I been going here for years now and have never been so disappointed . Seems like it's now all about quantity instead of quality . Was there waiting before opening and as soon as I was sat down I right away felt my nails were being rushed . She cut them with scissors and did not even measure them to make sure they were the same length or even on the top. I had to tell her how uneven the nails were . When she was done putting the gel polish my nails looked like they needed a fill already . I let her know that and it only seemed like she was getting upset . She was speaking her language to the guy next to her and then he grabbed my finger really aggressively to look at it and they just continue talking . She didn't speak with me anymore and just checked me out . I went back and Asia did not even want to look at my nails as I was trying to explain and show her how bad they looked . They look really chunky and feel chunky to the touch . There's bubbles on the nails and some parts the polish looks really ugly . There is lint on the nail under the polSome nails feel really thin and some thick . She told me to have a seat that it would be over an hour wait . She said the girl was busy , I told her I did not want the same girl since she was really upset when I told her I didn't like them . Asia then said "well it will have to be her husband" which I am now guessing was the guy sitting next to her who was also upset . She told me to just go back tomorrow and I let her know I was not going to be in town tomorrow . I continue to try to show her my nails but she kept brushing of saying would have to wait over an hour . I showed up before opening so I don't have to wait over an hour and now having to spend my whole morning there was really upsetting . Asia did not seem to care so I just left . Having been going there for year and this one bad experience really caused me to never want to go there ever again . It was my first time trying it out here and my experience was horrible. First thing I noticed was that it was PACKED, overcrowded but I thought hey why not try it. I was waiting with my sister and my mom was already getting her feet done but I still hadn't. I realized the young girl in the front was letting other girls go before me.. and in fact they were all her little friends... when I've been waiting for already 45 minutes..... I finally go up to her and tell her when will it be my turn and she said I would go after some girl. So I kept my cool because again she's a kid in high school. Finally I get called and a young lady name Kim was the person who was going to do my nails. I wanted long length, but she gave me medium length.. then she ends up cutting me and it hurt so bad that I didn't know how to tell her I didn't want her to do my nails anymore so she continued and yes she apologized but damn how does that happen??? Once it comes time to paint my nail I choose white gel, they come out bumpy and crooked and fat..... at this point I'm really annoyed. They are suppose to be white gel coffin nails. She ends up adding some glitter to probably hide the bumps on my nails... I don't say anything but I tell my mom that I don't like them and they end up breaking within a week which for as long as I've gotten gel nails that's never happened to me. Not only that but the gel I got on my toes also flakes off within a week. Like what?!?! I went back one time to fix my nail but it was a different lady who did them and they came out way better than what Kim did but I will never come back here. My mom didn't like her nails either. Dirty. Multiple issues during my visit/service. They do not clean tools after every use. I went in for a pedicure and the lady doing my toes picked up a drill used on someone else and wasn't going to change the drill head. When I asked her if she could please change it she looked bothered and started speaking, in her language, to the other worker next to her. The nail clippers and stuff she used had plastic coverings on each tool and right after she used each tool she put it right back into the same plastic covering. So I'm sure those aren't cleaned. A lady next to me ask for another coat and received a dirty look. Last but not least there was a bigger women who went to sit to get her toes done and they stopped her to help her, but the ladies doing mine and my friends toes looked at the bigger woman laughing silently and speaking their language. Awesome job! The first time i came here, I was in a pinch and needed a fill like a week ago. I showed up 10 minutes before they closed and Tom took great care of me!!! I didn't feel rushed or anything. I have been back several times since then and always love the service but today while I am here (just getting a manicure) they have called back 6 people that came in after me, that were for full sets. I have been sitting here for 45 minutes waiting while I draft this review. I'm not sure if its because its not a higher ticket service, but now that I don't have acrylics anymore I'm not sure if I will return.... THIS IS THE WORSE PLACE I HAVE EVER GOT MY NAILS DONE AT! 2 of my nails were lose the next day after I got them done. A week later all my nails had fell off. I take good care of my nails and everywhere else I've gone my nails done they always last me at least 2 weeks. I called them to let them know that my nails fell off and they told me because I didn't have the receipt they couldn't fix the trashy job they did in my hands. I can start by saying I have been a customer here for more than 10 years. I used to always get my nails done by Vivian who is no longer here and a few weeks ago I got my nails done by Phillip who was great. Today I went in and was told Phillip was out for 1 week so I decided to get my nails done by Asia who is the owner. This bad review is about the bad service I received but mainly about the way I was treated and disrespected. My nails were green and I needed a fill and wanted them yellow. I showed Asia a picture of what I wanted and she said she could do it. Once she was done with the fill she said she could not do the yellow because the green I had on my nails was a powder not polish and the yellow would not cover it. I was flexible and decided ok no big deal I can get them yellow the next time and asked for my options. My only options were white, black or a really dark color. I decided to go with white. She polished them as I was getting a pedicure done. When I looked at my nails I was not satisfied with them but did not want to be a difficult customer. I kept looking at them and even took pictures and asked my husband to take a look and we both agreed that they needed to be cleaned up. The green was standing out on the edges of the nails and the corner of my pinkys. I immediately went back to the salon and explained to Asia that I was not happy with the nails and if she could please clean them up. She said she could not do anything for me because she had tried her best but it was just not working out. She started screaming at me while pointing her fingers at me. She said she had spent hours on me (which is not true because they were a simple fill not even designs or anything special) and that she refused to spend any more time on me. I told her it was not fair and I had been a customer of hers for more than 10 years. She said she knew that but she could not help me. I told her all I needed her to do was to clean up the edges and put the white polish to avoid seeing the green...I told her my nails looked like a kid had polished them. She said she knew I was a loyal customer but she was not willing to do anything for me. She said she would give me back $12 and try to fix the pinkys but that is it. I asked her why she could not fix the other fingers and she said she was not going to use any more polish on me and at one point she even said she was not giving me back $12. Once I mentioned that I was amazed how she was telling me one thing then another in front of all her customers she said the only way she would refund me at least $12 is by removing all the polish. She did that. I still had hope that she was going to at least try to leave them looking decent enough and maybe put a clear coat on top so I would not have to write this horrible review but she didnt. She removed the polish, gave me back $15 and that was the end of it. In the past I've experienced her getting into arguments with customers and I had a bad feeling while I was driving there that this would not end up good. To them I might just be one customer and that is totally fine. To me there are a ton of businesses out there that are willing to treat people with respect and appreciate the business. Yes, they are busy all the time but eventually this kind of service and treatment will bite them in the a**. They are too high up on their horse but life is full of unexpected situations like when we had to shut down for COVID. read more

Paid over $70 for nails and pedicure. Nails r not good they painted over my cuticles instead of cleaning the nail bed up so the base of the nails are all jagged and lifted. The nail tips are glued on at an angle that leaves extra space for stuff collect under there. Half ass pedicure. massage was a joke. lazily slather on lotion did not clean the edges of the toe nail pretty much filed the toenails and painted them leaving all the corners unpainted. This nail salon is OK, only if you can get past the front desk girl who is extremely rude and immature. She has her friends come in on the weekends and you will get obviously bumped each time someone her friends come in. At one point she whispered loudly, "Don't worry, I'll make sure I get you in next", when there were 10 of us who signed in and had been waiting. The nail techs seem to need an attitude adjustment as well. I have tried several techs there and they will roll their eyes and get upset if u ask for something specific or correct a sloppy paint job. They also advertise wifi but not one person knew the password and said they had to ask the boss when he came in towards the end of my visit..it turned out to be the phone number that was on every poster ,so unless they are not allowed to give it out for some reason, it was hard to believe not one of the 20 techs or sassy front desk little girl did not know or remember such an easy pw..Nails salons are a dime a dozen in this area and you will be better off going across the street where you don't have to know someone in the shop to get service or treated with respect. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I've been here many times and the only reason I keep coming is because it's the only decent place near me, but not anymore. They wait is incredibly long and the service is poor. Any request you make is denied, I asked to have the gel polish removed manually and they basically said no because it would take too long, I have very thin nails and that is a no no for me. Trash. Went to get my nails done for my birthday and was hoping to have pretty season nails. Well no. I paid $80 for half a** nails. When I say half a** I mean you can see threw the polish on the nail... the art was honestly not that great for $15. They were just not $80 nails at all. It looked like my 13 year old cousin did them. The experience was okay. The person doing my nails was nice but kept cutting my fingers when filing my nails. I was not satisfied. At the time I didn't want to say anything because I am shy to complain but I just wasn't happy and was convinced to call and see if they could do anything for me where I don't have to pay extra for them to fix them. Next day (today) called to see if they could just change the polish because I was not happy and I was just in yesterday. They were still trying to have me pay $18 for polish change. And once I talked to the manager to try to have her understand that I paid a lot and I didn't like them at all and wanted to actually like my nails for the amount I paid. After hearing the hype from this place, and recommendations from a friend I was not happy with my first visit here. I have never been to a nail salon where you go in and no one says anything to you (several employees walking around) I talked to someone in the phone prior to coming in and asked how long the wait time was and if we could make an appointment for a basic pedicure. They booked me for an appointment to arrive in 10-15 minutes, and the wait time was short. I arrived right at 10 minutes; it looked a bit busy with maybe one or two people waiting. Several employees there and many didn't look up to at least for a greeting or what I was in for. Finally some lady came up and asked what I wanted in a rude way so I let her know about the phone call. She just looked at me and said put my name down with what I wanted then she walked away. For an hour and a half I waited. And waited. And waited until I finally got up and asked the first person I made eye contact with how much longer it was going to be and why I was told it would be short. Soon after I speak someone decides to get me and sit me down. Everything felt rushed and from already feeling annoyed I just couldn't enjoy the pedicure. I still got an attitude when paying, and that was that. I understand if a business is busy, but the moment you start treating your clients in a rude manner, how is that proper customer service? I came here for a fill and looking for a place closer to my home. I searched Yelp and after reading several reviews of this place and others I decided to try here. First, looking at the place from the outside gives no indication of the elegance and cleanliness you'll find on the inside! I was impressed by the decor--Greek columns, marble topped nail stations with mahogany bases along with executive style seating. Much thought has gone into the decor. They're wedged in between a liquor store and a pawn shop in a tiny strip center and the parking is not so great in the front as they have other little stores and a restaurant vying for spots and have them reserved for themselves. There's ample parking in the back of the building though. Second, their business was pretty steady and they didn't rush anyone because of this which is a good thing! The command of the English language was very good and a pleasant and welcome surprise. I noticed this when I had initially called. There was a sign in sheet with the different services to check off so you could get the right person for the services needed. Third, my nail tech whose name is Hi (not sure of the spelling but he told me it was Hi just like hello lol) was great! He was very meticulous and attentive to detail--so much so that he found and corrected flaws my last nail tech did! Yeah, I know. ..I cheated on my other tech but I'm so glad I did! He listened to what I wanted and he made the tips thin enough so if you scratch an itch you actually feel like you're scratching with real nails instead of dull nubs. Also, Hi's technique was virtually PAINLESS! I'm a wimp when it comes to taking off the nail and pretty sensitive, so when he was taking off the old acrylic nail i virtually had but a teensy bit of pain from the one that was lifting and that was good and my nails didn't hurt afterwards like they usually did from before--so that's another plus! I haven't tried the pedi but looking at the reviews and the amount of clients I'm going to have to try one! Overall, I highly recommend this salon for its great customer service, the finished product, and cleanliness. ..oh and did I mention decor? Last but definitely NOT least the prices are VERY GOOD... there's a nail salon across the street that's very mundane looking with not so great attitude that costs MORE! So, make sure you come here! I love that it's many options to choose from for pedicure and even with most expensive option, I'm still coming out cheap. Let me start off by saying I'm not the one who takes time out of their day to leave reviews, especially negative. I was seated fast my nail tech was very rude while doing my nails he received several calls and left me seated for 15 minutes while he took a call. Overall if he wasn't answering his phone he was texting. Very professional right? He didn't speak to me at all. He finished my nails. I paid I sat down to wait for my cousin who was getting her nails done. As I was sitting I noticed my nails look really bad from the side. I expressed my concern to the girl in the front she said someone would fix them. Some other tech "fixed" them she legit just layered more gel polish on my nails making it look clumpy and very uneven. I told her I didn't like it and she yelled at me saying well I fixed for you what else do you want me to do?! I was very embarrassed I'm not the one who makes a scene at all I asked very discreet if someone could fix my nails Idk why she yelled and she said well if you don't like them I'll take them off. I just got up and sat down in the front. The guy who initially did my nails said he'll fix them. I sat down and he legit said there was nothing wrong with my nails. I was so upset because they were making it seem like I was wrong saying they did a bad job. At the end he ended up clipping my nails & saying he wasn't going to remove them because there was "nothing" wrong with them. The second nail tech who tried to "fix" my nails was extremely rude I've never felt so humiliated she made sure the whole nail salon knew I was unhappy with my nails she was yelling very loud and no one told her anything I asked her to please stop yelling at me but she didn't stop. It's my third time coming to this location and let me tell you they don't disappoint. I am absolutely in love with my nails. Tom did my almond shaped nails perfectly and Lisa gave me a nice relaxing pedicure. They definitely deserve all 5 stars. This salon is definitely busy but they know how to handle it. Someone is always at the podium calling out names and making sure everything is running smoothly. Let's just say I will be coming back. The only thing that I was sad about was that I wasn't offered to be part of the rewards program. My Sister asked me after we left the salon if I signed up to be part of their rewards program. Little did we know we'd be waiting there for more than an hour! And it's not because they were taking the people before us. They were finished. They took people that came after us! About 10!! I asked the reception girl how long it would be before my cousin and I would be called. And all she had to say was "you're next" WHEN IN FACT, I WASN'T! So we paid for my cousins nails and we left. This place is very close to me and I thought it would be really convenient but I was wrong. First, the lady at the front desk was rude and said they aren't taking more people which wasn't true because they said they will take me and so the front desk lady complained about having plans and that she wanted to leave so that's number one. Secondly, I'm unsure the name of the nail tech that did my nails but she wasn't so great to because she was rushing and cut my finger on the upper cuticle area with the buffing machine.
