Woman Owned Business: It was time to soak off my Gel nails & rock the natural for a while to allow my nails to breathe & restore. I had No appointment (I did arrive 30 minutes after they opened) & was seated immediately. Peter is a hoot while he meticioulsy handled my nails with care. & his wittiness was enjoyable. The basic manicure felt like a spa manicure. Absolutely no complaints for the $27 price - soaking off my Gel, detailed oriented by asking my preferences & a relaxing almond infused oil (my choice) massage afterwards. Peter did a great job & looking forward to seeing him again for all of my nail needs while I'm in town. This charming family owned business exudes a welcoming environment with pleasant service & communications. read more

Tried this place a few times and not coming back. First time sloppy work. Rude customer service. And recently went in for a soak off and manicure and they said they were too busy yet had workers available. Not a good vibe. Going somewhere better place down the road like bubble nails spa ! read more

Honestly don't even waste your time lmfao I asked for bloody looking nails. Man couldn't do it so I asked him to paint them black. I didn't end up liking them because of how chunky they were and I made them cut the nails off & give me a refund. After sitting in the chair for two hours nobody wants to hear "what do you want me to do", & just a tip.. next time don't take pictures of UNSATISFIED customers. Ruined my birthday. read more

Got a pedicure here about 2 weeks ago. Went to another salon today and most of my toe nails are black with fungus this has never happened before and the salon today said I definitely got a fungus from dirty tools. They also cut me up and burned me a couple of times. I'd stay away unfortunately. read more

This was my first time going to this salon and I will not be going back. The staff is extremely rude and unwelcoming. The place is dirty. I kept showing the technician what I wanted and my nails turned out nothing like the picture. My nails are thick and short. I asked for tips and she did not apply them correctly. There is a gap between my nail and the tip. I was in the salon for 3.5 hours. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. I wish I would have listened to the negative reviews instead of going to this place. UPDATE: My nails started to lift after 3 days and they are falling off. I had an acrylic set. I've never seen this happen!‍ read more

I have been a customer for a few years now. I go with Tina and she's great I recommend that you make an appointment prior to going in, since they are always so busy. Calvin is awesome as well! He's pretty good with the very long and trendy nails. I do notice that when I wash a lot of dishes or have my hands in water frequently, it shortens my nail life span. Overall, my nails grow fast with the dip powder. The dip powder is much much better than the gel. Anyway, I hope you guys have a great experience like I have all these years. Tina and Calvin are the go to nail techs. read more

I gave this place a 1 star because I went in there today at 5:20pm to get a mani and a pedi. Was going to be my first time. I normally go in chandler but this place is a lot closer to my house. When I googled what time they stay open til it said 7pm. On here it's 7pm. They had a old sticker on the door that said 7pm. There is no where that said they will be closing at 6pm. They told me they will only be able to do one thing not the other since they close at 6pm. When I asked them if they close at 7pm. They didn't answer me. The customer service wasn't good at all as I will not be going back. Thank you! read more

So the reviews on this place seemed somewhat positive which is why I decided to come here. I came in for a gel polish removal and gel polish fill on my trip out to Phoenix. The guy that did my nails completely ruined them. He filed/sanded them down so thin that they didn't last 2 days without them breaking and splitting resulting in me having to trim my nails down. Everytime I told him that the dremel was too hot he ignored me. My nails are so thin and frail now and I'm going to have to let them heal for months before I can get them done again. 0/10 would not recommend. read more

I will be back. Long massage on the pedicure by Lyn. Very relaxing and just the right amount of pressure. My acrylic fill and gel color is gorgeous. Jason did not nick my cuticles or cut me at all with files or drill. He was quick to comply with all my shaping requests. I have finally found a home for my nails. Just realized that usually my fingers ache after a full and I feel wonderful! read more

Since moving to az from cali 2 years ago i have been looking for a regular salon and never had any good out comes from the various places i had been. And I have been trying to get into kims for months , based on a reference from a friend, but they were always crazy busy and due to covid they were only taking appointments, I got lucky today and they weren't busy and were taking walk ins. I was greeted by Jenny who then did my full set, she did such a great job she even suggested a color to go under my glitter polish to really make it pop. They turned out so pretty the shape is exactly how I wanted. I made sure to make an appointment before I left for my fill. I can see why they are always busy. read more

I really want to like this place. The people are nice and shop is clean. I've been here twice. I had pink and white tips with gel the first time and it came out great. This last time I had a pale pink gel and it's awful. The area around most of my cuticles is uneven and messy looking. Maybe it's the technician I had since I see other very positive reviews So I guess if you're not getting pink and white tips or a French manicure, you might want to reconsider going here. It's a lot of money to pay for a messy manicure. read more

Today we decided to treat ourselves to a pedi after a rough past couple of weeks. I've been here before a few times prior to covid and have always spent no less than $150 as I usually bring 1 or 2 other family members with me and was always very satisfied with the services and customer service until today. I will now be taking my business elsewhere and to people who truly want you to leave feeling relaxed and satisfied with what they have paid for. I have more but will provide a few negatives and positives. Upon arriving, a customer had a child with her who had a mask on her chin and was eating something from Starbucks and was not within 6 feet of us and standing inches away from another customer getting her nails done. The mother or the employees did not ask her to put her mask on. The pen and the stylus were also never wiped after each use or the counter. When I sat in the massage chair I had to take my feet out of the water due to it being so hot and another employee saw and changed the temperature. One of the women there did not speak English and it was hard to understand her and it was a bit frustrating having to repeat ourselves so many times as she did not seem to understand us. At one point a man who was doing my pedi had acted as an interpreter. We paid for the Hawaian pedi and did not receive what we wanted . They ran out of 2 different products so we had to settle for different products. We had a choice between paraffin wax or callous remover and all 3 of us chose paraffin wax( which we had to repeat 3x to the woman) and only 1 of us got it. When I asked about mine and my husband's when they started putting our shoes on , the lady who didn't speak English all of a sudden turns around and says oh you want paraffin wax now ? That is $6.00 more. Wow! Are you kidding me after I specifically repeated myself multiple times!! Also, this same woman who did not supposedly speak English also did not inform us that the gel polish was an additional $13 each as I thought it was part of the Hawaiian pedi we chose as she asked us to pick our color out of a book she handed us that was not wiped down before or after giving it to me and giving it to another customer after the 3 of us had just handled. Not sure if it is the landlord or each business owners responsibility but the republic services trash bin has trash that looks like it hasn't been picked up for a few days and overflowing outside and around the bins. That is definitely a department of health issue. The positive is my toes did come out nice however I value the way we are treated just as high as the services provided. After spending $164 you would think that because of this woman not understanding that we want paraffin wax they would say sorry and let's fix it and give it to you to avoid a negative review on Yelp. I guess they don't care . Hopefully this helps someone make an educated decision before taking their business there. Customer service is one thing but this business room is so small that I'm praying we did not pick up covid from there. If I do I know where I got it. read more

I'm so disappointed! I wanted a cute heart design for vday and ended up with super sloppy hearts on my nails. They're black too so my nails just look dirty. Upset that I paid 40 for this a service and also that the nail tech thought this was okay. I understand if a tech isn't able to do a design but would expect them to simply say they won't be able to do them rather than provide such a sloppy job. Won't be returning. read more

They are super nice, and take good care of you. They can do most nail designs you ask for. I recommend.

Just moved here and wanted to get my toes done. I walked in an hour after they opened and was greeted by no one. I tried to book appointment online and it wouldn't let me. Definitely won't be comings back here. read more

I checked out this salon to get a pedi and enjoyed it. My pedicure looks great and it felt nice too. I got the basic $25 pedi which included cleaning, scrub (my fave part), massage, polish, took about 30min. Chairs are comfy, they offer you water, tv's are playing. I'll be back. read more

I love this place. They do a great job, they're friendly, and it's clean. I can usually call last minute and get right in. No matter who does my nails or pedicure, I'm always happy with the work they do. I usually just get a gel manicure with a neutral color (due to my job I have to have natural looking nails) and a basic pedicure. Their prices are reasonable and they do a good job. Great selection of colors both gel and regular polish. $25 for a regular pedicure. Can't beat it. read more

I found my local nail salon! I was in total need of an overdue gel mani. This was on my way home from work. I arrived within a hour of them closing and got sat down right away. Other places and even the place I usually go to would not have taken me in. I got a young gentleman who is absolutely amazing. I wish I caught his name. He made sure I was happy with the shape. He used clean tools and did a great job on my gel mani. I'll be going to this salon moving forward. They are clean, have a great selection of colors, and are next to Starbucks - that's a bonus to me. read more

Reviews mentioned welcoming owners...well, that's not true! I was barely greeted, cranky man appeared and yelled out "do you have appointment" and then disappeared. Second person who might have been an owner appeared and said "what?" Was a small space and an appointment there would have been fine in fumes...seemed like no ventilation was in place. Ok..never going back and hope others give it space. Which, by the way, it doesn't have. Yikes!! read more

Best place in Phoenix! Love the people! Love my nails! Just moved from Texas! So happy we found this place!!

I had been here once before and vowed to never go back because I was unhappy with the service. I decided to try them again because they are in the neighborhood. My daughter and I went to get pedicures. The lady that did hers was very attentive and did an amazing job, so much so, that I asked her to paint and cut her nails. On the other hand, the man that did my pedicure was totally whack. I didn't receive a good buffing or filing nor did he bother to clean up the nail polish that was all over my toes. He then got up and said "you're done". That's it. He was extremely disengaged, on his phone more than he was taking care of my feet. It was a rushed and poor job, not to mention, he was less than professional. I will only go back if I am given another technician, which is sad that I have to do that. read more

I had the best dip manicure ever here! They are so professional and abide by covid guidelines (appointments only) but my mom and I called and they were able to accommodate us within 15 minutes of calling. They did an impeccable job with trimming the cuticles and didn't make me bleed (all previous nail studios have bc my cuticles are monsters) and the manicure itself is outstanding! Two weeks later and my nails still look great. I will be back whenever I visit AZ! read more

I can give Tina 5 stars today! She took her time and paid attention to detail. I have been here in the past but stopped coming after I got a bad full set. I walked in today no appointment Tina was available. Got a pedi and gel mani. I will come back to see Tina again. Jason has done my nails in the past, he does a good job as well. Tina was sweet and kind. So worth my money So I called to make an appointment and Tina wasn't available but her husband was. I needed a SNS mani... My question is when you pay 40$ for SNS mani, what does that include. I didn't get my hands soaked or my cuticles cut. Or a hand massage. Lesson learned only Tina pays attention to detail. read more

Unfortunately this location just keeps getting worse. You walk in and it feels uncomfortable by how the owner treats you... nails aren't looking good anymore, appointment times don't even get started at a decent time..
