Needless to say, I was repeatedly ignored. My left hand didn't receive cuticle service and the edges of my nails were left rugged. I took this as code that they wanted their money regardless of me not being satisfied. She was told they couldn't take her nails off because they were "too busy," yet less than 30 seconds later a couple walked in and was immediately helped. We all saw it happen, and it made absolutely no sense. The treatment felt discriminatory and completely unacceptable. On top of that, this was the worst pedicure I have ever received. Poor quality service, rude atmosphere, and unprofessional staff. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that values cleanliness, respect, and customer service.
