I got a full set and a pedicure. A man with dark hair gave me my full stat was fast, efficient and friendly. He's been asked if I wanted a pedicure and I said yes. Since it was going by quickly. I got set up with an older woman which wasn't a big deal. She took forever and kept cutting my cuticles off my toes which I've never had happen before. She then priced me it with 15 extra for the gel nail polish that I had already used on my nails so I asked why it was 15 more when my nails were only $5 more for the gel. Last time I got regular polish. She didn't answer me and I said okay whatever. Which was fine that when I asked about it at the front desk why it was again because someone else came up to the front. She tried explaining to me and I said okay next time but the lady would not stop talking crap. I told her that she is being rude and I said it was okay. I just said next time it would be nice to have an up front pricing for that because I would have had to pick another color at that point. I don't care about gel on on my toenails it doesn't matter to me. When I asked her to stop servicing me cuz I couldn't sit anymore, she would not stop using the cuticle nippers until I finally got up myself. I also don't need five clear coats of Polish. She proceeded to get mad and start talking badly about me when I zeroed out the tip it area but she didn't wait to see that I had cash for tip in my wallet. That got her no tip. At the time to pay she charges me $43 because I picked a gel color but never did she specify it was gel and she knew I asked for the $30 set. They asked to cut my nails and I said ok but never consented to cutting the sides just shorter. They cut the sides and the drew blood from both big toes. Yes, it the typical salon where the store smells like chemical and acetone filled with Asians who call you "honey" and have an input on what they think is prettier. BUT it does seem clean, the smell is not unbearable, and the prices are so affordable and the quality seems amazing. I had a full set of gel acrylics with 3 different colors for $35. They did charge more for the coffin shape, but I was already willing to pay that for the different colors and designs. I have had my nails for over 3 weeks now. No chips, no missing nails, nothing. They refused me service & even refused to remove my nails bc last time I changed my color! Not a design nail shape etc. just changed my mind on the color bc it didn't look like the color on display. I have heard great things about this place and I have an office down the way from here so I thought I'd try it out. That was a HUGE $30 MISTAKE! I walked in at a good time because everyone was sitting around waiting for customers and I sat down right away. I only needed fills and polish. I thought it would be quick, wrong! The lady insisted I needed a new set, I kept refusing because I clearly didn't need it. She begins doing the fills and it is obvious that she was scared or not confident in her skills or ability to do nails. She was shaking and kept adjusting the speed setting on the drill. I have numerous tiny cuts along my cuticles as a result. Ok so I am trying to be nice since it's possible she is new or something. However, I know you ladies have been to any nail salon and they say it's your fault or its your nails, am I right?? She kept telling me I was too sensitive! Then she finally finishes with the fill part and on to color. She argues that my color choice doesn't fit my skin. I chose nude FYI and I'm olive complexion so yes it does go! By the time she started the polishing I had to make a decision of changing to a gel polish since I had to return to work. Still same nude but now gel. The moment she starts polishing it is sinking into every crevice that wasn't smooth and my nails look more bumpy that an unmaintained dirt road! And she says something in her Asian language and the main lady comes over in a very rude manner and asks what's wrong? I said everything and she said well come back later and I can fix for you! I said lady no I will not return here ever! If you know a little girl under the age of 6/7 pay them $5 bucks I promise you'll get better service and a darn better painting than I did!!! read more

If I could give this place NO stars I would! The manager (short hair) who greets you is horrible rude. They refuse to have a sign in sheet so if you walk to a near by store and come back you lost your place in line and you're back where you started. When I asked to leave my name she ignored me then when I stood there waiting for an answer rudely said she would take me if I come in before 7 and it is now 6:52 and I am still waiting for her to finish with someone else, who she took while I was outside. The first time I went I was OK not happy but OK because some of my nails had bubbles my friend said that was not normal that I should of told them something I did but they said it was normal.
