My nails feel really messy, I'm so used to perfection at my past nail salons (both out of state). When you charge $45 for gel and $35 minimum for pedicure you expect a higher level of excellence and that is NOT what you receive here. I will not be back. There's SO many other salons to choose from. Avoid! And since when did they stop doing hand massage for the manicure? Always cutting time and quality. ~$90 for a basic pedicure with gel French tip and "soak off" service to remove my gel-x extensions (quoted $70 online if they're charging for French and gel polish separately at $15/ea). I had a great experience with the guy who installed my gel-x but not as great when I returned to have them removed and my pedicure refreshed unfortunately. The vibes of the salon are beautiful and complimentary drinks are provided but there's an obvious intense upsell incentive. My pedicure resulted in cuticles that were snipped short - my middle toe wouldn't stop bleeding so she painted over it trapping blood under the gel and an inflamed toe. Luckily, I don't have any known bloodborne pathogens or bacterial infections that went back into that nail polish bottle but how often is that happening? The soak off gel-x removal consisted of cutting off the tips, soaking off the top layer, then sanding down the base which left both hot spots on my natural nail and some base left to "help keep my natural nail from breaking". She'd suggested doing a gel builder but after hearing it'd be an additional $70, I declined (she got up in the middle of my service to talk to the owner about it) and was left in this state after she completed the "soak off" service (in quotation because they did not do a true soak off). She said she was going to put a clear coat on top but after talks with the owner that did not happen. Had a nice experience for me and my daughter but had to wait over 30 min for our pedicures to start after being sat down in the salon chairs. Also, my gel manicure has completely peeled after 8 days. Couldn't have any repairs or discounted services because their policy only covers until 7 days. Gel should last much longer than a week.. read more

I was scheduled with a new nail tech and was willing to try him out, he filed my nails all off on the sides, I was still patient and asked if it could be rebuilt maybe with some acrylic. They said no and said they could reschedule me for another day with someone else, after my nails had already been ruined. The manager did not offer any kind of compensation or show any care whatsoeve. I left and went immediately to another shop. They do good nails but always have you waiting 30+ minutes in between services that seem to take longer than expected. If you have 2-3 hours to spend getting your nails done then it's a good place but always plan to spend at least 1 and a half hours minimum read more

Truly had a great experience! Every touch was thoughtful during my visit, including the front desk girl checking in mid pedi to make sure I was having a great experience. The space was well designed and had the Lux chairs, that even had seat warmers. For my Pedi, I had the Organic Spa pedicure, complete with Parafan wax. It was delightful! I also had a full set gel x manicure with cat eye polish for the first time by Alex and I'm completely obsessed with how my nails turned out. Im very sad to be posting this review. I went in to get my nails done as my normal nail tech was unavailable. I was getting my nails done for my best friends wedding out of state and I'm glad I went the day I was leaving because my nails only lasted a week before they started lifting and some completely popped off. The woman who did my nails was very kind but she did not put any dehydrator or primer on my nails to prep them for the gel x I was getting. I asked her about it and she didn't know what I was talking about. I paid $100 for my nails to last a week. I am very disappointed and will not be going back. read more
