For my first time they did a good job. My pedicure was bomb because she did such a greAt massage. I got the $35 spa. She was really detailed and didn't rush. Her name was Lily I think. I also asked for a 2020 classic nails. A French ombré. They knew exactly what I was talking about and delivered. I don't understand how the nail tech asks me if I want my toe nails cut and I answer "No thank you", just to suddenly look down bc I hear her clipping my toe nails!. In the midst of me catching this, she kept asking me if I want her to cut them, and I continue to say "No please just file".... Then she turned around and QUICKLY cut the other toe nails!!!! Are you serious? Why even ask me if you're gonna free style your own thing? (I already cut my own toe nails the night before and filed them! First ill start with what was good: they did mani and pedicure at the same time. Now for the negatives: -one if my nail is way too short. I hate it. it looks like a child's nail. -another nail is cut slightly slanted, so now i have to go home and fix it. Itll be hard since that one is borderline too short. -(im not picky, just keep my nail length as asked, with solid color coat. i think that is reasonable ask). -the whole process seemed rushed. -as i was paying, i didnt realize you couldnt pay tips with a credit card. he asked me to go next door to walmart to get cash out for tips. I visited this establishment on Monday, May 10,2021 and was blown away from the encounter when I complained to the Manager about her messing up my eyebrows, and covering it up with an eyebrow pencil. The Manager whose name is Tammy, at the top of her lungs, cussed me out. She denied messing up my eyebrows and covering them up. Still loud as ever, she told me to go back to the back and she would fix it. I told her she was not going to get in my face again and she grew angrier. I had to tell her several times that the people in the spa did not need to here our conversation and she said, she didn't care. I told her she had poor management skills and that she didn't know how to treat customers and she said I was no customer and that she did not care. In her loud voice still, she said she did not care when I said that I would not be back. My mistake was allowing Tammy to do my eyebrows while she held a conversation on the phone. I should have rejected service then. When I addressed Tammy about how rude it was talking on a telephone while performing service, she pointed to her ear buds as if it made a difference as she still maintained her loud tone. I left the shop because talking to someone who clearly did not care was getting me no place. I'm surprised that I did not allow anger to make the situation worse. I will never visit that spa again, and I will continue to air out my horrible experience. read more

Worst experience of my life. Reviews on line look ok so I decided to give it a try. They do greet you almost immediately so that was good. It all started when I requested different colors on my nails. The first person to help me was so open and excited about my colors took a picture of my idea and brought all the colored nail polish over. Tammy then sat and asked why all of these colors I let her know it was for my nails she completely stopped what she was doing looked at me and said "well that DESIGN is too complicated and I'll charge extra for it. It'll be 85$" I was amazed at the price she came up after adding numbers in her head. I've had "designs" before this was NOT a design that required a lot of detail. She also complained about having to use several colors on another customer the day before stating "why do people want different colors just pick one. It takes to much time" honestly I did change everything to her standards and payed $60 for something I do not like what so ever! First of all they're in customer service and shouldn't complain about what a customer wants. We refer people when we like a place and keep going if we're happy. Secondly don't complain about other customers in front of one. I felt so uncomfortable about the situation like if she was in a sense talking about me as well. Third and last get your prices together and be open to change. Customers will come with ideas of their own and it shouldn't be a big deal. My review here is ONLY for SNS I've had no other services here. Jimmy was the one who assisted me, and I would've left a one star but he was very nice.... I just moved to the area, I used to live about 40 minutes away from here so I was trying to find something close to my new home. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing when it comes to SNS. I literally had to tell them how to put them on my nails and walking out of the shop 2 1/2 hours later not one nail on both my hands have the color entirely on there it looks splotchy and bloody as if I was going for "a kid just painted my nails look" and the worst part?? You can't just take off the color and do it over again, you literally have to soak the nails off and start from the beginning. Definitely not coming back here, I've never seen worse quality products used- I'd much rather drive the 40 minutes to get them done right than waste so much time to just walk out with them looking like this! UPDATE: I return the following day so they could try again & the lady at the front told me that they would completely remove all the SNS and start from scratch. The lady who ended up doing my nails did not start from scratch and instead all she did was remove just enough so the color was gone (not even) AND addED more SNS POWDER dip on top for a total of 10 layers! Would NOT recommend. ZERO stars. I have no idea how this place has any stars. I have healthy nails and usually get a basic manicure when I don't have time to do them myself. I couldn't believe that five of my nails were chipped within a day and when I took the polish off, both of my nailbeds on my thumbs were damaged and red underneath my nail. Felt like both of them were bruised and that sensitive feeling didn't go away for weeks. They're still red and it's been past a month. First and probably last time here. Went in to get sns soaked off and redone. I specifically get sns because they soak right off and my nails don't get damaged from all the scraping/peeling removing gels entails. I've been getting them for months and they always come right off after a few minutes in acetone. When I sat down she got out her tools and I again asked if she was going to soak them off. She said yes she was going to remove the shiny coat then soak. She proceeded to scrape/peel off every single nail with a plastic tool. I asked two more times, told her it hurt, and watched with horror as my nails underneath (which I've spent months rehabilitating from gels) got bent and damaged with the scraping. I could see the layers of nail that had peeled off stuck to the underside of the discarded sns chips. She ignored me and I got tired of arguing. I should have just left then, nails half removed but it really don't have time to go to another salon and start over. When she got off the old sns she grabbed the powder to get get started on the new color. She didn't grab a separate container to dip in, she was going to dip directly into the container which I've read is very unsanitary. I asked and she verified that she was going to dip directly into the container. So I told her I changed my mind and wanted regular polish. She asked me why and I told her I changed my mind. I didn't want to argue with her any more. She asked me why I didn't want her to dip directly into the container but it's not my job to explain that type of thing. She did a fine job with the regular manicure. And it was only $22 for "soak"/scrape off and polish. Probably fine for regular mani/pedi but I won't be back for sns nails. read more

I just recently decided to start doing designs with my nails, with only polish. Going here was the second time I've ever gone to a nail salon and it wasn't the greatest experience, to start off I called to set up an appointment and when I called I didn't get asked my name or what i was coming in for, just to come in, I let them know there would be two of us and we would like to sit together, and again was just told to come in. So we get there, tell them we made the appointment but immediately tried putting us in the chair for pedicures when we weren't even there for pedicures then told them we wanted to do manicures, they seemed bothered that we wanted to sit next to each other when we initially set up the appointment saying we wanted to sit together. When I first sat and told her what I wanted she told me it would be $40, fine no biggie but casually after I said It was my second time the price rose to $60, and the whole interaction was just awkward they weren't very friendly and just seemed to rush everything. I gave her a design I wanted and she didn't even replicate it evenly on both hands, lines are messy, some don't touch, and I have random white chips throughout the polish. When I asked for a receipt and a break down as to why just polish was $60 they handed me a printed piece of paper with the amount $60 just handwritten. That's not a breakdown to me. Idk I can live with my nails but the experience wasn't worth the $160 we paid. I won't be returning. read more

I was upset & they only speak their language & when I did a language recognition on them & recorded their conversation, I was right! They talk about their customers. I don't appreciate how they speak their language & leave their customers clueless & not knowingly they talk about their customers! My pedicure & manicure were not don't professionally & I felt like it was rushed; it's like a slave train there. When I left from there I came home and filed my own nails to get the super glue all of the side of my nails that was stuck to my skin. If this had NO STARS that would hav been my rating. This salon is close to my house and I hadn't been in since opening week. But I needed my nails done quick. I'd hope that the experience I originally had was based on the salon being new. Today I went in for a SNS manicure. After insistently explaining I don't care about cost and do not want to have the acrylic overlay I got the SNS. The nail tech Angela insisted on using a fake nail tip to remove the SNS polish I had on. I asked about wrapping and soaking it off but no because as she said, "That takes too long." Mind you there was no one waiting. Using the fake nail tip I am happy I wanted my nails cut way down because one of them ripped all the way down while removing the polish. Angela even looked at my nail still attached to the polish laying on the table, but said nothing. I did not know that a SNS manicure didn't include trimming my cuticles but it does not. Once she was done applying the powder it was time for the top coat which ended up being a gel top coat that requires UV light. I get SNS because I do not want to have to use UV. I asked about the regular SNS top coat and she stated, "Oh no that doesn't last." So. I will not take short cuts and go to my normal salon in chandler next time where the SNS is UV free and my nails don't have to be torn down. read more

Stopped in here late on a Sunday afternoon. It was busy and I had to wait about 30 minutes. The price for a fill is very reasonable (less than $20). My only complaint would be on the color. The tips of my nails were not done and the edges are scratching off faster than usual. The man that did the nails was very good about listening to what I want and easy to communicate. It's with so much regret that I have to write this one star review ! Once again, I was excited to possibly have found a nail place not so far as the only one I love in Chandler and one more convenient to my house. On first site, the nail salon is clean, the people are friendly , ( although idk how many times she shortened my name from Kimberly to Kim when she had asked what I went by and I continued to correct her bc I LOATHE the name 'Kim'!!!) . I was taken to the manicure area almost immediately. I always get gels, as I fly and it lasts when I work, usually for two or so weeks, from 'the other salon' haha. I did not recognize the brand of gel but there was a seemingly large array of choices so no worries as long as the brand lasted. Here comes this tool.. EEEK! I yanked my hand back and even said ,' I'm not getting acrylics!' She chuckled and grabbed my hand and started with this dremel tool thing on my nail bed. Some of the nails literally hurt as she sanded away with this tool for so long and I had no idea why she was using this tool when I was only getting a gel manicure. Where was the old fashioned file and buffer ??! It's one of those things I'm not good at, and I should be .. saying to someone that I don't LIKE this and STOP. I let her continue sanding away and my nails hurt to the touch when I left. A few were chipped with in days and weeks later, I have super weak nails from the nail bed being drilled on. I'm so afraid to get my nails done and am walking around with ratchet looking nails now ! Thanks for that and no.. I won't be back. I wish I could write a review that praised the nail tech Tammy on the job done but I can't because I'm so disappointed. I asked her for coffin nails and immediately when she placed on the tips I saw that one of my nails was crooked. I pointed it out to her and asked her if she wanted to redo it but she reassured me that she would fix it when she was filing the nail.
