I was dreading trying to find a new nail tech after mine switched careers. After looking at the reviews and their IG pics, I decided to give CoCo's a try. MAN! So glad I did!! They came out perfect! Shae is so sweet and her attention to detail is unmatched! Great customer service in the shop, super friendly and you can book online which I love.

I've been coming here for about 2 years now and they just had a recent change in management and the service is even greater(new owners are very friendly and personable) . Go ask for Tyler! This was my first time here, they weren't busy at all which was great since I was a walk in. The salon is very nice inside and clean. I had a dip manicure which was $48 before tip. So not bad, I am very happy with how my nails turned out. I will be back here in a couple weeks for a new color and a pedicure.

Hands down best walk-in nail salon I've ever been to. My partner and I walked in both to get mani- pedis. I was going to take longer since I was getting a full set. They had it perfectly timed so we barely had to wait and I was done the same time as him. I showed Chris (nail tech) what I wanted for nails off my Pinterest and he nailed it. Better than I hoped for. Also, Nancy did a great job with my pedicure. I have sensitive feet with calluses. She was able to remove them without any pain. Which I haven't had much luck with in the past. I usually end up regretting pedis for that reason. She was very attentive and professional

I know how scary it is when nails shops change ownership...But this change is for the good. I promise. Kim the new owner is so Amazing! She really listens and goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy. They invested in all these new dip colors and they are awesome. It's seems like they have more staff now too. It's nice and clean and the small upgrades they have done made a big difference. Ric is so great when I call to schedule appointment. He always fits me in.

I have been a client of Lana's for just over a year. I am always elated with my nails! I get long acrylics & often like to change my shape from square to coffin, to almond. I came to Lana for the first time today and I'm so impressed. I am from out of state so I didn't know where to go and picked her place. I got an acrylic fill and she reshaped my nails so beautifully, gave me a fresh new color and even did a little design on them. She went so fast, I was in and out in 30 minutes. Great salon, it's family owned. Super nice employees and it's clean. They have lots of pretty colors to choose from. Chris did my nails, he's very nice, and he's efficient. Salon hot. Had SNS mani and pedicure done. Both horrible. Colors in books they provide did not match the color when placed on whatsoever. They just shrugged their shoulders. Will never go back. Had to have both redone as they were so poor at a different salon. read more

I just moved to Phoenix a few days ago! I'm currently halfway through my pregnancy and absolutely love taking the time to get my nails done. I chose this place based on the convenient location to my new house as well as the great reviews! I also have an extreme allergic reaction to acrylic and gel products. So I was hesitant to go to a new place. However, Lana was so accommodating in getting both me and my mom an appointment. She even made some great recommendations for places to go in the area. She made sure I was comfortable throughout my entire visit, showing me the restroom and offering me and my mom something to drink. She also took the time in educating me on the products she was using. And also asked about my allergy so she knows how I can be affected. She walked me through everything she did to my nails, and made sure to take precautions and kept them nice and healthy! I have not gotten a reaction at all. I am extremely pleased and this will be my new go to place to get my nails done while I'm living here! read more

Very rude. I walked in after making an appointment and she belittled me telling me that I didn't and I needed to figure out what salon I had called to make an appointment. Will not be returning after using this location for over 15 years. New Nails at Lone Mountain and Cave Creek is a great alternative. read more

I went in for a pedicure and acrylic nails. it was suggested I try a new type of nail. I must have misunderstood something when I agreed because they were press ons. I paid over 120, and I left a tip still because they tried to fix the issue of appearance however these nails will likely break in less than a week. I honestly feel scammed. I could have bought press ons at Walgreens for 14 dollars... not 80. I think the staff was nice enough but it's just not worth the money... and time, took 3 hours. My mother went too and was very disappointed with her nails as well. Her nails were very inconsistent. I am new to the area and thinking because this is a nice area it would be okay.. but this was the worst nail experience I've ever had. read more

I went to Lana's to have my acrylic nails removed and I literally had the worst service of my life at a nail salon. While she was grinding my nail down, the tool slipped and actually cut the entire underside of my finger from tip to tip and I bled all over the place. I've been knicked before and cuticles cut too short, but never had my finger completely sliced open. She proceeded to just hand me a band aid. I told her no, I needed to wash my hand and had to request she give me an alcohol wipe from a first aid kit. The only time she apologized was when I was leaving after she charged me FULL PRICE. What a joke!! You would think some kind of discount would have been offered. Hopefully they sanitized all the tools she used because blood dripped everywhere! read more

I had an ombre dip and pedicure today...FANTASTIC! I've been to 5 different salons in the past 3 months trying to find a really good nail salon, and I've finally found it! Lana's is a smaller salon, clean and peaceful. This is the first time in 3 months that I actually relaxed while getting my nails done. Iv been coming to Lana for 2 years now, she does exactly what I want every time and always slays it. When she moved locations, I followed her because she is that GREAT. She takes her time to perfect it and is so detail oriented. I have broken my nails when they have been done at any other salon. Now nobody else but Lana does them and they always last 2 weeks or beyond. Best service! read more

My pedicure with Lisa was great but she did not do a good job at all with my manicure. When I got home I saw that my nails were messy and the tips on most of my fingernails were really rough. When I called Alex, the owner, he could have cared less. I'll not return to this salon. read more

OK this place is just plain gross and dirty! I know they are re-modeling and it will be dusty - but when the nail table is filthy-tools not sanitized before using on customer and it takes over 2 hours to have your nails done? I'm not sure who the owner is (maybe the lady who sleeps in the chair)? She does wake up when its time to pay though. Everything is questionable at this nail salon. And I don't see any certificates anywhere that they are licensed? But IDK - I'm not going back. This is the kind of place you end up with a nasty staphylococcus infection. And btw I think the other 5 star reviews are most likely fake - 4 reviews all in the same 24 hours - right... read more

I had my gel polish removed and she only got about half of it. She only massaged one arm and hand for like 10 seconds, but not the other one haha?! I don't know if maybe it's not included? I didn't need one but it was just very odd. I still had skin left around my nail beds. The nail tech was definitely sweet and nice enough. But in this economy, that sadly won't cut it for these prices. Will definitely go somewhere else next time where I know I can get good quality for the price.
