added, my feet were so red. The lady who did my pedi didn't do a good job with my polish and had to request it done twice on 2 toes. She did a decent massage. Didn't get into my ingrowns with her as she didn't have much english speaking. The owner is super nice. I went to get my nails done on Friday for a mani and pedi with Lana and had a wonderful experience! She has SO MANY colors in regular polish and SNS. She shaped my nails to make them more of a coffin shape and I love them. I had SNS on my nail from another salon and when she was removing it she was firm and gentle at the same time. She is professional, punctual with time and the salon is beautiful and modern. Lana is so good with acrylics and real nails. For the past few years I have gone back because I know I am in amazing, capable hands! I have frequented the original Lana's Nails & Spa location for a couple years and am so happy with this second location! I drove by probably 50 nail salons before arriving at Lana's,but it was worth the drive! My daughters and I went for "back to school" nails. I called ahead and made an appointment and we were the only the only people in salon. They were so kind and had patience working with my daughters (I feel like most places get irritated when you bring kids in). The salon was very clean and Lana helped pick out all our colors! I appreciated that it was not busy so we could relax and not feel rushed. The last place we went I felt like we were at a factory and they tried to rush and get us out as soon as they could. Lana took her time doing dip on my nails, she didn't use the drill to trim my cuticles (which always makes my nails so tender and thin). They look perfect! We will be back! read more

Made an appointment for a dip. Sat for awhile before I was seated. One tech started, a different one finished. He only put 2 coats on my nails, and did not even up the lengths. When I went to leave he charged my for a pedicure and a dip, $110 and was a bit defiant when I explained I only has a dip. Within 24 hours three nails chipped. Never going back. read more

Worst pedicure I have ever had! Spent extra for the tropical pedicure for the callus removal and the tech only used a electric file on my calluses. Did not get rid of my calluses at all. THe tech was also running the front desk so half the time she was leaving to help customers or on her phone. She was in a rush the whole time. Paint job looked like a child did it and my feet are scaly and very dry immediately after. I ended up removing polish and repainting myself as soon as I got home. Not a happy customer!
