I've consistently been impressed by the level of quality and detail that I've received with my gel mani and pedi from Bebe. I'm a bit introverted so I usually feel anxious when I have to stay in place for an hour or so. Bebe has such a calming vibe, as well as being a perfectionist with her nail artistry! I have come to this location a few times over the years, but this last experience will truly be my last. I went in wanting the S&S dip service. The color that I selected looked much more pink than the translucent color that I was given on my nails. After looking at them multiple times I called the salon and explain how unhappy I was about the color and if there is anything that they could do. I was told they're not really sure they might charge me again full price, but I could come in the next day and I'll see what they can do. So I went in a second time explained exactly what happened was told yeah they can definitely do something. Maybe put like an under coat and then the dip over but I'd have to come back later. I said sure no problem. I asked if there was gonna be additional charge. No there wasn't so that was great. The same nail tech not sure what his name was was never told I did my nails again. He said that it wasn't possible to do an undercoat and then do the S&S dip on top of it. I looked it up. you definitely can. I'm not sure if it if he just rushes through but every single one of my fingers underneath my nail is cut from him trying to file and buff by nails. You can clearly see when you're looking at my fingers that every single one of them is cut and red underneath. I'm still really not happy with the color that I got and it's not the S&S dip that I received. I had to get gel because he said there was nothing else that that would cover a bruise that I have still growing underneath one of my nails. I am glad that they try to make things right however I don't think it's OK for me to feel like an inconvenience or being told wrong information and having my service rushed through because that felt the same with both days like I said, this will be my last experience ever at the salon. There are so many out there that you can go to with much higher quality. I hope this review helps others and educate. The salon have better to serve their customers. read more

4.5 stars from me! I've had probably over 20 manicures and pedicures from Fancy Nails over the last few years and you can't beat the price and quality here. I tend to book last minute or do a walk in (which they can almost always accommodate) so I don't usually have the same nail tech, which is why I recommend this place as an overall great place to go. I tend to be a bit picky about nail shape (since my ring finger nail is crooked) and they are always very nice about making adjustments for my preferences. I give them 4.5 stars because you do have to pay attention while they're doing your nails. Sometimes they won't buff the edges of my dip powder nails enough, and they look a bit clunky. My advice - you will always get five star service as long as you speak up if you don't like something. Great neighborhood spot!! read more

Have been coming here since 2018 and been satisfied with quality of services until recently. It's usually very busy and while they take walk ins I always schedule an appointment. My last two appointments with my regular person she was 30 and 35 minutes late. The first time she was GETTING HER OWN NAILS DONE when I walked in. I had another appointment after this one and let her know. She sanded the skin off my front toe with the electric filer and when I flinched and pulled my toe back she did it again and drew blood. The second time she was late I had scheduled a couples pedicure with my husband at his request. We had two appointments. His pedicure was completely finished while my person had not left her manicure station (she did not have a client). She was talking on the phone the entire time she did my pedicure. When we got in the car my husband said, "You need to find a new place." I gave them one last shot today. I scheduled an appointment with someone else and arrived five minutes early. I checked in to let them know I was there and that I had a 12pm appointment and who it was with. The owner tried to give me my old person. I said no, the appointment is with XXX. At 12:30 my old person came over and I let her know I had an appointment with someone else. She said that person had a client (she did not...the person I was scheduled with was texting at her manicure station). When I left the person I was scheduled with was still at her station with no client. Today I am done. I've already found two other nail salons with good reviews to try. read more

I got a manicure and pedicure here about two weeks ago. The overall service was good, prices were fair, and the staff was friendly, especially the man who did my manicure. My pedicure looked good, however, while the nail tech was trimming my nails she nicked the side of my toe pretty badly. It bled and she ignored it and didn't apologize. The next morning I woke up with a horrible infection in my toe that I have been dealing with since then, over two weeks later. The place may seem overwhelmed at times, but they are quick with their service. I had gotten a pedicure here once before and was recommended by a girl whose nails I complimented. I came here again after I was unhappy with acrylics I had done from another salon. Mai worked quickly and informed me that the reason they felt incredibly weird was that they were layered on so thick! I just thought it was normal. She was able to remove the acrylic layer and recommended that instead of the regular polish, I should consider getting a gel manicure as it would help keep my nails thick and not be flimsy. I went with her recommendation and she did an amazing job! I am constantly washing my hands or using chemicals and working with my hands due to my line of work and let me tell you, the shape and the color stayed on beautifully! I used to come here for Mani and Pedi, great service good prices. My husband who is diabetic gets he nails clipped not a big pedi job previously he was charged $10 he will tip the lady $2. My nail tech's name was either Ella or Elly and her work was very sloppy, even after I asked her to fixed the missing spots of polish on the sides of my nails. I went here after being recommended by my sister in law. I'm normally not one to write a negative review and contemplated it for days, but looking at my nails it is obvious she did not care whether she did well or not and I'm annoyed. I still paid and even tipped her because I'm not one to complain but these are so terribly done and just keep getting worse, and I was leaving for vacation that day and had little time. I wanted to treat myself before leaving for my birthday and it ended up being a waste of time, money and ruined my mood. I've had them for five days and they're already lifting and catching my hair when I wash it. I am not rough on my nails. I have not done anything to cause this. She got the gel all over, the acrylic all over, they're bumpy and uneven, etc. There's absolutely no way she looked at them and thought they were acceptable. Not only do they look terrible, they're not what I asked for. I asked for short and thin. The shape is OKAY at best & the right length, but they're so thick that it looks like I took wads of gum and stuck them to my nails. I'm unhappy that I paid $45 for these plus a tip because I'm too nice to say anything, but that's my fault I suppose because I should have said right there that I wasn't paying for this. I feel ripped off and deceived, and I know she knows that these were not well done but knew I wouldn't say anything. I also went with a friend, and hers didn't look good either. The paint was way too thick and bubbly. I will never go here ever again seeing as we got two separate people that clearly didn't care if they did a nice job or not. While I was there, another woman came in and complained hers were also lifting and catching hers as well after less than a week! This made it obvious it isn't a one time thing. I won't be going back and I'd suggest going anywhere before here. There was also a cockroach next to my friends seat while getting a pedicure, so there's that too.
