Went for a gel mani / gel pedi . I thought everything was fine , except the polis /gel started chipping and flaking off within a day , by the end of the week , it was horrible ! It was all chipped off and my nails were breaking off all rough and thin. So the next week I was going to return and tell them what. Shitty job they did , but actually just went to coco nail , and they couldn't even soak them off ! Whatever product pro nail used was WRONG . Someone wasn't paying attention! My god people how many gel manicures do you do in a freaking day!!!???! This should never happen this day and age , too much competition out there for you to Be incompetent!!! read more

I've been there 3 times. Every time they've been RUDE, RUDE, RUDE.. Tammy is loud and obnoxious. With my first experience she was rude but did a good job. The second and third time was downright painful. She was rude and only did a average job on my nails the last two times I was there. Not the experience you would expect when you're paying good money and leaving a nice tip for a nail tech. I think they forget who's the customer. Won't be back. DON'T GO THERE! I have been going to Pro Nail for the last 2 years and service and cleanliness just keep getting worse. I went in for a pedicure after making a reservation and when I got there, they gave me to a technician that spoke no English, cut my toe and it bled, slapped my feet when she wanted me to put the foot back in the water. I asked for the Essential pedicure at $40.00. this included cleaning the feet. hot towel and 15 minute massage. Instead I got no hot towel and no massage (basically a polish change and a little foot clean up). When the woman finished I told her that I had not gotten the 15 minute massage nor the hot towel. She screamed at me that I was not paying attention and that she had done the massage and hot towel. I asked for the manager while she screamed at me. The manager told me that they videotape all pedicures and that they have the tape there. I asked her to pull the tape so that I could prove that there was no massage and no towel. My daughter was getting a pedicure at the same time and was in the chair next to me and she told the manager that I had not gotten the towel or massage. In addition, both my daughter and I noticed that they used the same instruments on me that had been used on a previous customer without getting clean instruments. The manager disappeared (supposedly getting the tape) and was never seen again. No one ever assisted me in getting my shoes back on, which is customary. II paid them in cash for a basic pedicure and my daughter paid for her $40 Essential pedicure, gave the girl who did hers a tip in cash and we left. We usually spend about $250- $300 per month there and we will not go back. I guess they feel that they can just lose business over aa towel. read more

This store has a website that falsely advertises very competitive prices but once your service is done they charge you 60% more than posted services on their website. Example: They advertise $30 acrylic nail service then charge you $50 and say that the website is not theirs, but previous owner. If they bought the business they own the website and are capitalizing on false advertising, otherwise they would shut down the website. This is a very dishonest practice. read more

Very sloppy application for dip nails. On some nails the dip product goes to the cuticle on others there is a gap ... on some nails the dip product is on my cuticle and when I mentioned this I was told it will come off when I wash my hands - of course it didn't. A few nails are uneven and not smooth. The tech cut 2 cuticles when using the dremel. I understand this can happen however he never said anything or put the liquid typically put on cut cuticles to avoid infection. The only reason for 2 stars is the pedicure I received was good. I was in there today for mani/pedi and the experience was just awful. My massage was half as long as the women next to me who were receiving the exact same pedi as I heard them ask for it. I did not get stone massage, they did. My toe polish has bubbles in it from too much top coat, she was rough with the massage and I had to tell her to be more gentle. She did not put the acetone on my fingers properly to get the gel off and has to scrape it off aggressively which caused pain and scratches on some of my nails. She refused to do the color I wanted and I had to pick a new one. I noticed when I got home that the top coat on my fingernails has bubbles and isn't even put on evenly and there are uneven lines from it. I have photos if needed. I also felt rushed out of there as I said my nails weren't fully dry and still felt rushed out by the staff? I am on yelp and google and it's my duty as a consumer to share my experience. If you want to rectify the whole event and refund me for my dissatisfaction I will give you the benefit of the doubt out of fairness but otherwise I have to share my experience. I have been twice for pedicure in last 6 weeks. I asked for Tham again because she is very sweet, and does a very nice job-period! The salon has installed new massage chairs, new flooring and light colors. Its 's quite relaxing. The people are all polite and upbeat. I enjoyed talking with Owner Peter. I have gone to this salon quite a few times, mostly for pedicures because I love the hot rocks, but, NEVER AGAIN. The owner, Nancy, is rude as rude can be. I mean usually they are on you to pick a color like you should have come in prepared to have made a choice before you've seen the colors HURRY UP! They don't say it, but you feel the pressure. When I went three days ago, as I was getting my pedicure she continuously argued with me over the fact that my nails (my actual nails) were acrylic (which I haven't done since I was 13, and am now THIRTY SEVEN.) I think we all know the dipping difference between acrylic and dip. Throughout my entire manicure she kept showing me my nails trying to tell me what acrylic was and how I didn't get dip the last time my nail lady did my nails, which I saw, and she's also been doing my nails for ten years, which I told miss Nancy. I may have believed her if I fell asleep getting my nails done, but I physically watched my nail girl, whose nails last 3-4 weeks. It's now 3 days later and after having fought with her (tried not to I told her to back off and leave me alone I was done talking about it, even tried to make up by complimenting her nails) and now I am about to go back into the salon to get my nails fixed because they are peeling off from my dip. Will she be happy to see her new bff? Doubt it. But that's what she gets when she is so busy trying to tell me about MY nails instead of doing a good job. Way to go. Went in for tips and dip, and Pedi and came out this odd-shaped nails and bubbles on my fingers tips. On 4 fingers. of the nail, tips did not even cover my nail, so they have an indentation. All my nails have different shapes. Every time I tried to explain, the nail tech (male) said he didn't understand what I was saying. I also had to remind him of the massage that was part of the package. Bad experience overall. read more

If I could give it zero stars I would, the tech was sick and watching videos and telling me to wait. My thumb nail has a gap between the dip powder and the nail itself; it's lifting I tried to tell the manager and she had a mental break down and screamed at me I said I would never be back. Not only did they do a horrible job and are VERY unsanitary they overcharged my card. The amount due was 55 and charged me 70.. I wasn't upset just expressed she owed me when I tried to explain I already tipped him and didn't agree to a 15 added she then screamed at me.. I would never recommend this nail salon the atmosphere was uncleanly the customer service was unfathomably unpleasant and I wouldn't send me worst enemy here to get their nails done. This is my second time here and it is now my favorite place. The staff are wonderful and want to make sure you are 100% happy with your nails. Extra attention to detail and they use only the best products. Pedicure chairs are great, relaxing and it is a very clean, They we're constantly sanitizing. Never experienced customer service like in this place. When I walked in I asked for a full set and pedicure. The lady just to get me in said yes and sat me with a guy to do my pedicure. Not only he was completely insanitary, rude and laid back, he just thought that in 10 mins would be enough time for a decent pedicure. Finished and went to hide in the back. I told one of the owners that I wasn't happy about my pedicure and she just laughed at my face and call me picky for wanting someone to clean the polish residue on my toes and wanting to fix a nail that the previous guy messed it up. The owner comes and I asked her to redo my pedicure and she kept making fun of me and bitching about the whole thing. After ignoring me for 30 mins she says she won't do my mani cause they are closing. I told her that she should have said that she can't do it for me if she couldn't start at 3pm. Then kept making fun of me for pushing her to do it. Never felt humiliated at a salon until today. This is what happens when you're not white enough to receive good customer service. Totally dissatisfied with the way that they treated me in comparison of the white ladies sitting next to me. Take your business somewhere else. read more
