It's been a few months since I've been back to ND Nails only because of some personal reasons that put me to live across town for a few months. However, I moved back and I went back to my favorite girl, Tina! She is amazing, so friendly and just a breath of fresh air to help you with not only your nails but also choosing the best shape and color. I absolutely adore Tina and will most definitely be back again very very soon! Thank you to the entire staff at ND Nails but a special shout out to Tina! :)
First time getting nails done here and two days after the gel polish chips, they were all lumpy and my thumb nail broke. After returning to fix the problem they tried to charge me to fix my nails ( additional $40) I wanted my mother to get a pedi while I fixed my nails and that was a horrible mistake! The older woman left her toes a mess. The hot stones were cold, her toe nails are throbbing and the polish is all over her skin. We addressed the problem to the owner and she didn't help at all. She didn't even try to solve the issue not look at my moms toes! She just wanted the money. The pictures show everything! Won't be going back!
I'm originally from Cali but I recently took a trip to Arizona to visit some family for the first time and then my nails broke...while looking for a place to get them done I came across ND Nails, seeing the good reviews on yelp I decided to call and make an appointment. Tina was nice enough to make time for me. I went in and felt super welcomed, the cleanliness of this place was up to my standards so I proceeded to sit down and although I was alittle nervous, Tina made me feel extremely comfortable, she recommended I get ombré nails with almond shape which I usually don't do but decided to try it out. All I can say is I love it! The color the shape and everything was perfect not to mention Tina is super fast and good at what she does so I didn't have to sit too long which is a huge plus for me as I hate sitting for long periods of time. This place is definitely a gem. If I ever come to Arizona again this will be a place I would visit again!
I went in to get gel x, she started doing something different and I should have spoken up then. Whatever it was seemed similar to gel x, but was more of a hard gel that ended up being completely uneven in thickness and she just kept saying she wasn't done yet. It took THREE hours. Additionally, two of the nails snapped off not even 24 hours after getting them on. It was a time consuming and frustrating experience in the first place so I wasn't about to let her try to fix them, and I had to cut them all to be even. I called a couple days later once I realized I wasn't going to have time to stop in and explain and she denied me a refund. Needless to say, I won't be going anywhere near this business again. Only good part about the nails were that I liked my design. Even that is uneven though. Probably the worst set of nails I've ever had.
I've been coming to ND Nails for a couple of years now. Mimi is seriously the best at what she does, I highly recommend her. I've asked her once to do my Acrylic set and since then she's always remembered the exact shape and color. I prefer mine to look natural and have always had problems with other nail techs but she is really amazing! I did a natural nail with SNS dip today and loved them! I'll post those pics below.
I will NEVER go back here again!!!! I waited for 8 weeks to get my nails done during quarantine, it was one of the things I missed the most. My usual salon was booked up so I came to ND Nails. I would rather never get my nails done again then sit through that experience. I scheduled an SNS manicure, full set. The tech didn't say anything to me when he sat down; shape, tips, or style? Nope. He did very little filing and didn't trim my cuticles or clean up anything. Put the SNS first powder coat right on them then finally asked for my shape preference. Odd... My nails were pretty short already, I told him (the tech) "Don't take any length off, rounded shape please" He took all the length off and squared them. He cut the sides of my left pinky 6x, I kept pulling my hand back and saying Ow but he didn't seem to care. He was sweating profusely the entire time, I worried it was going to drop onto my hand, he kept having to ask the tech next to him what to do polish to use. Was I his first victim??? Felt like it. It gets worse... My right hand he had to redo 3x, used the wrong top coat and tried to put my hand under the UV light. You don't use the UV light for an SNS manicure that is the entire point of SNS!!! My right hand has smudges and polish is lumpy and rough. I can't believe I paid money for this. Looks like I'll be going to my usual salon next week to get them redone. Thank you ND Nails for confirming that I should never come back here
I love getting my nails done here! Tina does an amazing job and I always ask for her because of her attention to detail and skill level. Every time I've come in, the environment has been relaxing and I've always left happy with beautiful nails that last a long time, even through all the harsh things I do like yard work and lots of dishwashing. I've had my nails done at other places and they haven't been as quality or I've noticed the top coat has yellowed over time. That never happens to me at ND. They also do an awesome pedicure here as well. My nails were three weeks old and I still had a gal stop me while I was in Vegas for NYE to tell me how amazing they looked and wanted to know who did them... she was sad to find out that Tina was not local to Vegas. This is my go-to spot. Thank you, Tina!

Today was my first time here and I ABSOLUTELY will be back!!! I went to Tina for dip manicure and gel pedicure. I haven't done French in years but risked it and I'm SO happy I did!!! They're perfect and I'm obsessed. Worth every penny of the $97 for both (extra for gel on toes and French on both). I had been going to Nu Nails across the street. My fave lady was Tracy who owned it. She sold and it went downhill after that. So then I moved over to Lavish Nails. It's a pretty salon and they do a decent job but it's always so busy and they are expensive, they rush you through, and the main guy (who's an owner) is rude. Tina took 2 full hours on me and they're beautiful. My friend Dani referred me and I'll for sure come back every time! read more

Tina does amazing job, fast professional and kind. Below are my nails right after and also 4 weeks later - no cracks or chips, just grew out. I also take my mom there - she would not want to go to anyone else. Highly recommend! read more

I had the BEST manicure of my life at ND Nail! I went in as a walk in at around 6:15pm last week and only waited about 10 minutes before the wrapped my nails to remove SNS from another salon. Before they wrapped me, I pointed out some things I didn't like about my manicure from another salon (the SNS was super thick and my nails were too square for my liking). I picked a bright red (#41) and am BLOWN AWAY by the quality. Tina is an artist! The one thing I don't like about SNS (or, used to dislike) was that it was always thick and looked like acrylics, but I must have been going to the wrong places the whole time. Now, my SNS from ND Nail is thin, classy, and looks like I simply painted my nails. She shaped them perfectly. I've never felt this way about a manicure - I normally leave salons with something about my manicure that annoys me the whole time I have the manicure, but this time it is perfect. I'm coming here exclusively. If you are particular about your nails, this is your spot. read more

The best pedicure I've had in years. The regular pedicure included an extra long massage. Mimi did an amazing job on my nails too. I did a full set of nails for length with a gel French manicure. Priced extremely reasonably for the area. read more

This is the only place in scottsdale I go for pedicure. Mostly because their massages are phenomenal! So thorough and relaxing. Every single person gives a fantastic massage regardless of what level of pedicure you get. It's incredible! Plus, Their pricing is EXCELLENT I've also seen them handle very, very demanding and even unpleasant customers well. They always work with the customer and come to a solution no matter how outrageous some of these people are! HIGHLY recommend Tina, V, Mimi- all the regular ladies are wonderful. This is my go-to nail spot and Mimi NEVER disappoints. I usually get gel but this last time I wanted an ombré winter wonderland inspired set. Just look at the photos! Gina did my ombré dip acrylics. She did such a thorough and detailed job. The color is exactly what I wanted. Also I opted for one of the deluxe pedicures which was very relaxing including a hot stone massage and callous remover. Another great part was that mon before 1 pm the salon offers 15% off. Overall great experience. read more
