They were overpriced they cut my finger doing gel nails and 100% would NOT recommend going here

Every two weeks you will find me here getting my nails done. The talent in this salon ranges from pretty damn good to great. The women that work here are very nice. The only complaint that I have is that I have made an appointment twice with my favorite nail tech and both times they confirmed my appointment but when I showed up they claim that I didn't really make the appointment with that tech. My recommendation for them would be to get a receptionist to handle all walk-ins and appointment booking to help avoid "appt theft" and overflow. read more

I love this place. Ever since i came here the first time two years ago this is the only nail salon i will go to. Not only is it affordable they do an amazing job every time. The designs are gorgeous! Its worth the 5 dollars extra. I cant do acrylics anymore but when o had those done every month they did an amazing job on even my most ridiculous requests. They even made the nails from Dexter amazing! Everyone is super nice. I would recommend this place to anyone! read more

Nails last a long time and are super cheap. I have always had good customer service, as I have only been going for a year! I can do dishes at work and the nails still last 3 weeks. They even get to know me and have remembered my mom and I every time we come in. read more

Very frustrated today! This place is sucks and not organized! Pls pls pls don't go there! you are just wasting your time! I was been waiting for 1hour and 23 minutes and yet still waiting to finish my pedicure gel.what make me very frustrated is that two ladies who's just came they are almost done to me! I was been told some other lady will do the gel! I walked out and yet they still charge me 21 dollars just for cleaning.and plus 4 dollars tip! Seroiusly? just a waste of time! I lived in Phoenix for 2 years and I went to many places before I found petit nails. I am so glad I did! The energy in the salon is welcoming and calm. They are kind, attentive, and they remember who you are. These people actually care about their customers in an time when that is uncommon. 18months ago I moved from Phoenix to Sedona. I still have no luck in finding a nail salon I like as much as this one. So when I came to Phoenix again for a quick over night trip, I made a point to have my nails done here!! This place is AMAZING! Twin is great, Vivian is great, overall very friendly people! They do an amazing job and it is afforable! I get my nails filled here every 2-3 weeks along with a pedicure. They take care of me every time with a smile. I have never had an issue. Even though I just moved to Surprise, I will be making the drive just to get my nails done here! read more

i've been coming to this salon for years! (close to 10) everyone is very friendly, and polite, everything is affordable, and one of the few places around that thread eyebrows. (im allergic to wax) . I give it 4 stars because I love the man that does my acrylics there he is really sweet and takes his time to make them just right and does any design I show him and they don't lift or anything. FILTHY! NASTY! UNSANITARY PLACE!! I am new in the area and get my nails and feet done every other week.... I seen this nail ssalon on Yelp and decided to treat myself and find a Salon I can keep coming back too.... Not only was this place Super small, but VERY UNSANITARY!!! When doing my pedicure they did not take out anything new out the package but pulled out a dirty box and used it on my feet. I looked around and seen NAIL DUST everywhere like they havent cleaned or wiped anything down in months or years!! I sat down to get my Nails filled and looked at the displays on the walls and cabinets filled with nail dust and fingernail clippings. Dirty walls.... I thought to myself NEVER AGAIN will I come back here. I sat down on the otherside of the room to dry my nails in the dryer and looked under the dryer and nail clippings and more nail dust inside the dryer! HOW DOES THAT WORK??? I aint never out of 15 years of getting my nails done seen a place this FILTHY!!! Can u say NAIL FUNGUS! DONT GO THERE!!!! read more

I have been coming to this place since I was 15, and I am now almost 21. I have never had a problem with them until they hired Andy. Who sadly is the only one who does full sets. I keep coming back hoping it was only a one-time thing, but he continues to make mistakes. Today I was there for a total of three hours. Which I find ridiculous. I get my pedi, which I never have a problem with. May is amazing and never dissapoints! Then i got my fill with Andy, who was rushing the entire time because he had someone waiting for him. I understand they dont wanna lose business, but I am paying for a fill and should get a good one that isnt being rushed. I then accidentally smudge my nail. Which I get can get super annoying, but it was an accident! Instead of removing the nail polish to do it again on the one nail, Andy piles on more and more polish trying to fix it. He then finally gets the memo and removes it all and reapplies it. He usually does two coats one very lightly and the next to get it all. Instead, he gets a huge amount on the first coat, but it looks nice just needs time to dry. He gives it about 2 minutes then comes back and tries to apply the clear top. Obviously, it was gonna smudge again since he had applied so much and didnt give it time to dry. He then has the audacity to ask if i had let it dry or if I was texting while my hands are on the table far away from my phone. He then just applied the clear top and didnt fix the smudge. Very dissapointed at this point and after years of coming I will be looking for a new nail place. read more

Terrible place, I went in to have my eyebrows done, when I left I had no eyebrows except for a thin line. I said to Luba the woman who did them they were way to thin, she said oh you can just use a pencil to fill them in. Very unprofessional. read more

Only went to this place because my nail place was closed today and I've heard a few good things here and there but I was very disappointed and mortified. I'm a licensed cosmetologist and this place was filthy and unsanitary. They give you all their attention at the door when you walk in but during the service its a different story. They made the skin around my toenails and fingernails bleed, which has NEVER happened to me before and she kept getting up mid-service to go work on someone else than come back to me. Are you kidding me?! Customer service is horrible and the cleanliness was awful, state board will not approve on their next visit. read more

This is the worst Nail Salon I have been too. When I called asked about the pricing it wasnt bad so I drove 30 min out of my way and when I went to pay they they lied to me and over charge me. They also made my nail too thick so that caused half my actual nail to come off when I was taking them off which caused 3 of my nails to start bleeding. I have been going to Petit Nails for about 4 years. I am always pleased with the results of my manicures and pedicures. The staff are very sweet and accommodating and they are very knowledgeable about their products. The salon is always very clean and I've watched as they clean the chairs, soaking tubs and their nail tools. It is an excellent location if you are looking for a boutique size (5-6 stations) salon, and individualized attention. You will definitely get it here!
