The first picture posted is Amy starting my pedicure. Anytime I come To this mail shop I'll ask for Amy! Amy had an appointment booked at 530 so she only painted like 4 nails before she went to the booked client & Jenny came to finish my toes, they both did amazing work. Michelle waxed my eyebrows & they're so pretty :) I usually get my eyebrows threaded because my eyebrows grow thick very fast so we'll see how long it last, she also waxed my whole face while I was laying getting my eyebrows done, I'm not complaining tho because I love how clear my face looks now, she got me right after taking a leap of faith trusting her. It was around 450/5 when I got to the shop and it wasn't crowded, the vibe was chill & the employees are welcoming. The massage chair was a perfect reset for my body after a long day at work. She asked for coffin shaped nails in the color white with hombre glitter on her index finger and glitter with white on her ring finger and they mess it up horribly it was a clumpy and ugly! Came here for first time, got a full set. The guy who did my nails I believe his name was Phoung or Don hard to tell through his mask. He was really nice, even started conversating with me. He is polite, and gentle, doesn't Yank your hand. The prices are normal range. I'll be back. read more

I will never step foot in this place again! I used to go here regularly, until last week when witnessed several nail techs discriminating against a young lady, I'm presuming because her girlfriend partner was with her. Then the nail tech refusing to help her was raising his voice at me for insisting he help her since she was next and that I would wait my turn. He said he can choose who he wants to help, and doesn't want to help. He was incredibly rude and I had had enough when he raised his voice at me. read more

I wanted to give more stars, but I had a very odd experience. I had been trying for one or two weeks to get together with my girlfriend and get our nails done. So when we got there they had asked one of us to sit in a pedicure chair and one in a manicure station. Even though we both wanted both. So we asked if we could do the same ones at the same time so we could chat. They seemed irritated and weren't very friendly about it but then put us both in pedicure chairs. Lee did an awesome pedicure (though the $7 I paid for hot stones, the massage should have lasted much longer). Then Lee also did my manicure. I asked just for a gel polish change, not a full manicure. So he did the polish and then towards the end I asked if he could do another layer so the glitter in the polish was more even. And so he took the acetone and started taking it all off. I was so confused and shocked and the other guy next to us, who we will just name Jerk since I didn't get his name, said "you have to tell him before the top coat" but he hadn't done the top coat yet. I couldn't figure out why the polish came off since gel isn't suppose to with the acetone. Well, it turns out he used the wrong cord and the uv light wasn't on when I was putting my nails in to cure. So I apologized and Jerk was like "no it's his fault" and stared to berate him. He was being really mean and saying he shouldn't be rushing and mistakes always happen during the holiday time. So basically Lee had to redo my nails. He rushed through it, which I understand with the lobby of people waiting for services, but I am still bummed. I felt bad and Lee was a really big sweetie the whole time so I tipped him really well. Like 50% of my services well. So I'm a little bummed that my nails don't look great. My pedicure is perfect, but since he rushed on my hands they don't look great. And I was very excited for Christmas nails. I mean, in the grand scheme of things, they are just nails, but when I'm out $60 it's a bummer to have a half-assed job done. It was not my fault, even though I should have realized the UV light wasn't on. I don't know why the timer would be working on the uv light machine but not the light part. The whole thing was weird and this review is super long-winded, but if I do go back (which I probably won't), I would only use Lee. Every once else was pretty rude, especially Jerk, who seemed like he might have been a manager of sorts. read more

Love this place, they are interactive, and actually talk to you when they are working on your nails. They can do everything, including awesome art work, and the best part, they don't chatter back and forth in their own language like other places. Prices are way cheaper than other salons, especially for the quality of work. I've tried several salons in the area, and sunrise is by far the absolute best!!!!! Love it my nails lasted over 2 weeks the color never faded and we're on there pretty good, also got eyebrow wax and I LOVED IT all full set and wax paid 34. Great service .... but I did go back for a fill and I got charged almost 30? I think they charged a full set I've never heard of a fill be 30 that's what I paid with wax included?? ? Let's hope my next visit for fill will be charged correctly read more

I won't go again. I'm visiting from another state and wanted to treat my sister niece and my kids to get their nails done. It was cool that they took us in since we were 5. Customer service was okay in the beginning then kinda went to shit. I don't like my nails nor my nieces they missed parts of our nails. I paid and was leaving and forgot my phone inside. They insisted that it wasn't there when I KNEW it was. They shoved the phone at me and they were like Call It and I did. Some lady was sitting on it...... wtf. Just paid over $70 and they weren't kind at all. The lady and man that did my nails seemed terribly bothered by me coming back to find my phone. I always come here to get my eyebrows and upper lip waxed. They always do it perfectly. It's $12 for both, but if you want your upper lip done by itself it is $5. Eyebrows is $8. Anyways... This place is always busy so they must be doing something right, right? This morning I came in to take my little sister's friend to get a pedicure and I'd have to say I was satisfied. Well, for the most part. The price for a regular pedicure is $17. She got a regular pedicure and a design on each of her big toe. The reason I am giving this place 4 stars is because when the lady was finished with her nails she just took off. We waited for like 10 minutes hoping she would come back, but I guess she didn't. We had to ask for somebody's assistance so we can pay. They really should have someone at the front desk because I really am an impatient person.
