After doing these nails I now have dermatitis which has never happened from any other place. And I also got a pedicure and got an infection . They are very rough and I felt on edge the whole time. This place is great! I had Goma do My pedicure and she did an excellent job. My feet and smooth and my toes are nice and shiny! Jimmy did my full set with ombre, off a picture and they are on point! Looks almost the exact same, he also does a fantastic job! My fingers usually hurt after I get acrylics done but not with Jimmy! He was super gentle filing my nails and had a fun personality. Tuesday afternoon January 4, 2022 my friends pinkie nail began to lift, and she proceeded to fix it by applying the nail glue and re-fixing the nail that fell off. She paid 89$ for the nails, plus a 10$ tip for the her nails. Today is Friday and there is now only 2 nails that are now on her hand. We're paying for QUALITY. I got here at like 10:40 a.m. and i will admit it was very very busy but the receptionist, i'm unaware of her name was very unkind to my mother and i, my little sister and brother are also here with us and instead of talking in a low private voice to us she loudly announced that my mother couldn't have other children in here because it was a "new" policy. She was all up in my moms face with her mask under her chin, she proceeded to walk around the salon with her mask on her chin. While I waited some more to be sat down I was looking at the website and there was no policy listed where there was a maximum amount of children allowed, and when asked she tried to cover it up by saying that it was a new policy and that every single day a new policy is made, but again i went up to her personally and she came back and spoke in a very unprofessional manner and very loudly so that everyone could hear our personal conversation. I used to really enjoy coming here to get my nail services but unfortunately last couple of times they have been quite rude and haven't done my nails right. Yesterday I came in with my sister in law to get pedicures and we requested to wait for a usual tech who was busy at the time. After about an hour and 40 mins past and ask the receptionist how much longer and she says probably another hour. She also accused me of walking into the salon in a group? That was a lie, I was there with one other person. She didn't try to listen to me and tried to talk over me the whole time.
