I arrived about 5 minutes early and was immediately ushered to a chair. The man that did my pedicure was very attentive. He was there to ask me about the water temp as well as adjusting the massage chair. I opted for the classic pedicure. I was given a few books to look through to choose from a wide variety of polish colors. The pedicure was quick but thorough. The foot massage was heavily and relaxing. While I was at Tiaras numerous customers came I went. One thing they all had in common was that they seemed like regulars. Everyone was greeted with a smile and a question about how they've been since their last appointment. Overall the vibe was so relaxing and stress free, the price reasonable and the service impeccable.

She continued the service and even painted over the bleeding area. I brought it up because the polish didn't look good, and at that point I asked for the polish to be removed. Another technician came over, but the second attempt was nearly the same quality, uneven application with visible air bubbles. They also had me sit in front of a small fan for about 30 minutes to dry, which didn't help much. Despite everything, I was still charged for the service. It's now been about two weeks, and my toe is still healing from the cut. Overall, this was not worth the time or money, and I left concerned about the quality and hygiene practices.

I can go 3-4 weeks without a fill (don't recommend) and still get compliments on my nails. Ellie is my go to for my manicure, full set or fill. However, there was no massage--just basic products, a single pass with a hot stone on each leg, some oil rubbed on, and the service was over much quicker than expected. When I tried to show a reference, I was completely ignored. As he was working, I noticed right away that one side was longer than the other. I politely asked him to fix it and even tried to point out exactly what needed to be corrected, but instead of fixing the longer nails, he kept shortening the ones that were already too short.On top of that, the drill burned under my nail multiple times. I understand it can happen once or twice, but I kept telling him it was hurting and nothing changed.When he finished, the result looked awful. I asked again if he could fix them, and every time he tried, it just made things worse.
