Worst service every! Tony likes to pick and choose her mood of the day. Doesn't listen to what the customer wants but only what she likes. Tells you to shut up when asking to make a correction. We pay for the service we are asking for. I let the manger Nicole know and told nothing to Tony and how was treating me. My recommendation is to not WASTE your money here because you can't freely asked for good quality work without them throwing a fit or making a face. They feel threatened if you make a request. I don't want to leave a place unsatisfied AND that's what you will get here. I've been a nice person since they burnt my upper lip with the hot wax. Nicole hide it didn't tell until she put the Aloe and it was burning bad. She stated it was red because of the wax effect or because I was sensitive. The place is so small and is full of nail chemic smell I even had to ask for a mask to wear. The workplace was really dirty. When the boy was doing my manicure he pulled a piece of skin from my finger ouch!! He didn't say sorry. I payed $65 for manicure, pedicure and french nails plus a peel of skin. Got acrylic nails with Halloween designs on it a few weeks ago and although the nails were gorgeous they were not applied well, had whole nails coming off and they would break where the apex (strongest point of the nail) should have been built... The 1st time they fixed it no problem, no charge the second time I had to go in which was only a few days later I was charged $75 as a fill and nail decoration reapplication and within 3 days AGAIN the nails were coming off whole and breaking where the apex should have been so I've now wasted $180 on nails that should have lasted at least 3/4 weeks no issues like I've always gotten... After I paid 80 I left to my car but I realized my nail was crooked and it was bent too much upwards so I went back to see if he can fix my pinky but then he started raising his voice saying it looks fine that my finger is just crooked. I have had good customer service and experiences with Peter here but after coming in today there was this one man who is always giving customers attitude and dirty looks well, today he fixed a couple of my nails because they broke off and I asked him to fix one of my other nails to match the other nail that I have had fixed because it was a different color then the one of the hand he had fixed. and he had charged me $10 to fix it because he had added rhinestones to the other nail when in the first place he said it was free when I didn't ask for it. The last time I came in to get a full set Peter wasn't here he was on vacation which is the person i usually make an appointment with but his wife did my nails and she did an amazing job but in the middle of her doing my nails he was being so aggressive and yelling at her and it looked like He was going to get physical with her in front of all the customers including myself & to throw out there that is her husband. I have been coming here for a couple months and i never have had this experience with any of the other nail techs but every time I come in he is always giving disgusting attitude to customers and to his own wife I will be reporting this disgusting place to the health department and I will be requesting a full refund from my bank as well. please don't waste your time coming to this nail salon with horrible customer service from this man. I went in to remove my acrylics and get a mani(with regular polish) since I started a new job and they don't allow it. they lady that was doing my nails kept insisting that I do gel on my mani and I kid you not I had to tell her like 6 times no that I could not do that and she kept saying it you be 15$ extra after the final No, I could tell she was upset. then after that she made me pay before getting the mani and after she was done applying the regular polish she straight up told me to leave mind you my nails where not even dry! after she saw how upset it made me she offer me another station but by then I was just done with this place. If i could give this place a ZERO i would. The so called "manager" "owner" or whatever he is TONY, is the rudest person I have met thus far. So I made an appointment 2 days prior to me going in for a fill and a pedicure at 9:30 am. After my pedicure I noticed that more people were coming and i was already done with my pedicure and they had me waiting on the pedicure chair for roughly about 20 mins after they had finished my pedicure. I was patiently waiting for my turn at this point it was already 10:30 (pedicures dont take 1 hour). I then began to get inpatient so I simply asked when my fill would be done to the lady who did my toes. She goes and grabs TONY and he begins to excessively yell at me infront of the entire nail shop about how i should have made an appointment ahead of time for a fill and not just asked after my pedicure that it is not his fault and that i need to keep waiting until they are all done with everyone before they can even start on me. Keep in mind i made my appointment 2 days prior!!!!TONY went on a rant yelling at me and would raise his voice higher when i tried to speak up and tell him i did have an appointment. TONY then drops a book of nail colors he had in his hand aggressively onto the cart and storms off. I grabbed my things and i left without my fill. Everyone all the customers that were in there and the other workers were so silent. I felt so completely embarrassed and neglected of my person. I have been coming here for 2 years and TONY lost a customer. TONY ruined my experience and made me a loyal customer feel so belitted. Went to get my nails done while I was doing laundry, FIRST TIME THERE! asked for a French you could tell the guy was new but Tony the owner was next to him the guy was sweet but the nails were sloppy, the French was all smeared and cricket, uneven acrílic and I told the owner and he was very careless and kept saying no is okay is cuz you complain a lot and even the guy that was doing my nails acknowledge his mistake and was trying to fix it but the owner NEXT TO ME SAID WIERD PEOPLE TO THE GIRL SHE WAS DOING HER NAILS AND I WAS LIKE EXCUSE ME I AM RIGHT NEXT TO YOU ! And he said NO I WAS TELLING HIM, AND I SAID HE IS YOUR EMPLOYEE AND I KNOW THATS NOW TRUE YOU WERE TALKING ABOUT ME, & he then tried to say it was to his employee and I said you shouldn't said that to anybody and HE SAID YES I CAN I AM THE OWNER AND THEY ARe MY EMPLOYES I CAN SAID WHATEVER I WANT THEY ARE MY PLOBLEM. I was crying by that time of anger and disappointment so much ego! Made me sick!!
