There are very few massage therapists that truly 'get it'. Bella indeed has healing hands! For reference I am a 42 yr old female. I had 2 issues - #1 the treatment did not work AT ALL, infact 1 yr out my acne is actually worse. #2 - the customer service and response to the treatment not working was TERRIBLE. - I was told by the clinic manager - "that she only sees a few spots" and that it isn't their fault the treatment didn't work. She was mainly concerned that I didnt leave them a bad google review. I was told to come in for a skin consult, which I did. Reviewed skin care routine. They said they would follow up with Cutetra -the laser company and see what they said, as well have the clinic director contact me. Almost a month later. Zero contact. No follow up. 3,000$ is a large investment. I would recommend if you are considering AviClear to go somewhere else - as they do NOT care at all about client satisfaction and have no customer service skills.
