Arcadia Nail Bar - Nail Salons Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

I've gone to this nail salon several times because it's in a convenient location so I feel like I have a pretty good review now. Pros: they can usually always get you in same day, they have a good color selection. They give you a punch card and after 10 you get 10% off your next service. The nail techs and the front desk employees are very sweet! Cons: you always have to wait at minimum 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time for your services to start. They are pretty aggressive on the callus remover tool which hurts. The massage chairs are dirty and there's always spills from previous customers all over. They really cake on the gel. So bad that one of the nail techs said "wow don't go back to the nail salon you went to before this because they use too much product and it will crack" and then I had to remind him that I always come to Arcadia Nails and they did that... I always get the Deluxe pedicure ($47) and the "12 minute massage" is usually 2-4 minutes so I wouldn't recommend upgrading to that. Stick with a classic pedicure, no gel. And you'll probably be fine here. The clientele is generally moms with kids, most the time when I'm in here there's kids running or screaming, the space isn't very big. They have music videos playing on tv and also local news so there's a bunch of random noise. So if you want something super relaxing I'd go elsewhere. read more

Lena is excellent, thank you Arcadia Nail Bar!! Friendly staff and lovely, relaxing, atmosphereLove my nails!

Wonderful job! Happened upon this place on accident, but I'll definitely be back again soon. Sam and his team did a perfect job, extremely skilled in gel mani/pedis will be back! read more

They ruined my naturally strong nails!! I recently went in June and the lady used this thick gel type stuff (never seen it before) to remove my gel polish instead of soaking them. within a minute the gel was dissolving but my nails started itching and burning so I had her remove it immediately. Fast forward to now & my nails are STILL super weak, crack and bend so easily. I've had to get dip power just so they can grow back. They lad said normally she uses that gel remover for 3-5 minute, I can't imagine what condiction my nails would be if I let her use it that long. If you go be aware of what they're using and make sure you ask to have them soak off the gel. To Arcadia Nail Bar: I asked other nail salons about the remover you guys used and they all said it's a bad product and they don't use it at their salons. you guys should really consider the integrity of your products. read more

Nancy was polite, kind, and provided good quality service. Arcadia nail bar is by far my favorite nail salon in Scottsdale.

Best nail salon in Arcadia. The staff is lovely. Prices are very fair and they do a great job. I have been getting dip for the past 8 years so I know a good job when I have one- Tracy is by far the best nail dip technician I have ever used! I highly recommend A.N.B.!!! read more

10/10 I love this nail salon. I get a natural nail dip power manicure and get gel on my toes. Everybody here is respectful and they always leave me happy at the end of my visit. I'm always telling other girls to come try it out, you won't be disappointed. read more

Everyone is super sweet! My pedicure and waxing services were wonderful and very comfortable!

I love this salon!! I started coming here when the new owner took over Fall of last year 2022 and will not be going anywhere else! All of the nail techs are extremely talented and can do pretty much any design. This is the one salon I've been to that takes attention to detail very serious which I love! My husband especially loves coming with me to get our pedicures done! Also the salon is very clean. Highly recommended this nail salon. read more

Lynn was amazing and very detailed ! Great hard gel manicure. Highly recommend her at Arcadia Nail Bar.

Very bad quality and service. I came in several times to give the benefit of the doubt and was disappointed every time. Last time I got my nails done, they were uneven, stared chipping the next day, polish bubbling up and coming off. Very sloppy and rushed manicure, made my cuticles bleed. Not going back. read more

Tracy is a beast. She did my fill in 26 minutes and I'm not even kidding you it's the best I've ever gotten in my entire life. And she's so kind and funny. I don't care if she moves out of the state, literally never going to anyone else ever again. Just incredible. Not to mention, the salon is clean and beautiful. I had my dog with me because I was taking him to the vet and could not leave him in my car. She got him and me a water bottle and even offered me wine! Lol 20 out of 5 stars !!!!!! read more

Average experience. I usually love getting my nails done her but left very disappointed this time. My nails were all different lengths and shapes and when I asked if she could fix them she got more and more annoyed. She kept telling me "they are fine" and would make them shorter. I eventually was tired of her not listening to me concern and stopped trying. It was not worth the $60 and had to go to another salon to get them fixed. Very disappointed read more

This shop is very poorly run! I made an appointment several hours before my scheduled 4:00 appointment which was a time they suggested. I arrived 10 minutes early. Forty minutes later they were noot close to getting me in. I walked out. It was my first time there and will be my last time going there. read more

Cece did a great job on my pedi today! It was so relaxing and beautifully done. Thank you.

If you're bringing your own polish and want a design don't try this place they won't do your nails unless you have gel as soon I showed I had my own polish the lady tried telling me I can't do gel x so I said fine do acrylic then they can't do any type of design unless you do gel polish? And the place felt super gross inside I get its 110 outside but it shouldn't be 80degrees inside a nail salon read more

I always come here for my acrylics because Katie does an amazing job with designs! The staff is friendly and make you feel comfortable to be there! read more

Amazing service, my nails look amazing. Everyone is so amazing here. I would come again if I lived here.

Nails are trashed from too much gel I told them I wanted a regular manicure despite the operator continuing to push gel multiple times So they said ok but put a gel topcoat . on without me knowing. Again I cannot get this off! I said NO GEL and i was charged an exorbitant amount for a regular manicure That was gloppy old nail polish. Will not go back read more

The best nail salon in Phoenix, in my opinion. The customer service is always friendly and respectful, and they are always on time with your appointments. The quality of work is impeccable. I go to Kelly, and she is consistent with her quality of work. And no matter what color I want, she will provide it even if she has to custom-make it. I have found my new happy Nail salon place, and I will never change. read more

Amazing! Joy is wonderful and did my nails EXACTLY how I wanted them. Will be coming back again and again. read more

This place is amazing and so welcoming. It is the first salon I went to on the recommendation of my best friend and sister after not getting my nails done for a year from other places. I'm so happy I came here, Tracy is an absolute hoot and brings a great energy to the salon. Her attention to details and recommendations are second to none. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment here. read more

Please do not trust claims that this salon can handle complex designs. I'll give it to them, they tried. Save your time and the embarrassment of your nails by finding a private tech like I will from now on. Here's a pic of my requested design and what I received... go ahead and laugh, I did. Not to mention these adorable chopped cuticles that are bleeding. read more

The workers for the most part were very friendly. The mani-pedi was bad. I guess the hot water tank stopped producing hot water and they had to boil water. The nail polish was so thick and old it just clump on read more

First time in this salon for a pedicure, matter of fact first time in any nail salon for a pedicure. It was great, my feet feel feel great! After years of neglect I am so happy my wife brought me. I'll have to make a habit out of it. read more

Love this place! I come back every 3-4 weeks and am satisfied with my service every time. They are accommodating and kind. I always get gel pedicures and SNS dip power on my nails. Mike does the BEST French tips! Highly recommend. read more

Decided to check the place out and get a pedi after going to Starbucks next door and I'm so glad I did! I used to go to Ken's for years but I'm making the switch to this salon and giving it a chance. I've been coming to Arcadia Nail Bar for a little over a year now and I love it! The prices are fair, they are quick and it's always lively inside. I usually call same day and they have no issue getting me in. All the techs are wonderful and the girl at the front desk is so cheerful! My nails look great every time I come out and I couldn't recommend this place enough! read more

Probably the worst pedicure I've ever had. Extremely unsanitary and the polish was so old and poorly applied I took it off as soon as I got home. Can't believe it was $35. read more

Worst experience ever. Manicurist stood while applying polish on my fingernails and the pedicure felt more like toe tapping with the tools... Had to go get them redone afterwards at another salon. I believe I ended up with an inexperienced tech because the reviews were good. There's no way the mani pedi I got should have cost $72. I also think she made this price up. read more

I am so impressed with this place. I got a full set and had some challenges with the tech. I did not bring it up with anyone (people have bad days, it happens) but the tech did and they went above and beyond to make things better. The design work alone was impressive but the customer service is better than any other salon. I'll be back! read more
