After the fabulous massage I was taken to the room next door with zero gravity recliners. Such a nice relaxing room. Then I changed into my swimsuit and sat in the jacuzzi. Then swam laps in the lap pool. Then a shower, with all the vitals included (shampoo, conditioner, body wash). They also have a lot of toiletries such as shower caps, tampons, toothbrushes, hair ties, razors etc). I sat in a quiet meditation room awaiting my facial. Haven was very good and the room so comfy. I would highly recommend for any special occasion or to treat yourself. You can also order lunch by the pool, but I didn't. You can spend the whole day relaxing when you sign up for a service there. Fireplaces turned off, "hot tubs" not heated, mold on loungers, no hooks I. Toilet rooms for clothes/robe, so items go on floor next to toilet. The spa isn't worth the cost nor time, and I left feeling ignored, tense, and unrelaxed. Utterly disappointed. The masseuse staff *almost* make up for the dismissive front end. Communicative, responsive, and remarkably skilled in the mudwrap and massage combination. Told us what to expect, where to find soaps to remove the mud, and they paid attention to muscle responses when it got deep. Kudos to the massage team.

She asked why I was canceling and I said it was too far. She gave me a laminated form filled in with a marker, two sign with the date of my last payment Note: you do need to give 30 days notice. If you're on a time crunch you might just need to choose a different exercise for the same muscle and still have a great workout. As far as the trainers go I have been very impressed with them. I used to be a personal trainer back in the day and I have never felt like they were just giving me a sales pitch, and certainly never felt like they were giving me or my parents bad information. Speaking of my parents, it was more important for me for them to have good trainers then for me. Neither one of them worked out much in their life with weights and having good guidance was something I was very happy and glad to see. I have had multiple Vo2 Max tests here and been very happy with the administration and reading of the results. No, as far as the more... Two huge pools with waterslides, both indoor and out; fantastic childcare services; great for kids birthday parties; fun events (like the daddy daughter dance); and a full spa including stylists. My membership is on auto renew, I got a good deal when I started and I've never had to adjust it. All in all, I have been very happy with this as my gym, summer Playland, haircuts and massage, and even for my kids birthday parties!
