Been trying to find a good nail salon that doesn't have absurd pricing and was exited to give this place a try... am thoroughly disappointed. A gel pedicure that all they did was wash my feet with soap and removed calluses was $50 !!??? Not foot massage no scrub nothing for 50$. The polish was done nicely but not worth $50. Next my nails I wanted a simple French tip design with a swirled line on it that I could do myself but i dont have dip products at home. Again these cost $58 and are absolutely not worth that price I am giving 2 stars because they were very sweet and good customer service but will not be going back read more

I always go here! It's not perfect, not luxury by any means but it's clean and the girls are so nice. I've only had one bad nail job here out of probably 20ish so I'm happy with them. Bonus is they aren't pushy about adding extra fees, that's always my pet peeve about these places but these women never pressure you. read more

Came here on a Saturday, was going to get a mani/pedi.. half way through after my toes were done I let them know I had to leave to get lunch with a friend and I was so sorry. They charged me $30, for a basic pedicure that didn't even include my legs getting scrubbed, nothing.. My friend ends up going there today, gets THE SAME pedicure, gets charged $25.... don't like this place. My friend also said, one of the ladies wrote on a napkin "can you please tip in cash".. idk little weird to me lol. I love Le Le's! I've been coming here for 8 months now and the service is always spot on. I like to have Lynn do my gel manicures. She's so fast, I love it! I always try and make an appointment just to ensure I don't have to wait but they are always very accommodating to the people who do walk in. I went strictly based on the referral of a friend. I figured her pedicure looked great, so why not? Alas, no. My nail technician (a man) went at a much faster pace than my friend (who was sitting next to me). Ironic as I had splurged for the salt scrub. My massage was a complete waste of time. I've swatted flies harder than he did on my legs. Five bucks on the scrub was roughly 60 seconds of application, smooshing around and then a quick rinse. The other odd thing he did was reshape my nails into round-ish shapes. I had come in with perfectly squared nails. Poof! Gone. When I arrived home I was dismayed to see how goopy my manicure actually was. In my opinion he used too much polish. Ugh. My manicure lasted exactly two days, at which point I removed what was left of the polish. If you go, stay away from the man technician. read more

I've been going here for years, and 98% of the time, Lon does my nails (acrylic). She does an amazing job every time! Make sure you call ahead and make an appointment with her or my friends also have Lisa do their nails and love her as well. The staff in general there do great job though so I'd imagine most will provide you with what you're looking for- I just have my preference for Lon :) They're also pretty affordable too cost wise, and also offer gift certificates if you want to gift something from there to a friend! read more

Sorry but no. I really wanted to like this place from the good reviews and because it's a stone's throw from my place. But I won't be returning. Not sure if my experience was due to having the only male employee who rushed through my mani/pedi or if it's consistently like this. It was so busy on a Friday afternoon, I was sure people must be there for a reason. But my nails looked like absolute crap. The dude was very nice, but he painted all over my cuticles and the nail polish was probably 6 years old and chunky. That didn't seem to stop him as he globbered it all over my fingers. I literally went home, took all the polish off and repainted it myself. Thanks for the trim and the footsoak, but I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

I'm new to Phoenix and will not feel settled until I've found my go to cheap manicure/pedicure place. Le Le was my first attempt and I would have been thrilled if this was it. Unfortunately, no. I only got a pedicure and the service was quick, and the salon seemed clean and busy. But the pedicurist accomplished almost nothing in terms of removing dried skin on my feet - maybe because I turned down the sea salt scrub for $5? (Is it weird that I've never heard of that before?) More disturbingly, the pedicure looked fine day of, but the next day I had major chips on two of toenails. Not good. My search continues. read more

They charge you for every single thing even taking your nail polish off($5)They sat me and this other lady down at the same time, and 20 minutes later the lady was done and I was still sitting there with nothing done. This other customer came in and they stated to do her pedi right away. I think the nail tech was upset that I had gel polish on my toes that she did not even let the alcohol soak on my toenails and she stated scraping the polish off very roughly!!! She hadn't even taken all my black nail polish off and had already started to polish my nail with the color I choose which was a very light pink. I had to tell her that she couldn't leave the black on there because it was going to show through. She said I'm sorry but you were complaining that I was hurting you. This was my second time coming to Le Le's and I'll certainly be back for more. My nail technician, Tina, was wonderful too. Maybe it was because the place wasn't too busy but she took a lot of time on my nails, really making sure each one was finished to perfection. It is usually pretty quiet inside, which I happen to love. I prefer sitting and reading a magazine/relaxing rather than the common nail salon gossip/chatting. This is the best nail place in town! The second you walk in the door, you are asked to sanitize your hands. The technicians are wearing gloves and face masks. I even took my wedding party here for our big day. They are very well priced and they keep the place very clean, go there any day the last hour they are open and you will see them scrubbing away. This is the my go to neighborhood nail place. They are very reasonable, and I almost never have to wait longer than 5 minutes. I can drop in, or when I want gel nail manis I found my favorite girl who does an amazing job. I never get anything but french, and I like the lines not to be too thick and bulky looking. Amazing job every time, and a gel mani with french polish is only $30, no charge for taking off the previous one. I usually can get away with every 3 weeks, because they suggested I use clear gel polish instead of pink so when your nail grows out from the cuticle you can't see it. I always get my acrylics done here! They're a little our of my way but so far the best place I've found in awhile. Tina does an excellent job of making them all even and thinner at my request. I have gotten my nails done here a few times. Medocre work. Last time I went there they quoted me ten dollars less then what I paid. I asked for for an extra gel coat for white color and the nail girl charged me for both a full acrylic amd a gel manicure after quoting me a different price. I just paid the bill and vowed to never be back. I had received a reference for another nail salon and when the nails started to come off prematurely I made an apmnt. The technician advised that I requested they use the type of nails that were actuallybused. It turns out they used the wrong size bc they were to lazy to adjust the nails correctly.
