There are very few massage therapists that truly 'get it'. Bella indeed has healing hands! I had initially scheduled a massage and facial appointment for 5/30 and all seemed good. Not even 24 hours later, I get a text that my appointment was in a day, when I was flying out of town. No biggie -- she removed that mistaken appointment as soon right after I texted her. But then she cancelled my 5/30 appointment a few minutes later. Luckily, I purchased through Groupon and was able to get a refund -- this is important since I do NOT recommend ever giving this business your credit card number. When 5/30 rolled around, I received a text that I had an appointment in four hours. She re-added my appointment to her booking platform that same day, so I used that link to cancel. I received a text saying I'd be charged $25. She only backed down when I sent screenshots of the cancellations they initiated (and probably since they didn't have my payment info on file). No apologies ever in this process. I also don't think texts from their main number are automated like they make them seem due to grammatical errors ("press C for confirming"), so I must block them to avoid getting these wild promotional texts.
