I stopped in 9/27, saturday @ 1pm for 2 pedicures and there was no wait. The lady at the front was very nice & sat us down. The lady working on my feet was good and understanding of what I wanted. I was a bit worried when she grabbed an e-file because I had some leftover gel, but she did such a good job with it. I was shocked. Not a single prick, poke or burning feeling the whole time. The lady working on my daughter overheard my concerns with my daughters toes and she assured me she would take care of them, lol. They didn't speak much to us but they worked thoroughly with our classic pedicures ($30) with gel polish ($15). Both our pedicures came out nice. I had added nail art which was $7. The total was decent, didn't hurt. I would definitely go again to try their other services. read more

My nails always end up being fine. they have the average amount of colors. The service is absolutely terrible. You walk in and it's always awkward. If someone does ask what service you need today , they don't respond or acknowledge when you do. Some lady needed help out of her chair and the whole staff just looked at her as if she had a third eyeball. I legitimately stopped my tech (who looks as thrilled to be there as the rest) and helped the woman. She needed an arm to grab onto... where did common curtesy go?! I won't be coming back. read more

I stumbled on this place after grabbing coffee at Enroute Coffee. Me, my mom my 3 year old and 8 year old wanted pedicures. We waited about 10 or 15 minutes and then they started on us. The massage chairs were very comfortable and looked almost new. The man and woman who were so nice who worked on my girls. My mom and I really liked the women who did our pedicures. It was $30 for the deluxe pedicure which includes the callous remover (totally worth it!!!), hot stone massage and warm towels. We were really happy with our pedicures and this is my new go to place for nails! read more

She put about 5 layers of polish on my nails didn't give any time for each coat to dry. Did not paint the whole nail and they started chipping the very next day. The first time I tried this place just needed simple manicure and eyebrow. She put 2 super thick coats on, took forever to dry, eyebrow was ok, didn't take much time cleaning up the strays. So today I gave them a second chance, I wanted a mani/pedi....mani went fairly well, the pedi however not so much, she kept filing them crooked, neither big toes even look close to the same, slanted here, off to the left on the other, told her 3 times but huge communication problems. When I went to pay the manager said I'll fix for you next time, OK well what about this time?? I must admit I think it's rude when they chatter back and fourth in a different language and can only understand a few words of English! read more

I hadn't been to this place in a really long time (3 yrs) since the last time I was there I was passed over and ignored. I ended up walking out of the salon without a pedicure. I decided to give them another shot! I went with a girlfriend to get a pedicure this time. We were able to get right in to the chairs. Their massage chairs are kind of old, but they work really well. The prices were about average of other nail salons in the area. We chose the deluxe spa pedicure. This came with sugar scrub, callus removal, warm towel and a hot stone massage for only $28. Its not easy to find a great spot to get your nails done. This was my second shot on a salon since moving to Goodyear and success! The first place failed. Julie triple coated my gel polish and put hard work and detail into my mani and pedi! Im very satisfied in knowing that I got my monies worth. This was quality work and I know it will last. I decided to pop in here for a nail fill after not being very happy with the last place I went. I am ecstatic that I decided to come here, because Amy the woman that did my fill did an amazing job! The atmosphere is calm and not stressful. It was quiet and Amy was very friendly but not overly talkative. The price was comparable to most fills and I was in and out of there in no time. PSA - I went in for a pedicure a little over a month ago and the lady was ruthless when working on my big toes. I ended up getting an infection in both and have so far had 1 of them partially removed. The other will be removed soon. Please be cautious if you come here for a pedi. I don't like that the two star rating for this includes (at least in this case) "I've experienced better." Its a lie! I'd have to say the last nail salon I went to was actually worse! And I've only ever been to two places as I'm not really a fan of the filing sound-- I think its one of the worst in the world! Anyways.. I stopped in here on Wednesday 5/19 because I had a random urge to get my nails done. I walked inside and was immediately hit by that Nail Salon smell of acetone and other strong chemicals. There were two ladies here getting their nails done and a young man waiting (I'm not sure what he had done, but he was done in under 10 minutes once they started helping him). Five minutes into my waiting, a woman and her daughter walked in to get the daughter a full set. They were told to wait and that it'd only be a short while. One of the women helping the original two ladies was done and told me to go sit in her booth. I did some more waiting. The daughter of the woman who'd just walked in was taken by the other woman and helped before me (even though I was sititng in the booth already, I was pretty much ignored for almost another 10minutes). I was finally assisted the by the woman who's booth I was sitting at. She started filing my nails down and yet another woman walked in. This one said she wanted a full set and a pedicure, but only wanted to be helped by the woman who was working on me. I assumed this meant she was going to have to wait just as I'd had to. Oh, nope. Some random guy in a white t-shirt came out from the back and told me he was going to take me over at another booth. I was marched over to his table and the lady who requested my nail technician was being helped now. I have to say, this man was pretty nice. HOWEVER, when I'm in a NAIL salon and getting my NAILS done to look pretty, you'd think that the person doing them would take similar care of their nails, right? Yeah, well... wrong. His nails were longer than any I'd ever seen on a man and there was dirt underneath them. His hands were covered in paint spots as they were in the middle of repainting the place. This was totally my fault for staying since he looked like a painter, had just been painting, and his nails were awful looking. He was also very rough and three of the fingers on my left hand are cut from his filing. Also, he worked fast and some of the nails dried weird. He also tried to charge me for the coat of CLEAR nail polish he put on last. I've never been charged for it before and this wasn't going to be the first time. I just wanted out of there. During the time I was here, there was a woman, her sister, and three kids. The kids were running around everywhere and had the people working there bumping into them every so often. This lady did nothing to discipline her monsters and even had the salon people put Pokemon on TV for them. Not just put it on, but on the highest volume. It was ridiculous. Next time, if there is a next time.. I'm going somewhere else. read more
