But pleasantly pleased, the service was so sweet to me and they did a great job on my toes. Super efficient as well, right under an hour. Bring cash to avoid the small fee but it was only $1.20 the fee. Pedicure gel was $40. The place was bigger than I expected, so it felt like an established salon. High prices and crappy service I came in for a pedicure and my husband wanted a manicure (just maintenance, no polish). the manicurist cut him, causing him to bleed 3 times and didn't even apologize! Then charged $45 for a service less than 30 mins. My pedicure was so bad - I could have done better myself. Plus, I clearly had a split in the skin on my foot and they kept running the cheese grater over it even when I was wincing and pulling away and trying to communicate to stay away. I walked in and asked for a French pedi and was asked if a male was ok to which I replied yes as long as they're good with French. The moment I sat down I showed the inspiration pic. The prep was fine the man who did it was really gentle except when he began the design he began to loose his patience after seeing that both of us was annoyed another male employee came to assess the situation and I explained that I was upfront about expectation so another tech took over the previous tech was upset he threw his material in his cart showing his frustration. The second tech was not much better upset that she had to clean up asking if the inspo pic were my feet n telling me that I should go where they do that and it's just an inspo pic. I responded with whoever asks for French is going to expect them to be straight and precise. She didn't say much after I also explained that the shape on the right foot was too square but she didn't hear that part. I ended up leaving with a bloody toe. My daughter and I decided to get our nails done for the first time and chose this salon based on the reviews. We scheduled our appointments two days ahead for 9:30 AM on Friday. When we arrived, three employees were opening the store. The initial vibe wasn't welcoming--it felt more like they were wondering why we were there. But once we mentioned our appointment, their attitudes changed, and they let us in. Things started off well. We chose our colors and made it clear what we wanted. Two women worked with my daughter while I was with a man. Despite a slight language barrier, they were attentive and kind. Then, at 9:45 AM, two more employees--Hispanic women--showed up, and the atmosphere shifted completely. They came in with their coffee and breakfast, gave us nasty looks, and cursed in Spanish. While they started cleaning and mopping, their attitudes stayed rude, making us uncomfortable. The younger woman who was doing my daughter's nails asked one of the Hispanic women, who had her hair half-up, to assist. But first, she gossiped with her coworker before grudgingly helping. I asked her in Spanish, "Do you not like working here?" Her attitude immediately changed when she realized I could understand her. She then started cutting my nails aggressively. I thought she was trimming them, but instead, she cut them super short to apply acrylics I didn't ask for. She yanked them off and filed my nails so roughly that my fingers were sore for days. I had grown out my nails for this, only for her to ruin them because she was clearly upset with her coworkers. After the man finished my pedicure, I was told to sit down at her messy station. She ignored me, checked her phone, and chatted on Snapchat about her aunt's eyelash retouch. Meanwhile, the other girl was gossiping, talking about the owner loving them, and how they'd get in trouble if he found out they didn't clean. And speaking to someone saying "Does your girlfriend know you're calling me". It was ridiculous. I paid $200.60, and yes, those 60 cents matter when you're dealing with unprofessional attitudes like that. We came for a nice experience, and instead, we had to deal with their bad energy the entire time. read more

Every time I have come here, the nail polishes have been the same color pink. My sister and I picked very vastly colored, light pink colors, and they both came out neon. This is the finished product of a DELUXE pedicure. Unacceptable. I noticed the polish job was not very good as soon as the technician started, when I kindly asked her to fix the lumpy application it's almost as if she got sloppier. This is not my first time at this salon. My handful of previous visits have been exactly the same. The only reason we came today was because my mom also needed her eyebrows waxed (which always come out beautifully with Tammy, by the way). I tried calling the salon when I got home and realized how bad it actually was. I only got a dial tone. The technicians are always rushed and it shows in the quality of their work. If I could leave negative stars I would. Waited little over an hour which was fine. But as soon as she starts working on me she starts ripping my old nails off one by one. I had told her it really hurt can I please have them soaked off. (This set was thick ) so just knew it would be better for me. She proceeded to fill a bowl like she was going to soak them. Then just kept ripping one by one off.. Saying "see. Easier" I had said I get it's faster. But it's ruining my nails end it's extremely painful. Can you please soak them. This was my third trip here. The first two were lovely, which is why I came back for a third pedicure. Unfortunately this time around, the gentleman doing my pedicure had callous remover all over his glove when he grabbed my feet to get a better angle for scraping, and although my callouses are gone and my feet are softer than they've ever been, I have chemical burns on the top of both feet and on the foes on my right foot.
