Very unfortunate having spent $150+ total on both hands and feet, and because I was a little skeptical about the liquid gel extension alternative the offered since they don't do gel-x. Also because the nail broke on the day before I left for my weeklong vacation. It didn't break from some sort of excess pressure or trauma to my finger, I just looked down and the whole tip was gone. I can see now that the layer of gel overlay on that nail is quite thin which is probably why.

That being said, if you value your nail health and service quality, this is NOT the salon for you. These photos are AFTER a requested GelX soak off and manicure. Despite my request, my nails were filed until I was in literal pain. I repeatedly had to tell and show the nail tech that gel was still on my nails and a soak is not only requested but needed. Needless to say, I was repeatedly ignored. My left hand didn't receive cuticle service and the edges of my nails were left rugged. After declining polish service (at this point, I was over the entire experience and ready to go), I was told that I needed to pay before having my nails polished. I took this as code that they wanted their money regardless of me not being satisfied. I've given this place multiple chances solely based on convenience but this was my LAST time making that decision.

Once I arrived, I was told it would be a few minutes. I waited about 10 minutes and then was seated in a pedi chair where I soaked for about 15 more minutes before my nail tech actually started. I chose the #4, which is supposed to be a 60-minute pedi that includes sugar scrub, sea salt, hot stone, and your choice of gel polish or paraffin. The actual time spent with the nail tech was only about 30 minutes, which was kind of a bummer. I always look forward to the time spent having my legs and feet massaged. My nail tech was very nice, and overall, it was a good experience; it just felt a little rushed.

TODAY I come here and they've had me sit my feet in this cold water for 17 minutes and counting. 17 minutes may not seem long but when your feet is in cold water its a blunt disregard of my time & lack of customer service. I was greeted right away and taken to the pedi section and they began. The chair malfunctioned because it wasn't giving hot water but they were on top of it trying to fix the situation! They brought hot water in a pitcher from the back to heat up my water and it worked. I was very thankful. My tech was Lisa and she was a pleasure to have! We had good conversation & after a few minutes she was courteous to end it and told me to sit back and relax. My toes look great, absolutely no pressure to add on services which I also liked. When I arrived there was a woman holding her infant feeding it's bottle while getting her toes done. A while later another woman and her you g child came in, they took her to the nail side and serviced her quickly while mom got her toes I will be coming here again. Thank you!

I asked them is they were able to do spiderman nails cause it was a complicated design and looking at designs they do, it seems they only knew how to do simple designs. They told me they could. So I trusted them. Once they started designing on a nail the color was too light than what was shown on the reference picture. So I asked if it's okay if they had time to change it to a different shade of red and blue. (cause It was getting dark and I wasn't sure when they would close.) They were okay with it and instead of removing it they just painted over it. Leaving layers and blobs of nail polish on my nail. They finished one design on one nail and it looked really messy I didn't like how it was coming out at all so I asked if they could just remove the nails before continuing cause I wasn't happy with the service. They refused to remove the nails and pressured me to continue the service designing my other nails quickly, trying to find other ways to design it but the more I refused the more upset they got. the lady there was talking in her language and just from the tone of her voice she sounded annoyed and mad. she was telling me she was willing to put the price down cause it's my birthday but even when I try to explain that I wasn't happy with the service, I wanted to remove the nails cause I didn't wanna pay. She started to argue with me and raise her voice. Telling me "I work too hard for this, not you. I work hard." I didn't know what to do in this situation cause of how uncomfortable I felt. I started to cry cause the situation was too stressful for me. The only thing I could do to get out of there was to pay them and leave. The lady suddenly went two face after I payed the half price trying convincing me that my nails are pretty. She even tried to gift me a shampoo and uncomfortably hug me cause I was crying. I quickly left there cause I wanted to remove myself from that situation. I went home crying cause of how horrible the service was and how the lady was treating me. It was a waste of my money. Paying for these people who not only treated me like crap but also the service was crap. I only felt in that moment that If I didn't pay I would get into trouble. Honestly people like this is the reason why I hate going to nail salons cause they only want your money and don't care about what a customer wants or feels. I immediately removed my nails when I got home cause that's how bad they were. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
