BUYER BEWARE!! I came in for a full set. Short and simple. No polish or anything fancy. Burnt me twice with the drill. Then charged me $50. I asked what did you do that was $50? He said all full sets are $50 even though their website and service menu said $37 and up! They were slow as evidenced by the 3 male staff standing outside the salon smoking so I guess they decided to charge more to make up the loss of revenue for the day. The sweet lady Anna cut my big toe and second toe while cutting cuticles. They hurt so much. They need to be extra careful. The man who did my manicure did an ok job at the end I asked him if he had nail Polish remover and he replied "im not done" he starting cutting my skin on tips of my nails instead of using the thin brush with nail Polish remover. Let me set the record straight since Jeanie L felt it necessary to speak on something she knew nothing about and was dishonest about what really happened. Fully masked and vaccinated, I did not stand over her, but to the side of her which was the only place I could stand since the Manager wanted to speak to me. When she asked me to move further away, I did as much as was possible. I did not scream, yell, curse, threaten, degrade, call him names or act psycho as she put it. I never ever once asked him for my money back. As he keeps telling me to come in so he can take care of it, I drive an hour out of my way every time, only to be told he's not going to do anything. I have always only asked for him to honor the $100 gift card I purchased, which legally he's supposed to do. This gift card had a 90 day expiration date which was during Covid and all businesses were closed. So hey, let's look at the law: Federal Gift Card Law The Federal Credit CARD Act of 2009, states that gift certificates and store gift cards can't expire for five years. On April 17, 2018, the Arizona governor signed SB 1264, which prohibits the issuance or sale of gift cards in Arizona that are subject to fees or expiration dates. A merchant cannot legally refuse to allow a customer to use a gift card. I did not "trash good people." Quite the opposite, as I'm the one being trashed as I've been lied to, my time wasted and my money "stolen." The good people I have in my life certainly don't waste their breath telling lies and wouldn't even think of ripping you off or conning you out of your hard earned money. And they most certainly keep and honor their word! So I guess Jeanie and I definitely have a difference of opinion on what "good people" are. The Manager has been very rude and deceptive and if I could give 0 stars then I would. Now my fight will be to take legal action against them, which I will. You can decide for yourself if this is the type of establishment you wish to support. read more

Been here a few times and never had any issues. (Side note, I only get normal mani/pedis, not a gel/acrylic person). I'm picky about how my nails are cut and they always do a great job! Good attention to detail, especially around the cuticles. Last couple times, I had a gentleman named Mike and he was super friendly and my nails were just how I like. The salon itself is an average size and always clean. The times I've been were as a walk-in and lucky didn't have to really wait. But I'd probably make an appointment on the weekends just to be safe. read more

The girl who did my toes did a fantastic job! They turned out great. My nails on the other hand not so much. Got them done Friday 6/29/18 & today 7/3/18 they are already chipping. These are gel so they should last a long time but instead they are peeling up and chipping off. They look awful. I'm so sad I paid $$ for these to barely last a few days. I spent a good amount of time reading through reviews for several salons in the area. This by far, was the best option. So I was very hopeful for at least a decent experience. Upon entering with my friend, they had two chairs in the waiting area and which were both filled by customers waiting. We could see it was a bit busy but we weren't in a rush. After a few minutes of waiting, we were told to sit in the first two chairs available. A lady came and turned both of our water faucets on, just for it to be barely luke warm water. She told us to let her know if they were good after it had already filled 3/4's of the way. I'm not sure about my friend but my technician was clearly distracted by unknown work activities. Clean spa chairs! My teammate and I enjoy going to get our toes done here. It is always better to call ahead and check if they have an opening especially if there is more than one of you. Once, I went there with my mother and daughter. It was a Girls' day out. My mistake was that I didn't call ahead. The third manicurist was on break and was really grumpy. The second mistake was not assigning the most experienced manicurist to my mother. The young woman was rough with my mother when she was trimming my mother's cuticles and really upset my mother. When my mother complained, they changed her manicurist and the head lady took care of mom after that. The pricing is good. read more

I never write reviews, never...but i feel so strongly about this that I feel I have no choice . I have never felt uncomfortable to the point where i felt violated however this was the case during my experience at UK Salon. This was my first and last time there. I was appalled at the lack of professionalism displayed by this technician. The gentleman who did my pedicure made me feel extremly uncomfortable (and that doesn't even begin to do it justice). During the appointment, this man repeatedly pulled my legs apart and blatantly stared at my crotch. I caught him doing it multiple times, including in this photograph that I have attached. He made no attempt to hide what he was doing and that made it all the creepier! At one point he grab each of my legs at the knee and moved them completely to the opposite ends of the pedicure stand and then told me to "relax". I am confident that he knew I was uncomfortable. I know that I should have gotten up and walked out immediately, but I was so shocked and stunned that I froze. I am a grown woman and my biggest fear with this experience is that I am not the first girl that this has happened to. I have a daughter myself and if I knew this happened to her I would be even more livid. This is NOT OK. And this review does not even make me feel any better. I just wanted to warn anyone considering this business. Spare your dignity. read more

I went in first thing in the morning when they opened so that I can get in and get out without having to wait forever in a day, I walk in and it was just the gentlemen and myself and he bluntly said he has 2 appointments in 45 minutes and I would not be able to get anything done for 2 hours, so that was a nice passive aggressive slap in the face. Explaining my wedding is the very next day this would help greatly, he shrugged his shoulders and told me it was out of his hands. I can safely understand the respect of appointments, but with the time frame that was obviously available to get in and get out without interfering with appointments, I was disappointed and will not be returning.
