I have been searching far and wide for a place that I trust with my skincare since my trusted aesthetician moved away, and this may be the place! The facial was relaxing and included a lovely shoulder and foot massage. Though my experience was through a Groupon special, I found their regular pricing to be reasonable. This is a quaint location, which I personally prefer, but sound does travel and I could clearly hear the conversations the employees were having nearby during my treatment--despite this, my facial was amazing and I look forward to scheduling my next treatment.

But think about it, do you really want a discount result on your face? I didnt think so. Tiffany is indisposable in every way. She's kept me refreshed for 6 years. She's a master at her craft, highly intelligent, up to date on the newest treatments, and knows exactly what will work best for your desired result. I've recently tried their Scarlett Treatment, it's a subtle tightening and resurfacing treatment over 3+ sessions, for pore reduction (hey as a man gets older, those pores get larger!). I've got one more session but I'm very happy with the results so far. I can't say enough good things about Tiffany's expertise! Whatever your upkeep needs are, She's your guide. The ONLY reason this isn't a 5 star review is because of their phone communications. It reeks of Answering Service. Earn that 5th star back by moving back to an attentive front-desk associate. It took 4 calls over several weeks to get a real human to answer. Messages were not returned. This is an easy fix guys, don't cheapen the upscale experience by cutting this corner.

I don't write negative reviews, and I wasn't going to -- but after reaching out to request a…read morerefund, being refused, asking them to reconsider and explaining my situation further, and then receiving no response, I feel I should share my experience. My appointment started nearly 20 minutes late. When we went in for the body polish the table was dirty and had to be reset, and the service wasn't explained beforehand, which was uncomfortable going in blind as a first-time client. She also had me touch the tan on my body during the service, which you should never do, and it left spray tan all over my palms. I did not have my palms or nails wiped off at the end either. When I brought it her attention upon leaving (as well as other white spots all over my hands) she sprayed more, which I think ended up making it worse. She tried wiping off my palms at that point, but they were already stained. I paid over $80 total -- which is higher than other studios in Scottsdale, and I have never had a bad experience anywhere else. I still left orange and splotchy with the polish and primer add-ons -- photos attached. The girl who did my tan was nice, but maybe less experienced and appeared to be managing the whole studio on her own. When I reached out, the response was "sorry that you were unhappy with your service" -- but this wasn't about being unhappy, it was a service that wasn't done correctly. It feels like I'm being treated like I did something wrong. I was told I needed to come back in for them to review what happened, which would have required me to leave work early, and that since I hadn't done that I wasn't eligible for a refund. They did offer a free tan as a "gesture of goodwill", but I don't have confidence anything would be different next time. When a tan is orange and patchy, the only solution is to remove it and redo once the old tan is gone -- not go back for more. I'll be trying somewhere else. I ended up having to buy tan remover, a remover mitt and went in the pool several times to try to remove the solution and it's still stuck on there over a week later. I wanted to love this place as it's close to home. I hope they use this feedback to improve the new client experience. If someone turns down a free service, that might be worth reflecting on.

I reached out to the virtual receptionist by phone and she was able to help me relatively quickly. The North Scottsdale location was clean and tranquil. My tech (Yeleny) was patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. I appreciated that she asked a few additional questions before getting started which led us to switch service from waxing to sugaring. That attention to detail may have saved me so much pain, scarring, and embarrassment! Thank you Hello Sugar team for a great experience!

This is a great location; clean, beautiful inside, and very well-kept. The specialists here are…read morefriendly, skilled, and provide excellent service. Parking is also easy and ample since it's in a shared plaza with other businesses and a grocery store, which makes coming here convenient. However, the biggest challenge with this location is the efficiency of the check-in and check-out process. There is no dedicated front-desk person, which means the sugaring and waxing specialists are doing everything, performing services, answering phones, checking in clients, checking out clients, and managing walk-ins. Because of this, the wait times before and after the appointment are consistently extended, even when the staff is doing their best. The specialists themselves are great, but it's almost impossible for them to give a fully hands-on, focused experience when they're simultaneously trying to run the entire front-of-house. I understand wanting to cut costs, but the administrative side of the experience is too important to overlook. Even a part-time receptionist or intern would make a huge difference in the flow and overall customer experience. I genuinely like this location, but whether I return will depend on whether they improve this operational inefficiency. If you're in a rush or need a quick, smooth in-and-out appointment, this may not be the ideal location for you at the moment. I hope they consider adjusting their staffing model, because the specialists themselves are wonderful. I had Kenzie before and she was amazing but no longer here as of last month. I tried out Savana and she was amazing also and made the experience so pleasant, fast, and professional
