Very unprofessional and uncomfortable. My sister in law stops in this place regularly to get their "express pedicure" when she only has a short amount of time before needing to pick her kids up. This was my first time here. They seemed annoyed when we walked in. When they filled up the foot baths they were overflowing and spilling on the floor. Both my sister in law and myself got a male doing our nails. The guy doing mine looked like someone from the next door bar.... not someone experienced in nails.... I was aware I was making a judgement against his looks at first but it proved accurate. He was rough with my feet. Had to keep asking guy next to him of each thing he was supposed to do. When he filed my nails it was rough and careless, you can see in the pictures. He had an overall annoyance and seemed to be rushing as fast as he could so he could go outside to smoke a cigarette. My foot didn't even get soaked long enough for the sandal imprint on my foot to disappear. My nails were horribly painted, you can see in my pictures. Didn't cover parts of nails, painted right over my skin without giving a crap. My nail polish was all clumped and bumpy like someone touched the wet paint over and over, you'll see from pictures. He filed my nails so the whites were all facing up and no polish applied on it. No lotion was applied, which my sister in law says they always apply. A lady handed him what looked like reading glasses as he was finishing up.... so he was blind my whole pedi and obviously didnt give a damn. As soon as they both finished they pretty much threw down their stuff and walked outside for a smoke without even saying okay, how to do you like it, or thank you for coming. We both sat there in shock. There was a women doing a pedi on a lady next to us, my sister in law started voicing how screwed up our nails looked, she came over to examine, shook her head, apologized and told one of men. The one doing my nails took off and didn't care. The guy doing my sister in laws nails came looked at mine and said "dont worry we fix". No apology. Was rough and annoyed trying to fix my nails well beyond help. Kept applying more and more polish and tried wiping polish from skin. It was STILL awful. See pictures. He then attempted fixing sister in laws nails which "he" screwed up and still was shit. No apologies when nails still looked like crap, rushed me out with wet nails, no discount no nothing and I was so embarrassed and shocked. Also took 1 hour for "express" pedi and she was late picking up the kids. AND 2 hours later our polish wasn't dry, and rubbing off on our carpets and furniture. Spent $15 and $2 on tip (because my parents taught me to ALWAYS tip). Beware of this place. My sister in law said this place was always amazing but now the new owner has let it go. Ill stick with blooming nails and spa next to my house, they always treat me like a pampered queen. read more

Absolutely amazing job on my nails. This place has a new owner as of a month ago. Maria did my nails and honestly she did the best job I have ever had done on my nails. Not only can she do good nails, she can match any picture you bring her of a design. I got acrylics with gel and they look totally natural! I also got a pedicure from here that was just as amazing. She took the time to clean all the dry skin from my feet and toes and then matched my toe nails with my nail design. My daughter in law and I came here two weeks ago and she did my daughter-in-law's nails and my daughter-in-law felt the same way. She said she had never had her nails done that good. I have gone here many times now and the first few they did a decent job, can't complain. I have even bought friends and family gift cards for this place. However I came in Saturday afternoon for a full set acrylic ($40). I got them in color white. I came back today, Tuesday morning, with yellow nails. I followed all the aftercare instructions they gave me and my nails still turned a yellow/brown color. I get white frequently and never have they turned yellow so fast. I explained this to the nail tech, I believe the owner and he proceeded to tell me this is normal. Well if you're nails are going to turn yellow after 3 days, then what's the point of getting while and why wouldn't they let you know that. Then after a few minutes of him arguing with me he says he will change the color, but for $15. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I was just there and spent $40. Mind you the shop was not busy and they was no one waiting to get their nails done. He was quite rude and proceeded to chuckle and smirk at me as I explained that I didn't feel is right to have to pay an additional $15. In this industry or any service industry I feel it is important that if I'm going to be giving them my hard-working money I should be treated with respect and that they actually care about their clients. I have been going here for a couple months now to give them a full chance. After getting a new set of gel coffin nails, I noticed they were really thin. I didnt think anything of it until the nails have now started breaking off with every little bit of pressure put into them. All of the acrylic nails broke off of my left hand. I gave them the benefit if the doubt and went back to get them fixed. A week and a half later more broke. My last fill was 3 days ago, my first day back at work (office work) I broke ANOTHER nail by opening my desk drawer. Do not waste your money. They dont last 2 weeks before they start breaking.
