Honestly, I never like to leave a bad review but I really don't know why I come back, it's always the same, they scold me as if they were helping me. I don't like attention, the work is always badly done. read more

They are rude and unorganized. They took 2 hours to do my nails and while in the middle of doing my nails would leave frequently. After doing these nails I now have dermatitis which has never happened from any other place. And I also got a pedicure and got an infection . They are very rough and I felt on edge the whole time. I did not feel comfortable. I wanted to feel beautiful I now feel very disaponted and worried for my skin. read more

i went to this salon and got infected cause they don't clean their stuff and i had to get my toe nail removed permanently:(

This place is great! I had Goma do My pedicure and she did an excellent job. My feet and smooth and my toes are nice and shiny! Jimmy did my full set with ombre, off a picture and they are on point! Looks almost the exact same, he also does a fantastic job! My fingers usually hurt after I get acrylics done but not with Jimmy! He was super gentle filing my nails and had a fun personality. I don't ever get my nails done but I might have to start now! read more

These nails were alright, could have been better though. Okay, to start off, the nails looked lifter from the top of u turn your hand to the side, they look like they are about ti come off ! I asked the guy what color he recommended for me, he looked soooo annoyed. I'm not sure who it was I think it may be Sandy though, not 100% sure though. The shape doesn't even look good. I recommend Ruby, 100%! She's so sweet, and she puts good effort into your nails like they were hers. Her nail art is incredible!! read more

Talk Nail and Spa - This is what I got, I liked them but they could have been better, the guy kept getting annoyed when I ask him what's the best color for me. - Nail Salons Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

I recommend this salon but suggest seeing anyone but Cindy. She didn't use enough acrylic to fill the nail, she filed the acrylic to a point of hitting natural nail and sliced through my nail hitting the skin underneath. Which resulted in my nail bed bleeding. read more

0 stars! God forbid you want something corrected on your nails they will refuse you service in front of an entire shop and scream at you! I saw it happen. Couldn't believe what I witnessed. I got up and left I was so disgusted. How do you treat people like that and then think I'll let you treat me like this. The manager Asia yelled at the poor girl in front of the entire shop. She was humiliated. Definitely do not recommend this place. Especially if you like your nails to be done right. Only giving the one cuz I'm forced to. read more

Went with my mom for a fill. They guy that did my fill was to busy talking, he assumed I wanted my nails nude. I told him before sitting down I wanted the same color as my mom plus white. His like okay okay I take care of you. He did not, my nails are so nasty I won't even go back if they offer me a free service. They are to busy talking to each other they don't pay attention to what they are doing. The color we asked for is not even close to what they have in display as a sample. Our nails are nasty and they don't even have a week since we got them done. read more

We came down here Thursday December 30, 2021. Tuesday afternoon January 4, 2022 my friends pinkie nail began to lift, and she proceeded to fix it by applying the nail glue and re-fixing the nail that fell off. She paid 89$ for the nails, plus a 10$ tip for the her nails. Today is Friday and there is now only 2 nails that are now on her hand. We're paying for QUALITY. I would also like to add that we were there for almost 2 hours prior to getting our nails done even after calling in them, & telling us our wait time was 30 minutes. charging so much for nails when there products are cheap. Would not recommend. read more

This "set" took 2 hours. I initially ask for a design on top of this color. The nail tech did the design horrible, I asked for him to take it off. As you can see in the picture he left white color all around the edges. They did not trying to offer to fix my nails but were already sitting the next person and charging me. So unprofessional and then start talking crap in their language!!!! read more

Nails done by Tony. I really liked my nails overall other than a few details only because I pay close attention to detail. Thanks to Tony who was really nice n made sure it was how I wanted. It was my first time here, it wasn't a long wait at all and they were busy. The only downside was it took some time to get them done approx 11/2-2hrs. read more

The pedicures are so relaxing. I was nervous because of the reviews but this place was amazing

Went to this salon with a group of friends to get a full set. Everything was great! Until he started doing the design.... I asked for flames and dude gave me TEETH instead. These are by far the ugliest nails I've ever had, luckily my OG nail lady was able to fix them the next day. Great salon, excellent staff, just crappy design artists lol! read more

First time trying this place, got there they advised 30 mins for nails I was there for 1hr. At the end I left, they could care less about customer service. I would advise you to stay away from this place. Worst experience I've ever had with nails, and I am regularly a very patient person. Please do yourself a favor, the receptionist or the nails techs are rude & give you false time expectations. read more

The place itself is not bad. But the lady that did my feet cut me way too much. It burned so bad! And then my nails weren't done exactly like I wanted. I chose a dark maroon color and it was a bright red. I told her to fix it and got upset instead. And on both feet my nails aren't filled all the way. I have a lot of spots with no Gel. I don't think I'll be back. read more

So I'm so pissed to be honest I came to get pedi and fill. Not that I couldn't get passed the pedi because they couldn't understand what I requested as my color. As a customer trying to see what I wanted was hard I guess asking to put the gel colors under the gel light to see which one has the neon under gel light. Not only everyone looking at me so now I'm having anxiety. They're saying I can't use the light to put the nails under to see which one glows under the light And they can't unplug but they did for last time not only my toes where going to be gel so how can I not use the light to see what I like under the light Like why not The guy in front was very disrespectful for no reason all for a gel color that as a customer I wanted. I asked nicely to put under a gel light he said no aggressive. I said you know what I'm going leave so I won't be back back to glamor nails on Litchfield read more

I got here at like 10:40 a.m. and i will admit it was very very busy but the receptionist, i'm unaware of her name was very unkind to my mother and i, my little sister and brother are also here with us and instead of talking in a low private voice to us she loudly announced that my mother couldn't have other children in here because it was a "new" policy. She was all up in my moms face with her mask under her chin, she proceeded to walk around the salon with her mask on her chin. While I waited some more to be sat down I was looking at the website and there was no policy listed where there was a maximum amount of children allowed, and when asked she tried to cover it up by saying that it was a new policy and that every single day a new policy is made, but again i went up to her personally and she came back and spoke in a very unprofessional manner and very loudly so that everyone could hear our personal conversation. In all honesty i've never experienced such bad behavior here. read more

I used to really enjoy coming here to get my nail services but unfortunately last couple of times they have been quite rude and haven't done my nails right. Yesterday I came in with my sister in law to get pedicures and we requested to wait for a usual tech who was busy at the time. After about an hour and 40 mins past and ask the receptionist how much longer and she says probably another hour. I tell her to forget the request and we will take whoever is free next since the wait was too long. She tells me okay sure. We proceed to wait another 30mins and two women at this time walk in and get seated after 5 mins of getting there. I see this and tell the receptionist that she had jumped us in the line for walking who just walked in 5 mins ago but we have waited already 2 hours and something at this point but still not seated. She apologies and tells us what seats to take. Perfect she fixed the issue right? Nope, the OWNER comes over without actually finding out what is happening and begins to YELL at me that I need to take a seat and wait or I can leave and that she would not be jumping the ladies who just walked in. She also accused me of walking into the salon in a group? That was a lie, I was there with one other person. She didn't try to listen to me and tried to talk over me the whole time. This makes me very sad since I used to come this salon for years but not anymore. Asia you are wrong for yelling at paying customers. That's bad business. Do better. read more

Please stay far away from this place . My nails came out very crooked and uneven . Pictures don't lie , As you can see my index nail is not straight and leaning to the right. I usually have a great experience when visiting Talk Nail and Spa. However today I had the worst nail visit I've ever encountered! Steven was SO rude and impatient! He messed up the paint on my nails then when I addressed it he got furious! Instead of removing the paint and redoing it he decided to do half ass work then threatened to cut off all my nails since I didn't like it. He also proceeds to grabbing my hand with aggressive force, living me very uncomfortable. read more
