I have only purchased the facial waxing here, so if you are looking for a nail review skip this one. I have had both Tammy and Ivy do my facial waxing, both do a lovely job. Tammy is a bit faster with her waxing, so if you want it to be over with quick ask for her. But I don't mind it--and Ivy is often more available than Tammy as many people ask for Tammy ahead of time. Ivy does just as well as Tammy though in my opinion. Full facial wax is $35, which is a fair price for the area (I seem to find that is the normal rate wherever you go in Phoenix). read more

First of all I had to wait 15 minutes even though I had an appt. and the salon was not crowded. I wanted only a manicure and I brought my own polish. The unfriendly nail tech kept trying to get me to switch to a color she liked better. Then she tried to get me to switch to gel. I had to tell her over and over that gel is too hard on my nails. Lots of pressure trying to upsell me. I don't respond well to that. The price is quite a bit higher than my normal salon which is a little further away but does a much nicer job and treats customers respectfully. Also the fumes were so strong that even with a mask I developed a migraine. Not sure whether this is the norm but I will not return. read more

This isn't where i normally get my nails done but i was in the area and needed my nails done before going out of town. I looked at some reviews and decided to try this place. its a nice place, really clean and everyone is friendly but I don't like the way my nails came out, i got them done on a Wednesday and by Sunday i can see them coming up from the sides and i got pink Gel and they have like a grey coat over them. Its Weird and like lumpy. I also thought it was pretty pricey, i normally pay $30-$40 dollars and i get them long and coffin shaped. This place charged $40 and they were short and square, so i guess it would of been $45-$50 for coffin. (Side note - i would really mind the price if they nails would have come out great and at least last long) read more

Oh Goodness the older lady was very good. She rocked it! She prepped my eyebrows (some places skip that but it's essential) waxed them, was very fast. Then she went back and fine-tune them, trimmed them and brushed them out. Then she put on aloe to siothe them and honestly I almost fell asleep during the process. Very relaxing. Can't recommend for sculptured nails. Hard for me to understand the tech and vice versa. Pedicures are very good and techs are pleasant. Lots of polish colors, which are high end brands. My wife just went there to get her toes done and they told her they would cost 40 to get done and when she was checking out they charged her 50 and they told my wife the 10 extra dollars was her tip. I was very pleased with my pedicure,they took the time to shape my toe nails and polish them perfectly with a cute design!!...the shop was very clean and the staff was very prompt....will be definitely going back!! On the other hand I also got my nails done and was very disappointed with the quality...when I asked for acrylic with glitter or color they made an excuse that polish lasts longer at that point I should have not gotten them done.... I've never had such a bad pedicure in my life. I've been to this nail salon a couple times and didn't have a bad experience until today. First off, I told the nail tech I wanted callous removal. I was relaxing and enjoying my pedicure and then I noticed she was giving me a sugar scrub. I was upset because I didn't want to pay the extra $5 for this service but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I guess she "didn't here me". I just brushed it off my shoulder. THEN I told her I wanted a gel pedicure. I was sitting there trying to enjoy my pedicure and I noticed she painted all of my toes with the regular polish. (She was almost done). She started laughing and then removed it all and started using the correct polish (gel).... THEN about 5 minutes later I noticed she was using the regular polish AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! I almost started laughing at this point because I seriously was so astonished that she wasn't paying extra attention after she already messed up. Her job is to pay attention to detail and she continuously kept making careless mistakes. She began to tell me I was moving so much that it was "messing her up". She was getting upset with herself that she kept making these mistakes. Oh and I can't forget she was getting polish all over my feet during this whole time. She had gotten the polish alllll over her gloves and didn't think to change them. As she was moving my feet polish got EVERYWHERE. I wasn't trying to be rude at all but I seriously had enough at this point. I only got a $10 discount. I pretty much wasted $35 and an hour and a half at this place. The manager looked so embarrassed. I will never return. read more

Tammy did a poor job on my full set & fill. I decided to give her a 2nd chance & that was a HUGE mistake. She doesn't fill close to the nail bed & doesn't trim the cuticle which makes your nails look old less than 24 hrs from your visit. She did a rush job on my nails & it shows. My gel polish chipped on my toes & hands the same day of my visit. When I went back to get it fixed, they were rude asked me to pay $25 for the "repair". I explained it wasn't my fault & perhaps the products were old. Tammy was too busy marking her "money book" instead of paying attention to doing my nails. Have been going there close to a year now. I love both gentlemen as they always do a good job! Today I received a woman, that I have received before, that does not do such a good job and actually charged me $5 to shorten my nails which has never been done before. Last time she said $5 also to something that I have had done before with no extra $5 charge. Today I asked her why am I being charged as I was just here 2 weeks ago and not charged. She said it just started... Now I don't want to return and get nickel and dimed... Nail shortening is a normal occurrence with a fill/rebase.. Not happy! read more
