My favorite go to pedicure spot. Only $40 for a pedicure! The staff here is friendly and there is no upselling. They are fast, clean, gentle and friendly. I come usually mid morning as a walk in. I have paid for a callus removal and that was the main thing I came for, but I kept requesting for the Lady to do it a little more but instead, she just did what she felt and kept asking me. I've only been here twice, but I'm really impressed with the service and quality! When I came in my second time, they remembered me by name and were very kind. I also got a gel manicure both times and they lasted for weeks. When I called to see if they could squeeze me in for a same-day appointment and they couldn't, they were ready to book me for the next day. The vibe in there feels pretty fresh with the natural lighting and good location, and the equipment seems up to standard. So far I'm pretty satisfied and I've already recommended a few friends here. All I can say is WOW! Im so glad i stumbled across this place. I came in for an acrylic fill and gel pedicure before work and the nail techs were phenomenal! Lisa was kind, neat, and quick while still paying attention to detail. The woman who did my pedicure (I didn't catch her name) was so lovely and had such a good attitude! I think I paid $109 in total which is honestly such a steal! It's about 30 minutes away from my house but you can bet that I will 100% be back! Amazing job lad read more

THEY ARE OPEN ON WEEKENDS!! Google says they aren't then which is so weird because they are open and definitely take walk-ins especially Saturdays and Sundays. I went to Le Le Nails with my girlfriend, who was having a pedicure for her Birthday. I decided to come along to make it more fun! First, the odor of the establishment is a bit overwhelming. It has that chemical smell from the nails they apply. It's just most places I have been have set up filtration systems or air circulation to limit the unpleasant odor. After a while, you get used to it. The place was clean and practicing safe social distancing! My service was pleasant and it was clear with each additional service there would be an additional charge. My nails looked cute and I had a pleasant experience! My suggestion would be to install some type of system so the place doesn't smell so overwhelming. read more

Just moved into the neighborhood and looking for a new nail spot. Called ahead to make an appointment was able to get in same day. Helen was super nice and gave great service. I called the day before for an appt first thing at 9am so that I would not have to wait for Service. When I arrived at 8:58 am they already had a client in a chair and quickly for me going with my $25 pedicure. I upgraded to the sugar scrub for $5 since I felt that it was a reasonable price already and my feet and legs would benefit from a little exfoliating. The polish looked great and the staff was friendly and not overly chatty (to me or to one another). The salon was clean and organized. They have acrylic, no chip and regular polish choices. The pedicure are massage chairs. At the end of my service the tech charged me $35 and when I inquired about the difference I was told there was a $5 polish removal charge. To be honey I was an bit perturbed about it because it was just some normal polish and if o knew they would charge me that I would have removed it myself at home! I gave the tech an $8 tip which I thought was generous, but I probably won't return because that $5 polish removal felt quite underhanded, especially since I directly asked about the cost. read more

I loved my experience at Le Le. I was able to book a last minute appointment for a manicure. I originally went in for a regular manicure because I had dip on my fingers and the price of a manicure isn't much more than the price of polish removal. When I saw the price for a gel manicure, I was sold. The inside is clean but not frills and I didn't expect much based on the cost but I was wrong. My manicure was beautiful and lasted a long time. There is a nail place on every block on Indian school. I will never come to this one. I've just had hip surgery and can't touch my feet so I thought it might cheer me up to get my toes done. Two sitting employees, with no customer, saw me on crutches, struggling with the door, and nobody helped me. Fine, that's okay. Then they didn't smile at me. The colors looked old and gross so I ended up leaving. The vibe just wasn't good. I don't know what kind of job they do but I know that I didn't feel welcomed here. read more

To make it worse, they tried to blame me by saying I should have gotten a new set the week before. I never asked for a fill. The technician saw that I needed a full set and chose to do a fill anyway because she was in a rush. Then, when her rushed work failed in less than a week, they refused to take responsibility. I had them remove the nails and left. Save yourself the headache and go to Biltmore Nails instead. It's less than a mile away, less expensive, the quality is far better, and they actually stand behind their work.

They seemed like they were updated and new. You know those massage chairs where you feel like someone is barely tapping your back? Not this one. This one felt like someone was actually rubbing out the knots in my back. I could have stayed there all day if they would have let me. The basic men's pedicure also included a foot and leg massage.. definitely not long enough, but what a great treat at the end of your pedicure. Bottom line?
