I have gone to Le's for the last few years but now they are under new owners and you can absolutely tell! On this visit I got a full set with clear gel polish and a pedicure. They still allow walk-ins but encourage you to make appointments. They are refinishing the place but once they do I would love to show an update of what it looks like. It was dark and dingy before and now it looks bright and light in there! One of the new owners, Ariel, is so sweet. You can tell she wants her customers to have a great experience. Bonus, they now offer you a drink while you're there! I will definitely be back soon! read more

Had a nail emergency on NYE and couldn't get in to my usual place. I googled nail places nearby and called, luckily they had availability. After coming here and being charged less than my other nail place, I think I might stick with Lee's. I also did a walk-in for a pedicure a few days ago and was seated right away. Not only are all the workers, kind, caring, and constantly energetic, but their nails art is amazing! I definitely recommend anyone in the area to choose here to get your nails and toes done. Just got my nails done in over 9 months and so shocked to see the inside remodeled and under new management! Quality of work was great. Staff was super friendly and their was no wait. I got a pedicure and full set with gel. Very reasonably priced. Can't wait to go back in a few weeks for my fill! read more

I only get my nails done once a year...and I am beyond disappointed and upset to have wasted my birthday money on this place. My toes came out TERRIBLE (photos attached) I was convinced to buy a higher package - but it was so fast and my feet are harder than they were before, the massage wasn't even for a minute, and can't even paint my toes correctly. And for my nails (picture attached) she missed sooo many spots, it didn't come out how it looked on the example, and shortened my nails completely to the point they hurt. Some of my nail is already popping up and getting caught on things. I am furious and I do not recommend this place at all!!! read more

The first time I went I had an amazing set done by Nhi and I was happy. The second time I went I had an older lady (I'm not sure her name) with a bad attitude who rushed my appointment and did my nails crooked. When I asked her to shape them up more she barely did anything and told me it was fine. A week later a nail broke and when I went to fix it she was there and was rude the whole time, after that was fix, another nail broke days later. I won't be returning here ever again. If you do go here, ask for Nhi she's really good and super sweet read more

I went in for a French manicure and wanted them to change it to a skin color dip instead of the pink and white and Vivian was very nice and patient trying to find the right match. Happy with the results too! Would recommend it's very clean inside too! Some nail salons can be pretty gross these days! read more

Went on a Sunday at 1 pm. Got right in, no wait! Friendly staff wore masks and gloves. Got a nice basic pedicure for only $23! Hot stone massage included in the basic pedicure. Very relaxing. The place is pretty run down but they do a great job and I always like supporting local businesses. For the price, you can't beat this pedicure! She was very thorough with the shaping, cleaning, filing, painting. High attention to detail. Very impressed by this place and will definitely make it my new go-to (I'm new to the area). My new fav spot!! I just moved here from out of state and came to have my eyebrows and lip waxed and my nails done. Absolutely loved it! Staff was super welcoming, friendly and personable. The owner, Ariel, understood exactly what I wanted and really took the time to perfect my nails and take care of my natural nails. This place has really gone downhill recently. I've been coming here for years and today was my last time. Waited over an hour (thirty minutes past appointment time) and left. Wouldn't even let my friend and me sit next to each other for our nail services. The chairs are so disgusting... get new ones!! Gross. Last time I came, I had to ask for the AC to be turned on. It was cooler outside than it was inside. This used to be my regular spot and when I moved, I continued to drive out of my way to come but after today, I will not be returning. read more

This place is over priced and does a lousy job. I came in to get a full set and all the nails on my left hand are crooked! They thinned out the nail way too much , it literally feels like I'm wearing the fake nail by itself. & to top it off they're chipping -.- I'm so disappointed and sad! Went there today, for a fill and a polish change on toes. I had French acrylics with different colored pastel tips painted on, and I wanted to do the same thing. She said no. I asked why not. She said you can't, you have to pick a color. I said I just want to redo the same colors. She told me I can't, I have to pick a color. This went back and forth several times before she said I have to fully remove my acrylics and do new ones in order to do what I want. I don't think that's true, but I can't fight all day so I asked how much for that- the phone rings and she answers it. Never told me the price, now we're back to "pick a color". I ask again how much to remove them and do the same thing I have and she doesn't answer, just starts drilling my nails! I shut up and sat there while she worked on my nails, not even knowing what I was getting done! She "matched" the fill color with something pinker compared to the existing nude, I figured it must not matter that it's not the same bc she's gonna paint them or something- nope! What I ended up with was white French. Why she couldn't just have done the same thing I had was beyond me. Since the fill color is pinker than the rest, it makes my cuticles look irritated. Oh, that reminds me, she burned my natural nail with the drill 3x and hit my cuticle with the drill I think 5x. It was a harrowing experience. She even stopped mid-service and did a brow wax on a walk-in customer. Answered countless phone calls too. The best part was at the end she made sure to tell me to get out cash for her tip. I ran out of there and went to another nail salon for my polish change on the toes. read more

Have gone to this place 3 times. First time with the younger gal was good. Last two times got me to not come back. Today I was with Jenny. One she nicked me so many times my skin hurts and purposefully was shedding my skin on the sides. Two she never asked what shape I want so was full square when I usually do more short coffin. Three I told her lime green and she placed on clear to try and convince me that was better looking. Told her no I want lime. She placed lime but it's thin nail polish so she had to keep taking it off and re doing it. Could tell she was getting frustrated with the color. Told her I usually do a gem on one finger, as she told me the other finger is better. I think that's what she said it was hard to understand. At the end she put on the cuticle oil and I asked is it too late to put on the gems now and she said yes. So not only did I not get the right shape or gems, it took about 2 hours for a fill. Hate to leave a review but not worth the money. read more

I did a walk in and asked if they could do a full set & pedicure given it was 5:30 and they closed at 7. They said yes. So I get seated for the full set and I'm checking the time making sure if they don't have enough time I'll just take the set and come back for the pedicure. But she rushed the beginning half of the set then they did my pedicure what felt rushed and then finished my set we walked out at 8. I felt so bad but also I would've been fine with just one thing bc they were twisting hand and toes really hard and still my sett has crooked nails. I had noticed a difference in how they treated me, a young black woman, and other customers, but I wasn't impacted by it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, I assumed the discussions in other languages when I picked out my nail colors were about what tools they needed. Recently, I went in to get my nails done. I always have an idea of what I want, but it's never a hard and fast rule because colors my vary and the artist may not be able. I went in for SNS dip with tips. I wanted yellow and an accent nail. They didn't have yellow in SNS, so I chose an electric yellow. Le, the lady at the front, told me 'no.' She wouldn't do it because it didnt show up well. I chose another color to which she declined. I asked if she could do a clear color and paint over the SNS with gel. SHE TOLD ME NO. Anyone who gets their nails done and has gotten designs knows that this is an option, but at this point, I was irritated. Her demeanor was rude and she acted as if I were not even worth her time. Almost, as if she were too good to do MY nails. The entire time she's venting back and forth with other manicurists and pedicurists in the salon. At this point, I was ready to go, but she had already filed my nails off. I asked her to do an overlay. She reached for the acrylic. When I stopped her and told her I wanted the SNS, she told me that wasn't possible. That an SNS overlay is impossible. AND THEN.... And then she started talking about me in Vietnamese. She's standing up, with a raised voice, gesturing back and forth at me. I was caught so unawares that it even took me a moment to put together what was happening. Another associate came over to move me from the front of the salon to the VERY BACK mid-session so that she could take over. Le, the tech originally doing my nails, went to grab another customer. She didn't acknowledge or a say a word to me. When I realized what happened, I went off. I worked in customer service my whole life and have always treated those servicing me with the utmost respect. Even when I worked in customer service, I had never been so disrespected. If you are a black customer, I would not ever recommend spending a dollar in this place again. My money is just as green as anyone else's. There is a culture of disrespect in these communities, but this was next level. I would recommend 16th st nails off of Indian School & 16th before this place or Luxe. Not only are they better at designs, but they're artists with their own ideas, speak english and appreciate your business. read more

Well, one day I was getting my nails done with a friend and we were making conversation with the guy that was doing my friend's nails, who I believe to be business owner. He was friendly at first and then we started talking about vacationing and Key West which he then went on to say he didn't like it there bc there were too many fagg*ts. I was shocked by his blatant use of the word. I just can't support a business who has this kind of mentality and archaic way of thinking. read more

Prices are good, the people preform well and I'm Happy with my nails every-time I leave. but I've been there a few times and notice they treat African America's different than other customers. Also, I caught the manager mocking me as I paid today because I asked them their WiFi password and some warm water for my feet, called him out on it nicely and he didn't apologize. Hannah was great, I loved my nails today so much, it sucks that I will no longer go here to get my Nails done because I live walking distance. But the management blows and I don't want to spend how ever much to get my nails done with people who run business like that. read more

This was my first time there. They were able to get me in very quickly and not much of a wait. I got a pedicure and acrylic nails. When it was time for me to get my nails done I had the lady tell me she would rather not do my nails and go home. At the time she already glued the nails on and that was it. So I asked you are really gonna let me walk out of this salon like this and she said yes. Everyone in the salon heard what was going on. I put up my stuff with my unfinished nails and was about to leave. A gentleman who goes by crazy Tom ended up finishing my nails. But I will NOT be going back. To add on top of all this, I call to see if they will fix it and they refused service due to this review. She needed up yelling at me and told me no one will do my nails there again. Expensive, I got a liquid gel overlay with gel color. I don't know how much this service cost at other places but I paid $60 and it seems a bit high. The manager didn't tell me how much it was until the tech already started it so I couldn't back out. They didn't even manicure my cuticles either. Edited: its Saturday, 5 days since I got my nails done here and 2 of my nails have broken off at the tip. For $60 I expect them to stay on! read more

I've been coming here for awhile because it's close to my house, but won't be going back. Just gone downhill. The main lady who sits up front is very rude and not pleasant. When it gets busy, they rush you, and the final results show. My nails looked like they were done by a 5 year old last time! I got gel nails and the nail lady wanted me to switch my hands before the 30 sec mark, and then yelled at me that my nails were not drying fast enough. Told me it must be because I didn't have my hand in far enough for the light to hit my nails... ummm I know how to use the gel light, thank you!! You need time for the gel to cure! But when they have people waiting, they rush through you to get onto the next! Well, thank you, but NEXT to you!!! read more

The service here was well worth the price. The ladies were extremely thoughtful and frequently asked me how I was doing. I was helped immediately at my scheduled appointment time. Sure, there were a couple of times I had to wait a teensy bit, but it was understandable considering they were super busy. They did a great job on my nails and I would definitely recommend them to anyone I meet. Prices were not bad either! :) read more
