A friend and I selected this salon on the rigid criteria of it being open (it was Sunday) and halfway between us. It's a salon in a strip mall, so not super fancy, but we felt we had lucked into a great find. The man who we assume was the owner was really nice and joked with us a few times. The women who did our nails were really nice and took care to be gentle and do a nice job. This is a great spot to stop if you need your nails done. If you're hungry after, there are really great tacos and a delicious Chinese spot (to go only) right outside. read more

I've been here three times. The first time it was great! The second time sucked bad. The third time was a good experience as well. Not as great as the first time. But, still good. The customer service is always good as well, they have always been kind and polite to me. Side note: 3% added to the total when paying with card. read more

My nails were awful, the female that attended me wasnt up to par, burned the hell outta my cuticles very aggressive when handling my hands. Didn't fully understand about a tiger stripe so I tried to make it easier by doing zebra stripes, still she had no clue couldn't speak English very disappointed in the work NEVER AGAIN. CHARGED ME 60 DOLLARS FOR POOR WORK. THE LADY CLEARLY WAS UPSET WHEN I FIRST GOT THERE, RUDE, AND NOT VERY CORDIAL, SHE Was ill had no mask to begin with read more

Was looking for a nail soon that's open after 5 pm and this one was showing as open until 7 pm. I show up and on their door their hours are posted that they should be open but they're not. I've been calling the location and they didn't answer nor do they have a sign of new hours. read more

Tracy Nails & Spa - Outside area with hours - Nail Salons Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

I visited this place the Friday before Easter. Arriving at 5:50 they agreed to do my gel nails. Because of the holiday I wasn't able to see my nail tech which is at a different salon. The nail techs asked what I wanted (backfill, full set, mani or color change). Usually, my nail tech looks at my nails and suggest what I need and why. Because of this I wasn't sure what to say so I asked for their suggestion based on the condition of my nails (some broken and lifting). They seem confused and kept asking what I wanted. So I said, " I don't know I just need a full set with gel". It was quite odd that no one could make a recommendation. After an hour of waiting, I got a nail tech who asked me to soak my nails. Every five minutes she would check on my nails and try to wipe off the SNS with gel. This too was odd as my tech just uses a drill to remove the old nails. The soaking process took about 30 min. Do keep in mind this place closes at 7 on Fridays. Because some of my nails were broken I asked for tips to make the nails look even. The tech argued that the nails were even. This went back and forth until another tech came over and explained what was needed. She then apologized and proceeded to add tips while complaining. Next the tech asked what I wanted. So I showed her some pics from Pinterest. She responded annoyed, "oh you want design too"? I chose this salon because of the nail art pics on Yelp and displayed within their salon. She then asked for help and another tech came over and told me they don't have the stones I wanted. I then clarified that I wanted "something similar" not exact. He then took out one container of stones and said this is all we have. It's now approaching 9pm and I just want to go home. The tech proceeded to place the stones but was struggling so I placed them for her. In conclusion, the nails looked like something you do at home using dollar tree material. Please look at the pics I posted and draw your own conclusion. read more

Went there on my lunch break today in a whim because I saw a grand opening sign. Not much from the outside and plain inside, but clean and had great customer service. Had a pedicure done and it was wonderful. Had dip ombré as well by Michael the manager and he did a fantastic job. Great quality and very attentive. Definitely recommend. read more

was very unsatisfied. I went earlier today and regret it! It's almost the end of the day and my feet are swollen by the pedicure I got today. Where do I even start..... once you walk in it smells really bad . While getting my pedicure done the lady was rough and rushed the process leaving the nail polish very thick. Not to mention while getting my pedicure done the lady sneezed right on me. The place was hot and humid and massage chairs don't work. Such a sloppy job . Was ready to pay for the poor service and leave.. read more

So happy I stumbled across this salon. I took my wife here to spoil her and she absolutely love it here. The staff was so nice to us and they took care of her real good. They end up asking me to get a clean up on feet and toes and I'm so glad I did it. It feels so nice! This place is very good, so I highly recommend to give it a try! read more

This is my first time going to a nail salon and although they just opened, the lady knew how I wanted my nails to be done. The price is reasonable for a manicure. If I ever think about getting my manicure or pedicure done, I will come back. read more

I came on vacation from california and they are up the street from the hotel, they are closed at 11 am on a friday! really?????????

So I got a pedicure and that was fine. The thing is they convinced me to get a manicure and right now I have a unbearable itch on my thumb. It is pretty cheap so I paid for what I paid for. read more

My daughter went here and got a full set done and I pick her up and they look awful. I'm not sure how the lady thought they looked good at all being as thick as they are. I won't be taking her back there for her nails I absolutely hate the job they did. read more

They are awesome here! Very kind and professional. Great prices. Ask for Ben or Kevin to do your nails! Ha does awesome pedicures!

Needed a pedicure, wanted quick cheap and good. And that's what I got. This place is walking distance from my hotel and for $25 plus tip I got a basic pedi/mani with Dodger Blue toes! No frills, not super friendly, nothing spa like or especially relaxing but still a decent job and a good price. I would recommend for your basics. read more

So i practically spent a whole afternoon searching where to go get my nails filled in since they were in such bad shape from a previous location and this location only had a few reviews but it wasn't too far from my house and it seem decent. I did wait quite a while cause there were only to people working (husband and wife). When it was my turn I didn't expect much but Whoa! She did a great job, she was so detailed, she took her time to actually do a great job. This is now my go to spot. The last place I had my nails done charged me $40 for a terrible set but here she charged me $27 ( and she even fixed a broken nail) I gladly payed her $35. read more
