I had my nails done 3 days ago and they have all chipped and are lifting. I paid a lot of money and it took two hours!! I asked for square nails but ended up with curved nails. The product used, the brush was hard and stiff, so u think it was super old product and that is why they are falling apart. They also had a minimal selection of what they could do. No cat eye, no chrome, no sparkle. althoygh the salon is in my neighborhood, I will not go back. read more

But they are affordable and they do a good job with my overly masculine and super manly, big feet (yeah - it's true what they say about guys with big feet - at least with me). The only uncomfortable thing is that usually I'm the only guy in there with a bunch of rich middle age women..and I can feel them undressing me with their eyes. #metoo But I keep them at bay with my 'not in the least bit interested' eyes...and the t-shirt I wear exclaiming, 'Bareback Love'. read more

Since I have been coming here I have moved to Mesa twice and have always drove back to Phoenix just to come back and get my nails done. They are very well priced! They do a great job and make you feel comfortable. I had to come back twice because how busy they were and I didn't want to go anywhere else. I came here Saturday at noon with my girl Brooke. I've been here once before, but over 5 years ago. It's a smaller nail salon, with about 5 or 6 pedi spa chairs & about 5 or 6 nail stations. I usually bring my own polish but this time I didn't because I wanted green & didn't have that color. Selection was decent but a lot of the bottles looked old, still found the color I was looking for though! My pedi was awesome & a good deal at $19 (plus $5 for colored tips & $5 for flowers, so $29 total). Brooke got a full set of acrylics with pretty, pink glitter tips for I believe $30-35. Wish I took a pic of her nails. FYI- If you're paying with a card you have to tip in cash. I'd definitely come here again! read more

I have been going to this nail salon for pedicures. I am a male. Last month when I went, the lady doing my toe dug into the side that it started bleeding so she poured alcohol on it. That did sting a little bit. I went to days ago and made sure I explain to her that that was pretty tender over there on my right toe because of what she did last time. She acknowledged it. She then cut my nails more round than square and within two days that nail started to grow into my skin on the right side. That was already very tender. I called yesterday because it hurts extremely bad with my shoes on trying to walk. So I called to find out. If they could fit me in for five minutes and trim the corner of that nail off with their special little scissors. The lady said absolutely not. I try to explain the situation the Asian lady the owner said no we don't have time for something like that. I told her it's like 3 to 5 minutes and you guys did this to my toe. I would not go to this place if it was free. My wife and I have been going here for years and to be treated like that. No way so now we look for a cleaner place. This place is kind of dingy and dirty. I suggest nobody goes to this place. read more

To keep it simple: Pros: AMAZING prices. $20 for a pedi and includes a callus remover. ($30 for a mani and pedi) Great nail technicians (I ask for Luba). They are very busy so make an appointment if you can. Cons: nail polish selection is lacking (gel and regular polish) The salon atmosphere isn't anything special but they do have nice chairs and a TV. However, I love everything else about this salon so I am willing to look past these minor cons and still rate a 5. I will be back! :) read more

I would first like to say my sister had a bad experience here before me. However I was happy with the quality of the nails they do. We do however go elsewhere for pedis. So I taked my sister in to comming back and guess what... they do good nails but customer service is horrible. The lady who was doing her nails was on the phone the the whole time. (ordering cable). There was an issue with the gel polish my sister got peeling off so we wnt back to get it fixed. We told the lady how rude it was of the other lady to be talking on the phone. She said... :" well she was still doing her job". "maybe it was important" My thought is I guess it was important if you are willing to lose 2 customers. I came here under recommendation of my friend. The prices are low and I had an appointment so I didn't need to wait. My major issue was that nothing seemed sterilized. I was even more freaked out because 2 people on either side had their skin pinched. I'm worried that there is no cleaning of the clippers between customers and that is totally unsanitary and unacceptable. I will not come back to this place, next time I will go back to 5 star nails where everything comes sterilized for each person. I went in yesterday, the gentleman I had was extremely rude. When it came time to start painting my nails he said "can you pay me now". After not speaking to me the whole time, and you could see the frustration on his face. I felt uncomfortable. The facility was clean and the other ladies were very sweet.
