Leon was my nail guy and I'd seen his work previously on a friend and was highly impressed because I am very picky. Here's my review: I waited less than 10 minutes for Leon as he was working on a previous client. It took approx 35-40 minutes from start to completion. Leon was courteous, gentle, meticulous and funny. I showed him a photo and he "nailed" it perfectly *wink*- Pun intended. I have had my nails for over a week and they are still in tact after accidentally getting my finger nail jammed in a kids slide and a door AS WELL AS all the wild stuff that happens in Vegas (remember what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas) but hey, these nails are still just as cute. All gems are also still in tact after washing my hands more than 100X's and soaking several times in steaming hot water. Overall I highly recommend Leon. He's an artist that's been in the nail business for 13 yrs. An expert in beauty and will make you feel like 100 buckaroos after leaving. TIP: I learned previously that this nail salon is closed on Tuesdays and everyone in this salon works on a walk-in basis. This place also offers eyebrow waxing, spa pedicures and great service and prices. Men are also welcome. There are 7 spa pedi-seats that also offer massage, the nail tech stations are equipped with comfortable executive leather-like seats and the Nail Garden offers over 1000 color options for everyone. Nails can be any shape you request and no detail is too big or small. Literally ask and you shall receive. My suggestion: call ahead to make sure your favorite nail professional is in the building. Leon is definitely my go-to and while I'd like to keep him all to myself, we all need that one person we can depend on - so sharing his talents is a must! Alrighty, now that I've left my review: Go ahead and get your beauty on ladies and gents! Remember: ask for Leon!

Today I got to sit with Lisa and she gave me a really great pedicure. I got the number three option which is the slight upgrade, and I was surprised and amazed when she pulled a timer out for the 10 minute massage. Actually totally made the whole experience, because nothing is more annoying than paying top dollar for a pedicure and not getting the full massage! She took time to match the color that I wanted because it was glitter, so she had to do a base underneath it so that you could see it. My only grip is the heel scrub, it is never enough. And I literally have cracked heels after I leave, which I think should be taken care of during the visit. I've asked for extra time and I'm willing to pay for, but it never happens. Really great job.

The manager, Lynn, is dismissive, interruptive, and rude. I called ahead and asked if they had time for a walk in. Answer was immediately yes. I got there, walked inside, and was asked to wait 10 minutes. I did call ahead for this reason as I didn't have a lot of time.. fine, I waited. They asked me what I had on my nails and I said regular gel polish. They started using the e-file on me and when I asked if it was a sanding band on it (because that's ALL you can use on natural nails), they smiled and didn't say anything. I repeated myself, again, smiled, made a sound (??), and continued. I said hello?? And pulled my hand back. They called out to another person (salon manager) who came over and I asked them "is that a carbide bit they're using on my natural nails or is that a sanding bit?" They spoke in their language for a sec and then she sat down and told me she'd be continuing the service. Red flag. I asked, "do you normally let your technicians practice unsafe nail services?" She continued to dismiss me by patting my hand and telling me she just wants a "quiet, happy service today". WHAT THE FUCK. I'm sure you could see the steam coming out of my ears. Excuse me? I then requested to see the first nail techs license, because when I looked for it, it's not displayed. It is required to be displayed at the very desk you're working at in a salon. So of course, she says she "sent the person out to go get it from their car". I said "car??? Why is it not in here being displayed?" She dismisses me, again. About 10 minutes went by and I requested again, "I'd like to see that persons license before I leave here as they worked on and destroyed my natural nail bed on my right hand". She said (I audibly laughed at this one) "I think they left to go but lotto tickets. Yeah, they play the lottery." So you're telling me that your nail technician fled the building because they provided an illegal service, ruined my nails, and is getting caught red-handed. Got it. She then had the audacity to ask me "how long have you been doing nails?" I said excuse me? She said because she's been doing nails for 20 years and she has more knowledge than me. Any person with a brain and google can confirm in 5 seconds that she was blatantly lying to me. I clearly have more knowledge than her if she's trying to tell me that a CARBIDE BIT is ok to use on natural nails. HELLLLLL NOOOOO!!!!!! I told her, "so this service is free right because you provided me with an illegal service?" She responded yes she's taking care of it. I washed my hands and got the f out of there. DO NOT GO HERE. Reporting her, her salon, and her unlicensed nail techs to the cosmetology board IMMEDIATELY.

My elderly mother wanted a pedi and mani and she is HIGHLY ALLERGIC to gel so we requested for regular polish. I hate it when as soon as they know we want regular polish, most places get annoyed and try to get us to change to gel. The lady was quite rude to mom when mom accidentally dings the polish saying it wouldn't happen if she'd get gel so I had to finally step up saying that she's highly allergic to gel so what other options does she have as she has underlying medical conditions already so gel would cause her itch reactions to heighten. Not only that but the unfriendly worker was rough with her and when asked to shorten her crooked toe nail which she gets done regularly at a different salon (we'd continue going but her lady left the place so that's why we're here looking for a new "home"), she said she couldn't because it would cut her skin. Not if she does it right and know how to trim nails carefully as it's never been an issue before!) Not only that but we paid for the sassy spa pedi which is the basic so I'm sure they weren't thrilled we didn't upgrade but it was less than 10 mins from start to finish!! REALLY?!! I did NOT pay for express service and have had express service longer than that! Just trimmed & painted her nails pretty much for $35! She just wanted to finish mom as fast as she could then do her mani and be done. On top of that, she'd say stuff in Vietnamese to another worker which I understood some words & did not appreciate her complaining about us when we were the ones paying for service. We will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SALON AGAIN! $100 for very lousy, lazy and disrespectful service. They're lucky I bothered tipping but will NOT be returning with my mother. My boyfriend never got a pedi until I brought him here, and let me tell you, this man is CONVINCED. BAD, BAD, BAD. Do NOT go here unless you want to leave disappointed…read more I went in at 8:00 PM on Thursday for an acrylic fill and pedicure, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst nail experiences I've ever had. My nail tech, Angela, was friendly and nice to talk to, but the entire appointment was spent listening to stories about her personal life, which felt very unprofessional. She was also very convincing when talking about how this salon takes extra time to make sure every client leaves happy with perfect nails. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at all. I ended up canceling my pedicure because my acrylic fill alone took almost THREE HOURS. Throughout the service, my fingers were constantly being pulled and twisted around, leaving them sore afterward. Even worse, she repeatedly filed into my skin, causing multiple cuts that actually bled. When I pointed it out, she said she was going to clean them with alcohol so they wouldn't be swollen or red the next day. The alcohol burned terribly on the open cuts. The finished nails look awful. My cuticles weren't even cleaned up, there is acrylic all around them, and the overall work honestly looks like it was done by a beginner. It certainly does not look professional. At checkout, I mentioned the cuts and bleeding and had to ASK for a discount. They only took $8 off the service and then asked if I was okay. I still left a tip because Angela was kind, but kindness doesn't make up for poor workmanship. I later called and spoke with the owner, hoping they would take responsibility. Instead, I was told to come back and they would take care of my next visit. Come back? After leaving with bleeding fingers and a terrible set of nails? Absolutely not. I don't have anything personal against Angela, but based on the quality of work I received, I genuinely do not believe nails are her profession. No customer deserves to be promised perfect work and then leave with cuts, pain, and nails that look unfinished. Save your money. Wait for a reputable nail salon. This place is not worth it.

Didn't know back then but now I'm convinced those followers were bought to trick customers into thinking she was some famous pro nail artist but she's actually the far opposite from that. She had a little room set up like a nail salon for one customer. Whatever nbd. She got to my nails and she did not speak one word to me. She kept using hand gestures to which was really rude. Just her whole attitude was off and she didn't seem like she wanted to put in any effort into her work. Needless to say, my nails came out to be nothing close to the design I showed her. It's not even just the design that was off, everything about my nails were just so bad I was embarrassed to show them off. The thickness of the nails, uneven surface, different lengths, shapes, the rhinestone placement were all just so horrible. She charged me $95 for them and makes you pay via venmo.
