When I was laying down for my eyebrows the lady push my head up instead of telling me she was done waxing them. She did that to my friend as well we both went together to have a girls time. All of them rede so rude with me in every service. When it was time to pay I was trying to leave a tip and they told me "what am I supposed to do with this change? Just take it". Unprofessional. I went in on Wednesday, I already had a set with French white tip. I asked for a fill with same French tip but in pink the man insisted I couldn't do that and needed to do a solid color. I gave in did white, I honestly would have been better leaving my nails as they were. I should have just spoke up and said never mind that was my fault. After they finished I noticed the one nail I had to place was a whole different color acrylic under the polish!!! How annoying. I'm not one to complain about prices but I paid $55 (which is the price of a full set) and for something that I didn't even want. Been going here for a while but after this I won't be going back. The WORST place to get your nails done. I see this place when I'm in the area, and decided to stop by. My first mistake. I entered and asked for gel manicure. You would've thought that this was their first time hearing this request. I was told to go to station #7. I did. Second mistake. David was on the license that was posted on the plexiglass. David verified that I indeed wanted a gel manicure. I confirmed. He left to get the bowl of water. He began by bringing out the drill. My nails were bare and didn't need the drill. I stated that to him. He ignored me. His attention was at the front door and customers entering. He drilled into my cuticles several times. He file my nails, again, distracted. He began cutting the cuticles. Ouch! He went to deep. My finger began to bleed. He put a remedy on it; twice to stop the bleeding. He cut to close several times. David buffed my nails and then picked up the cutters and when back to a finger that he caused to bleed and started snipping. OUCH! Finally, I stated that I would just paid for the manicure and leave. David asked if I wanted color. Nope, just cash me out. When doing a person's nails at least be attentive to their nails. This will alleviate accidents. I left feeling so beat up when I left. Got seated pretty fast even though there were a few people he did my toes pretty quick as well and it came out really good paid $40 for a regular pedicure and white gel which is in bad. Do not go here, On 10/1 I went for a pedicure service and got an infection instead. Everything was normal at first basic gel pedicure until I felt a tremendous pain. The lady was removing my cuticles as a natural reaction I pulled my foot away and she just looked at me and proceeded to do my nails. I didn't think much of it due to the fact I trusted this individual and thought to myself any normal person would alert someone if they hurt them. I was wrong not one time did I see her clean me up from the bleeding or disinfectant me. She proceeded to my bleeding foot in the dirty water and not tell me she hurt me. This is the worst pedicure I've ever had. I went to this place because I was limited on time and close to home. The lady who did my nails cut the side of my toenail way in to my skin and to dig the toenail out of my skin causing it to be irritated. There was no massage she just rubbed lotion on my legs. Then when I got up to pay I expressed my dissatisfaction with the man in charge. He expressed no care or concern and didn't even look at what she had done. His only response was that she does not speak very good English which should not be an excuse to not be able to do a good job. Went on the recommendation of my mother in law. The wait was reasonable for a weekend. The pedicure was okay. However I had to have one of my toes repainted 2x due to the fact the gentleman stubbed my toe. Mani was a different story. I initially asked for a gel MANI and come to find out they did a gel color change which resulted in no cuticle trim. I didn't know I had to mention that I wanted a mani not a gel change when I got to the chair. Anywhere I've gone a cuticle trim always came with a color change/manicure. But I guess that was extra. Anyways I left the salon with nail polish on some of the skin around me toes and a manicure that I'm not satisfied with. Only reason I paid was because I was already restricted with time and was there total of 3 hours. Will not return. Future gel mani gals make sure you repeat that you want a GEL MANICURE. read more

This was a very bad first experience hands down! I came to Phoenix from out of town and needed my brows waxed before heading to Vegas as well as a manicure. The manicure was done quickly almost as if they were in a rush didnt bother to buff or file my nails. When I was done and and headed to the wax area I couldnt believe why an eyebrow wax would take so long until they started doing the sides of my face!!! I couldnt leave with half of my face waxed and not the other half so i tried to be polite and just kept going. When it got time to pay it was $65 as angry as I was I did it with a smile on my face even though the lady in charge of paying was rude! What bothered me was why if they had asked what I needed done in the beginning, they wouldnt tell the person doing the wax not only that but when I had already left I still had pieces they had missed! The absolute worse customer service. I like to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but my 3rd visit was my last. The main nail tech is not only rude but leaves the customer she is filing to finish a wax. Not very productive if 4 ppl want their brows waxed and you are in a hurry. Upon my last visit, I was told to come back in 30 mins for a pedicure and ended up soaking over an hour when I returned. To give fair warning, your nails are only filed and buffed, not cleaned. To wait nearly two hours for a mediocre pedicure provided by a rude tech is not worth my $30 or time. She cut me with cuticle clippers and didn't put antiseptic on, just thoroughly burned with an extra coat of polish. Consider yourself warned of poor customer service. read more

Worst place ever to do mine and my daughter's nails. They lack on experience and customer service. They don't care for what u want done but for what they can only do. Went there for the first time with my daughter...and the lack of experience they have on doing nails appalled me. Saw my daughter's nails and how unsatisfying she was I decide to not do mine after I saw the terrible work they did. They were sloppy and nails turn out looking like the ones you glue on, that you buy at the drug store. Which would of been better looking and inexpensive . The old ugly Chinese man there was so rude when I told him about the ugly lumps they had left on nails, he said that's how they supposed to look and started putting more nail polish on them to apparently cover up the lumps. It was a horrible experience and waste of time. On top of that they charge my daughter 30 dollars for the ugly full set and sloppy work they did. I Extremely DO NOT RECOMMENDED this place. There was also only one old Chinese lady working on the manicure and we waited an hour and a half to get called on a weekday for something that we were not going to like.
