She is incredibly informative and knows how to best personalize your experience to fit your needs- such as concerns with dry skin. I felt really relaxed the entire time during my facial- she kindly explained to me the products she was using on me. I have a spot of contact dermatitis near my nose that can get easily irritated (and it was in fact irritated after a previous facial at another facility) but I noticed no irritation after my session with Rubi. She is nothing short of trustworthy, informative, impressive, and a BOSS at her job!

While she performed the facial, she derma-planed my face! It was my first time doing derma-planing and I had a lot of questions prior to going forward with it.
