My nails needed saving. so I went to this spot because I knew I could count on them to get the job done. I rarely give 5 Stars. They repaired my nails from the previous job at Diva Nails. I settled and I paid for it. I didn't have an appointment but they were so amazing! They fit me in and fixed my nails. I looooove these nails. They have won me over'! I will never stray again. I don't usually leave reviews, but after what happened at this salon, I feel like I have to speak up. I came in with my wife while she was getting a pedicure -- just a relaxing treat to start the day. While we were there, a younger woman sitting nearby started saying that she thought the nail techs were talking badly about her in Vietnamese. She looked really upset and ended up leaving early. I don't think she wrote a review, but I hope she sees this one. Out of concern (and curiosity), I put on my translation app through my headphones -- and what I heard made my stomach turn. The techs were talking badly about that young woman... but they were also mocking my wife. They were calling her fat and making fun of the cosmetic procedures she had been casually and excitedly talking about getting in the future. She wasn't even doing anything out of the ordinary -- just getting her toes done and chatting like anyone would in a peaceful salon setting. But what she thought was a safe and relaxing experience turned into one of the most humiliating moments of her life. She found out what they said, and I watched the light drain from her face. She hasn't been the same since. To the nail techs: your clients are real people. Treating them with respect is not optional -- it's the bare minimum. You never know who understands your language, and even if we didn't, this behavior is disgusting and unacceptable. To the younger woman who left before us: you weren't crazy. I heard it too, and I'm sorry. I hope you heal from that experience. God bless you for speaking up! My wife may never emotionally recover from the humiliation she felt that day. And no one -- no one -- should ever have to feel that way when they're just trying to take care of themselves. Do better. read more

Shortly after posting my initial review of the misunderstanding with the pricing, Kevin from the nail spa reached out to make it right. They took full responsibility for the lack of communication in pricing. He apologized and notified me that the nail technician that we saw was new to their location, so he is still getting used to things there. He did do a stunning job, that's why I was so disappointed with how I felt at the end. He refunded me a portion of the payment. The fact that they showed accountability, went out of his way to reach out to make it right, means a lot and we will definitely be giving them another shot. read more

Worst experience I've EVER had at a nail salon. I came in to get a specific polish, they told me they didn't have it so I had to settle for something else. I know someone who worked here so I asked her if what I was looking for was offered and it actually was. They expected me to know on my first time in that the nail techs do not share product and didn't offer me to work with another tech. I came back in 2 days later to have them redone, the nail tech I was sat with then was very kind I really appreciated how lovely he was. Wishing him well. The assistant manager was so incredibly rude I can't even express how awful of a person he was. All I wanted was to have nails I liked and felt confident for others to see. Instead I was talked down to, made to feel stupid for it being my first time in, and cried before I even got to my car. I will never return and when asked I've told friends to take their time and money elsewhere. read more

At one point or another, I have visited every nail place in a 5 mile radius and this is definitely my favorite. Call for an appointment or you are likely to wait. They have a great selection of colors both gel and regular and the check-in is efficient and friendly. A couple of weeks ago, they even called me in advance to let me know that Phear (my favorite nail tech) was running late. I so appreciate that level of service. They are also super careful with fresh nails so that you don't smear or wreck the polish. The place is big and bright and clean and far exceeds the other shops in the area. read more

I am a new customer to this nail spa, and today, Kathy did a beautiful gel French for me. I am very picky about my nails, and she asked me to look at them after she was done filing, and she double checked her work to make sure they were perfect. She also showed me the base colours for the manicure so I would get what I wanted. The manager was extra friendly and accommodating! He was very honest in stating that I should not use the dip powder for a certain manicure when I already have gel. I will return! read more

I had an appointment today for a pedicure at 2:30 and full set at 3:15. After the pedicure, which was fine, I was seated for my nail appointment. I waited almost 20 minutes. No one ever checked on me, apologized for the delay, or offered water. The salon was not that busy. I'm not going to beg them to complete a service I had previously scheduled. They have a lot of competition, but they don't seem to realize that or care. Do not recommend. read more

I went to Desert Nail Spa today for the first time and requested Nick based off a recent positive review he received from another client. He was incredible! He was the most thorough, detail oriented, and professional nail tech I have been to. Throughout the entire process, he made sure to validate the length, shape, and color I requested so I walked out with exactly what I wanted. He even went a step further and gave me the exact price of the acrylic fill and design before he started. I appreciate the great customer service and attention to detail he provided. Best nails I've had ever! I went to nick and he is so beyond professional and friendly. He takes pride in his work and it shows. Before we even began he did a little consult where we discussed every detail of what I wanted and even told me upfront how much my nails would cost. Which leaves no room for confusion at checkout. He was speedy yet precise, used a measuring tool to make sure nails were the same length. He was so sweet to chat with and is so supportive. I LOVE my nails and my experience with Nick. I come here very regular and I love the salon and the person who does my nails (Kathy), but today I am giving only 3 stars because other employees and clients are not complying to safety measures as advertised during this pandemic. This is my second visit after the quarantine and everyone is wearing a mask except that one employee and her customers. Second time!!! Why does it bug me? This is the BEST nail place in town. I have gone to the other location for years and I'm thrilled the new one is open and just as fabulous. First... ambiance us so pretty and relaxing. It's clean, bright and classy. Second, they do such a professional job no matter what provider you get! Last, they are the most hygienic place I've been. All services are 20% off until end of 2018 as part of their opening... so get there!!! read more

Read a ton of reviews and this place had a decent amount of good feedback. I was looking for just a pedicure and they were able to get me in the next day. I've gone to a couple of other local places and they're ok, but not great. I got the pedicure with callous and exfoliation, which was $45 before tip. Mine lasted about 40 minutes and she did a good job on the painting. The exfoliation and massage were a little heavy handed, digging into my muscles vs. being relaxing. But, I did not ask her to change, since I had been on a walking vacation the week before and needed the release. I did notice the lady next to me seemed to have a more relaxing massage, so guess you would need to ask for who does what when you book. They have massage chairs and they weren't too busy, with some workers wearing masks and some not. Seemed a little more "upscale" than some in the area. Overall, pretty good and I'll be back. read more

Awful gel mani. They did not clean up the nails or the cuticles. Manicure lasted 2 days. You can see they didn't properly use the top coat, it's not distributed all the way to the base of the nail, chipped and color lifted by day 2. read more

The hubby and I came here today for much needed pedicures. It's literally been months since we've stepped into a nail salon because the place we used to go to closed. Came across this place on Yelp and so happy we did! It was a last minute decision to get some pedis. I called and they were able to get us in 30 minutes later. The place looks very modern and nice - would be perfect for large groups like a wedding party or just a girls day. The massage chairs are one of the reasons why my hubby likes going out to pedis with me. They were great but... something was wrong with mine. It randomly started moving by itself after a few minutes. It was sliding back so far that my legs were extended straight. Then, the seat started to fold forward and I thought I was going to turn into a taco - won't lie, scared me for a few seconds. Thank goodness, it stopped. I was too afraid to use it after that so I sat up super straight for the rest of the appointment. I also didn't want to mess with it anymore because I didn't want to risk getting clipped or messing up anything. Overall, good experience and probably will be back since we don't live far. read more

I haven't been out to get my nails done in a very long time due to very bad experiences. Today I decided to go out and get my nails done my birthday is in a couple days so I treated myself to a spa day. Kathy did my nails and I cannot tell you how pleased and satisfied I am with her work, she took her time she was very gentle and extremely kind the customer service from everybody at the front desk was above and beyond I am most definitely coming back here and will not be trying any other nail spas. Went in for a dip gel manicure and left with the polish so far from my cuticles- I looked like I needed a fill asap. Plus, the polish was so clear you could see through right to my nails- I think the tech only did two coats of color (and I had chosen a dark blue color). read more

That is an example of Tiffany nails customer service policies in a nutshell. Just as background, let me mention that I have been coming to this location for years before the new owners acquired the business, so I was happy with the service I received in the past. I also used to go regularly for their top of line "Deluxe Pedicure" and manicure with the new owners. Then last month, I was made aware of my unimportance as a customer. Apparently, it doesn't matter how many extra services you order from their menu, their main concern is the amount of time they spends on a pedicure -- no more than one hour, whether you're paying for the basic pedicure requiring fewer steps, or the deluxe pedicure requiring several more services-- it really doesn't matter. All Pedicures are one hour. That's because their priority is not the customer's experience. The rule in their head is "a pedicure is no more than one hour long, and that's what's most important to Tiffany Nails. And their "customer last" policy also extends to your time. Even if you make an appointment, they are almost always at least 15 to 20 minutes late, and it has been several times that I've had to come back at another time altogether for their convenience. That does not fly when you have several other commitments! Sometimes it's just not worth the effort to be a regular customer in a place where you're not appreciated. So after nearly 20 years of going to Tiffany nails, they just permanently lost a good client. There are plenty of other businesses that truly appreciate your patronage.

I've given this business so many chances. First their techs like any other hate it when you complain if they have to file a little more or if you tell them the nail is crooked they say it's your finger. They don't like the fact when we like to get out with perfect looking nails. Well for my money I want beautiful nails not sloppy and I'm not going to feel guilty about it. The attitude the techs have is horrible, they rush so much and don't do a good job. Just because I complained in the past...now when I come they talk shit while working on me in Vietnamese the whole time which is so rude. They make you feel so uncomfortable when it should be a relaxing experience especially for the money you pay. They act like they work for free. The last time when I paid for callus removal they cut through my heel I couldn't walk for a week. I was applying antibiotic on it being afraid it would get infected couldn't sleep from pain. Today for 39$ detox pedicure she barely scrubbed at all I still have skin left around my toes. When I told her to file one corner of my toe little more because it was uneven she started talking in Vietnamese again to the guy that was doing may nails. It's insane. My acrylic fill and gel polish few of the fingers look crooked. Also there is gel color around my nails on the skin because he rushed to get rid of me. Once he was done polishing left without even cleaning the powder of my hands or applying some oil. No thank you or good bye nothing. So much for politeness. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business they are overpriced for the terrible service they provide. read more

I had an amazing experience at Desert Nail Spa! The salon is beautifully designed, clean, and has a relaxing atmosphere. My nail technician Nick was incredibly skilled and paid great attention to detail. He took his time to make sure my nails were absolutely perfect, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The polish application was flawless, and my nails still look amazing days later. The staff is friendly, professional, and truly passionate about their work. This Nail salon is great and very luxurious! Me and my daughter love coming here to be pampered and to relax. The pricing is very good considering they bring you water, or mimosas if you want, they give great hand massages, and our nails are always perfect! Also, it is a plus how if something is wrong, they are always willing to fix it. The owners are very welcoming, as well as the receptionists. Our personal favorite is the beautiful African American girl with the braids. Although I can't remember her name, she is very pretty, super polite, great with conversation, and always provides quick and easy transactions. My go to salon! read more
