That being said, if you value your nail health and service quality, this is NOT the salon for you. These photos are AFTER a requested GelX soak off and manicure. Despite my request, my nails were filed until I was in literal pain. I repeatedly had to tell and show the nail tech that gel was still on my nails and a soak is not only requested but needed. Needless to say, I was repeatedly ignored. My left hand didn't receive cuticle service and the edges of my nails were left rugged. After declining polish service (at this point, I was over the entire experience and ready to go), I was told that I needed to pay before having my nails polished. I took this as code that they wanted their money regardless of me not being satisfied. I've given this place multiple chances solely based on convenience but this was my LAST time making that decision.

YOU WILL BE HIGHLY SATISFIED HERE!! Me and my daughter came…read morehere after doing research over and over on reviews to find a new nail spot. I called to schedule an appointment (which isn't necessary as they except walk ins) but from the call with Janet she was so kind from the time of answering the phone till we hung up and patient to answer my questions regarding prices. When showing up we were immediately greeted and they had our spots ready for our pedicures to start. Let me tell you the salon itself is beautiful! The decor is very luxury modern feel and they play nice music in the background. The chairs were very comfy and each worker I met or talked too was always pleasant. They took their time and they made sure everything was done with quality. My feet were brand new after my deluxe pedicure! I was relaxed and felt pampered. After, I got a gel manicure and my daughter a full set. Here's where this place really gets my 5 stars. PRIOR to this place me and my daughter had a horrible experience at another nail salon on my side of town. Luxe nails and Spa went above and beyond to do their best to meet my daughters nail request as it was a lot to do. Let me just say her nails came out BEYOND AMAZING!!!! The nail tech took her time, through out the process she checked in with my daughter to make sure she was liking them and cared that she liked them. The nail tech did total free hand from just a picture my daughter showed her. I mean look at those nails, I can't stop staring at them myself and they aren't even mine lol. As for mine, I went with a color that I do quite often which is bubble bath, reason I mention that I do it often is because even so, I have never seen my nails this well manicured and natural and elegant looking before. I had a lady name EEVIE and she was so so kind, funny, and gave me the perfect shape, and made sure I was good throughout my time there as well. If I could give more than 5 stars I would but I am telling you COME HERE you will not be disappointed! Thank you Luxe Nails & Spa!

Very unfortunate having spent $150+ total on both hands and feet, and because I was a little skeptical about the liquid gel extension alternative the offered since they don't do gel-x. Also because the nail broke on the day before I left for my weeklong vacation. It didn't break from some sort of excess pressure or trauma to my finger, I just looked down and the whole tip was gone. I can see now that the layer of gel overlay on that nail is quite thin which is probably why.

She was told they couldn't take her nails off because they were "too busy," yet less than 30 seconds later a couple walked in and was immediately helped. Poor quality service, rude atmosphere, and unprofessional staff. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that values cleanliness, respect, and customer service.
