I paid $130 $80 for a full set and I have come back and almost fixed every single nail on one hand and when I come to get them fixed, I have to wait an hour to an hour and 30 minutes every time I'll make an appointment two weeks before show up for my appointment and continue to have to wait another 30 to 45 minutes

Where to begin? They refused to accept a gift from a year ago even though there's no expiration date. My pedicure just felt rushed even though we had made an appointment and there were only two other ladies there. We came home and had to dig out inside the toenails and even trim a cuticle! The top of the toe nails feel rough as if she didn't even file them. I wasn't paying close attention so I don't even know if she took out a nail file. Last time I visit this establishment for sure!!! read more

Got French set done by a gentleman that did a horrible job. The quality was terrible. Incredibly thin French set and crooked and uneven.. So by the end it was horrible service and incredibly rude treatment even though I was trying to be understanding. No stars if I could. Do not go there this is the second time I've had an experience like that. And when I spoke to the girl at the smoke shop she said she had the same terrible experience with the same guy. And that she's heard from others as well. Not criticizing the store just my experience with one person. read more

I am very pleased with the service at Julia's Nails. i have been going there for many years. Restrooms and service area are always kept clean and tidy. Tammy is the one I have my appts with. If you call to check their availability, do NOT believe them if they say come in. You'll arrive and be disappointed as you wait for 1/2 hour or longer. They wasted my time. Liars. No one was available to service me. I could've gone elsewhere. NOT happy. read more

For your safety, please do not come to this salon. The man who took off the gel on my nails hurt me and cut my finger twice. TWICE. He was incredibly rude and I even asked him if he was okay because I wasn't sure whether he was inebriated since he couldn't perform his job steadily. I was honestly scared that he was going to cause severe damage. Furthermore, they clearly do not follow health protocol. The man had a bloody cut on his finger and he was not wearing gloves to do his job. He removed the gel off my fingernails and I left in a hurry after paying $15 without tip. DO NOT COME HERE! read more

Since Julia's is no longer owned by Julia's nails I won't be going back. Scheduled appointment with the same girl that does my nails all the time and when I got there the new owner Sarah decided that she would change my tech right in the middle of my appointment and she would do my nails instead. Well I have been in Sarah's chair several times and every time my nails are crooked and too short. I have been going to this shop for 3 years and I am sad to say the new owner is not what Julia & Don were and I won't be going back. Spent my last $35 here. I have seen a steady decline in the business. Sad to see a great shop go by the wayside because of one person. read more

I've been to so many nail salons looking for someone who can do natural-looking nails and also where the environment is relaxing. Don and Julia have owned this salon for about 10 years. Note that the name of the salon is spelled wrong on Yelp, it's actually "Julia's Nails." I've had my nails done by Don and Julia and both were very nice. I also get gel pedicures and they last a long time. The environment is better than most (no TV blaring, no techs yelling in foreign language, etc.), but it could be better. The massage chairs are very good. Prices are a tad higher than most, but the quiet environment makes it worth it. I encourage you to give it a try (but if you are going to listen to videos on your phone, bring your headphones please). read more

Not even worth 50$ dollars. I came here a time before & got cut up & my nails where crooked and what not too, But i give benefit of the doubt and decided to come back and honestly this place happened to get worse, my nails are clumpy and crooked i'm all cut up it's just not worth it and it's so unprofessional the way they even do your nails are super unsanitary not to mention she told me in the begging the nails would be like 43 then as i got ready to pay it was all the sudden 53 especially after the outcome? my finger was even bleeding lol the women who did my nail had a hair in the acrylic dip and to brush off the nail dust she scrubbed my nails with this dirty toothbrush that's definitely been on more then one set of nails not a good place period. read more

I have been going here for over 20years. Clean social distancing wears a mask. They do more than nails. I travel farthest to them since they do such a great job. There are at least 10 closer to me. I have never had any problems with my nails except when they closed at the beginning of the pandemic. read more

I've been very happy with the service and the establishment overall. All the techs are professional and do a great job. This has got to be the cleanest salon I've ever visited and all the ladies go the extra mile to make sure that it stays that way. If you find a favorite you can make an appointment, or just make an appointment and not be disappointed. I've been a walk in for years and have always been satisfied with every service. I really like this nail salon. They are very polite here, they clean all of their tools and they do fantastic work. You can usually get in within 15 minutes if you are a walk-in. The only thing I am not happy about (but they have posted so I can't complain) is you cannot add the tip to the credit card. You have to pay the tip in cash. I come here for all my manicure/pedicure/full set needs. read more

Walked in and lady and gentleman in the front were friendly. I told them I kind of full set I'd like and I was given the options. As the lady starts to do my nails , I tell her I want coffin shape. She starts filling out my nails super quick and aggressively. Right before she starts buffing my nails , she goes in HARD on filling my nails once again. To the point where my nail beds were all on fire of pain. I yanked my hand a couple times in pain but she just yanked my finger back aggressively as wanting to Finish up quick. I noticed she made them extremely paper thin and immediately knew they weren't going to last. It hasn't even been 4 days and the nails are already lifting. One has completely snapped off. My guess is they make them so thin to where they want you to come back in and make more money by having to fix the broken ones read more

I was hoping for a good experience here, however my nails did not look as good as I hoped they would. The tech filed along the side of my nails so much that it bled, i jumped, she apologized and kept filing. The nails were crooked, not fully bound to my actual nails and I left with sore fingers. My new go to for pedicure! Haven't had a pedicure this nice in forever. Read some bad reviews on this place and I honestly don't get how someone's experience here could be anything less than 4 stars. The staff is friendly, place is clean, huge selection of polish colors and you can't beat the price!! The staff is quiet- which I actually like and appropriate. I'm there to relax- not to gab. I bounced around different nail artists for years and they were always inconsistent and my nails were always uneven or bumpy and looked different every time. Finding this place and Susan has been so exciting because I can sit and analyze my nails as long as I want and not be able to find a bump or two nails of different lengths or shapes at all. The environment is lovely and all the employees are kind and fun. (My thumb cuticle is messed up in one photo because I was biting at it, Susan has never once cut me with the tools)

Since I just wanted a French manicure, I told her I just wanted the tips then. She then proceeded to tell her husband in Vietnamese that she shouldn't have given me the option because I ended up choosing the less expensive of the two. Now let me preface that I am Asian, Vietnamese to be exact. So I can understand everything that she was saying. I don't know why she didn't think that I could possibly understand what they were saying, but whatever reason she clearly did not think that I was Vietnamese. Was I super happy with my nails at the end of the day? It was just all right. I feel like the powder she put on made my nails look super thick and very fat and wide at the ends. Aside from not being too excited about my nails, the one star was because of the fact that her and her husband talked crap about every person in that salon and the people who were calling in to make appointments. I hate when they do this. They even complained about me, when they did my pedicure. They complained about the two ladies who left while I was there and how they were cheap and did not tip very well and scoffed at them about it. They complained about the older lady who finished her manicure and pedicure, and asked if she could get her eyebrows done saying that lady was needy and they will just get it done real fast just to get more money. And Nicole? If you are the Nicole that called in asking if you could come in on that Saturday for a manicure anytime after 10 AM and after putting you on hold for about five minutes and coming back and letting you know that they could do 11 AM or 2 PM and you chose the 2 PM. They proceeded to complain about you too about why you didn't choose the 11 AM if that option was there considering you said it needed to be after 10 AM. They said you could've saved them a lot of time if you just said you could come in at 2 PM instead of saying anytime after 10 AM because then they wouldn't have to figure out their schedule and figure a proper time that they could fit you in. Also, while she was doing my nails, it was very clear that her and her husband were playing some kind of video game on their cell phones, which involved farming or something because you gather stuff to get coins. She would literally do my nails with one hand and go feed her cows or whatever before the time ran out and she wouldn't get her coins. It got to the point where she would tell her husband to get on her phone and farm for her. He also was on his phone doing his own farming so they would argue about not helping each other out. Anyhow, any salon can do the most beautiful nails, but I would never come back knowing that all they do is talk crap about their customers in Vietnamese. If you frequent this place and think you're a favorite customer, I would think again. There were ladies walking out that they knew them by name. and would say see you next time and the minute they walked out would say something negative.

Which the cost for short nails no color which they end up putting color is $48. I don't have money to waste for mistakes. My recommendation is to be as clear as possible even with the easiest task and show a picture. I walk in requesting for my nails to look the same which had no colored and come out with a hint of color.

My experience was not just disappointing -- it was unsafe and completely mishandled. I went in for a routine pedicure and left with chemical burns. This is a serious health and safety issue that should never happen in a professional salon. I was initially promised a full refund due to the injury, but that promise has not been honored. Instead, I received a call from someone identifying herself as "Jenny," who stated she is the owner, asking me to come back in because "she also does hair." That response was both confusing and concerning. After being injured during a basic pedicure, why would I feel comfortable returning for any additional services? It felt dismissive and completely missed the seriousness of the situation. On top of that, instead of resolving the issue, I was sent step-by-step instructions on how to file a complaint with the state board -- as if my injury was something to pass off rather than take responsibility for. That alone shows a lack of accountability and concern for customer safety. Being injured is unacceptable. Being dismissed afterward is even worse. A business that causes harm and then avoids responsibility should not be trusted. I will be escalating this through my bank and reporting to the appropriate authorities. For your safety, please consider going elsewhere.

I got a Honey Pedicure and a french tip acrylic set and my mom just got a sweet pedicure. Our experience I would say was alright. Still questionable. The owner Vince did my acrylic set and he is nice do not get me wrong, and the staff is super friendly! Tina did my pedicure and she was awesome and Sunny did my mother's. However, I have a few things that I'm unsure of and this is the reason behind the 3 star rating. 1.) It would be for my nail set I wanted to do a french tip acrylic short. For my tip it was done straight across rather than curving with my nail. (I was not aware of the different ways for a french tip due to my salon I normally go to always has done the curve) maybe I should have specified but the picture I showed him of the nails I want had the curved french tip so I thought that's what would have been done. 2.) My mother's experience with Sunny was not the best, she advised she told sunny maybe 6-7 times she wanted her toe nails trimmed and Sunny kept filing and not cutting them - My mother also explained she had an ingrown toenail and she was not able to assist - Tina had to come in and assist to trim my moms toe nails and remove the ingrown nail. My mother also has callus on the back of her heel after her pedicure, it was missed. My mom also has cuts on her toe from Sunny and Tina had to put some green stuff on it. 3.) Then lastly, they did not have any paper towels or napkins by the sink to dry your hands after you washed them or in the bathroom. They had tissues in replacement for now, but it was a bit odd to dry my hands with tissue. A few customers were complaining about it as well that I heard while being there. They did advise they are waiting on the shipment for it. 4.) This one I'm a bit questionable on - I do not believe my mother or myself received new tools when our pedicure was being done it seemed like the tools were being taken out of their own little carriers they have in their carts individually. Just a bit iffy on that. They also charge $15.00 to do french tip with curve. I thought French tip is French tip... but with curve it is an extra $5.00. The owner did waive this for me this time however so that was cool of him and I appreciate it!! So all in all - the staff is super friendly! Loved that! Vince was also very patient with me - I can be picky with my nails! He was awesome!
