Great place ! My 1st time and found a great tech Jaén is amazing highly recommend her service

I remeber coming here with a friend of mine who told me she loved getting her nails done here. I wanted to get my nails done for my birthday. I asked them is they were able to do spiderman nails cause it was a complicated design and looking at designs they do, it seems they only knew how to do simple designs. They told me they could. So I trusted them. Once they started designing on a nail the color was too light than what was shown on the reference picture. So I asked if it's okay if they had time to change it to a different shade of red and blue. (cause It was getting dark and I wasn't sure when they would close.) They were okay with it and instead of removing it they just painted over it. Leaving layers and blobs of nail polish on my nail. They finished one design on one nail and it looked really messy I didn't like how it was coming out at all so I asked if they could just remove the nails before continuing cause I wasn't happy with the service. They refused to remove the nails and pressured me to continue the service designing my other nails quickly, trying to find other ways to design it but the more I refused the more upset they got. the lady there was talking in her language and just from the tone of her voice she sounded annoyed and mad. she was telling me she was willing to put the price down cause it's my birthday but even when I try to explain that I wasn't happy with the service, I wanted to remove the nails cause I didn't wanna pay. She started to argue with me and raise her voice. Telling me "I work too hard for this, not you. I work hard." I didn't know what to do in this situation cause of how uncomfortable I felt. I started to cry cause the situation was too stressful for me. The only thing I could do to get out of there was to pay them and leave. The lady suddenly went two face after I payed the half price trying convincing me that my nails are pretty. She even tried to gift me a shampoo and uncomfortably hug me cause I was crying. I quickly left there cause I wanted to remove myself from that situation. I went home crying cause of how horrible the service was and how the lady was treating me. It was a waste of my money. Paying for these people who not only treated me like crap but also the service was crap. I only felt in that moment that If I didn't pay I would get into trouble. Honestly people like this is the reason why I hate going to nail salons cause they only want your money and don't care about what a customer wants or feels. I immediately removed my nails when I got home cause that's how bad they were. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I would hate for anyone else to experience this so if you see this place please avoid it. It is not worth your time or money. read more

I've been going to this nail bar for 3 years now because I'm very satisfied with their service. These ladies/gentlemen always do a great job. They pay attention to the details, nicely prepare my nails before applying gel. They have numerous pedicure treatments. The stuff is always welcoming, cheerful and smiling. They also do waxing (facial, body), they go above beyond expectations. The best part is that they do eyelash/eyebrow tinting that is so rare. The prices are unbeatable. I bring in atleast $250 worth a business to this nail salon every month with my nails, toes, my eye brows and my husband's eyebrows. But after yesterday we will never return to this salon again. Not only do they not care about the customers they are rude and like I said I will not return rather give my business to another salon. Nick who does nails by the eyebrow waxing room did my nails this past time and he not only rushed, he got frustrated with me for not having the perfect hand placements due to the arthritis in my hands then after I payed he asked me if I really wasn't going to leave no tip. Crazy! And to the customer who brought in the nail tech flowers and a panda ballon that says "get well" she did not appreciate it at all.. they all looked and laughed at the flowers after she left and the ballon is now deflated in the corner by the waxing room. I got my nails done and the next day both of my thumbs bubbled up (mind you I did nothing besides get my nails done and do nothing at home that would have caused this.) I took off the thumbs and decided to just paint them and figured it was a weird fluke. Well I guess not because only THREE DAYS after getting my nails done the gel polish is peeling off everywhere. I have yet to find a nail salon in Tolleson that isn't terrible , but this has now moved them to the worst, as I have never had this happen to my polish. I don't even want to go back to get it fixed because I hate getting my nails done to begin with and I don't want to waste another hour of my life to get them done and risk this none sense happening again. read more

I tried this place for the first time so wasn't sure what to expect, I started with a pedicure by a lady named Lu. Keep in mind, I've had so many pedicures in my life I couldn't even put a number on it. I was absolutely blown away not only by the friendly service and cleanliness of the place, but the quality of service they provided, Lu gave me The best pedicure I've ever had in my entire life! It included hot stone, coconut scrub, Paraffin wax, cucumber heal treatment and hot towel wrap, all while consistently massaging my feet and calves and of course my toenails for only $45! I was SO happy & comfortable with it the environment and the service I was receiving, that I decided to stay and get a full set of acrylics, this is when I met Rose. Rose is super experienced and has her own unique tips that you can choose from I chose your rainbow tips and I'm MORE than satisfied! Rose was friendly, fast and provided quality work. I've been to this nail spa 3 times now and I will say that they are not the friendliest. Make sure you know what you want as soon as you get there otherwise they get impatient and make it known and obvious. My first visit I got a pedicure and set of dip nails. When I walked in, they didn't understand what I was asking for due to language barrier.. the younger man came over to translate and ask me what I wanted and showed his frustration ...It took nearly 2 hours for an older man and woman to do my pedicure and nails.... My nails were crooked and I needed another new set my second visit. Second time was okay- I luckily was introduced to Mia. She assured me the next time I would only need a fill. Today, I went in for my 3rd visit... the shade of lavender I wanted was out so it took me a little while to choose another shade. While I was browsing- the younger man was behind me and I had no idea I was in his way so he whistled at me! Yes, whistled at me! I turned around and expressed how rude that was and he simply could've said "excuse me".... Then Mia was like "are you done yet?! Oh my God!" So I chose a shade I didn't want. My sister brought my daughter here the other week for a full set with design. We paid $65, she loved them. So of course when she needed a fill we came back. This time I let my 13 year old go in and get her service done by herself while I waited in the car with my kids. When it was time to pay she called me and I immediately came in from the parking lot. They told me her bill was $50. This seemed high for a fill with a simple design so I inquired about the price and they told me oh it was only $35 for the fill but the design was $15. I let them know we had just been in a few weeks ago and had paid $5. They go yea we JUST raised our prices on designs. Okay no big deal. Seemed like a steep increase especially with no signs our pointing out the difference but I didn't make a scene and left a $10 tip. Called again today and guess how much a design is? Oh $5. Okay so you overcharged my daughter because she was young and you didn't think she'd know better. Doubled down on your lie when an adult came in to pay that your prices JUST changed. But got caught because anyone can call in and you'll say it's still $5. . Hope the $10 extra was worth it because you definitely lost a customer over here. And they didn't say oh it was such a complicated design it was $15 even though that would have also been a lie he legit said all designs start at $15 now. Cute set. Shady business read more

Came to get a pedicure for my daughter and I. There's a guy that does pedicures here that gives off weird foot fetish vibes. The whole time I was getting my toes done, he kept staring at my 4 year olds feet and kept complimenting them. He was doing a pedicure for the girl that was sitting next to me. There's no reason to make unnecessary comments like that. He insisted that he do my daughter's feet. I politely declined and two other employees got in the middle and escalated the situation. I asked if I could have a woman do her feet, or if the guy doing my pedicure could service my daughter. They refused service. The guy continued to ask my daughter after I SAID NO if he can do her toes and kept talking to her after I said I didn't feel comfortable. I noticed he also made a lot of foot comments to the girl next to me as well. Not cool at all. Definitely do not recommend bringing your kids here. read more

This is maybe only the 2nd 5-star review I have ever been able to write about a nail salon specifically. I tried to come during a time I thought they're be slow (on a Tuesday, early afternoon), because I had my two youngest kids with me... I know, I know! It's no place for kids unless they're being serviced and no one wants to hear my kids when trying to relax. I did wait until my baby was ready to fall asleep and he slept the whole time and my 2yr old got a mani and pedi with me and her tablet was fully charged... That being said, as soon as I walked in I was greeted and the woman not only gave my daughter a piece of candy, but sat her down right next to me and got her in her seat. From there I was given my fill and my pedicure at the same time so that I can get through faster. They were very accommodating, and really considerate of me being by myself. They worked fast and were very sweet. My toes came out perfect and my fill was even better than when I came. The nail technician was able to fix the thickness and rushed full set that I got at another salon. She made it look way better. They took their time yet got me out very quickly. Paid 80 dollars for hundreds of holes in my fingers. Yes you read that correctly. I now have hundreds of tiny holes all over my fingertips because of the acrylic set I received here. It was my first time getting an acrylic set "professionally done" and yet the experience was nowhere near. The nails were pretty when I left on July 28th 2021, and I washed my hands at home right after, including brushing over and under my nails to make sure they'd stay clean and "pretty". About a day after my fingers started itching, and then peeling. On July 31st 2021 I woke up to horrible itchy nails and holes that revealed themselves under my phone flash and under the skin. When we called "Superior" Nails they told us to come in to see what they could "do". Upon entering and explaining what happened they sat me down for around 10 mins until I had around three workers surrounding me, pulling at my fingers, and telling or "comforting" other customers that it was all on me. After switching around 2-3 workers they proceeded to cut off my acrylics by breaking and prying them off. There was like 30 painful minutes of having my nails pried off for the worker to notice she had made me bleed with one of the tools that broke into my actual nail bed. She then wiped off my blood with the towel already on the table. Throughout the whole experience I was crying and all of the workers ignored it. After some rough shaping the lady just applied a random top coat over my nails including the bleeding one, with the same nail brush from the bottle. She walked away after, leaving me confused as to whether it was over or not. After a bit of waiting I just got up and met with my sister and my mom and just burst into tears because I wanted to go home. My older sister was reasonably mad they left me with holes in my fingers and even bleeding with for 80 dollars less. One woman worker with a pink dress offered some antibacterial cream that would somehow make the traumatizing and horrible experience better, only to take it right out of my hands as I kept crying because my older sister requested some sort of compensation for my lost money and damaged fingers and nails. We were then yelled at by two or three workers who refused to understand their faults in the first and even worse second experience at their establishment and even tried guilt tripping and scaring us with the saying, "Do you know how long we have been a business?!" or something along the lines. At both times I visited this "business", once for the acrylic application and the second for the traumatizing bloody removal, I don't think I ever saw the sanitizing of the tools used on me or used after me. There was no extra sanitizing procedures used on me even after they gave me a wound on my finger, or even extra safety procedures used during the removal. Even before leaving we spoke with another girl left unsatisfied by their business who told us that after she said she didn't like the color much of her acrylics the worker said "So what do you want us to do!?" with a really bad attitude, and then they proceeded to take them off of her. Overall the workers have short tempers, horrible service, and no accountability for their faults. read more

I debated whether to leave a review or not but I don't wish the pain of my toes on anyone. I was so excited to try acrylic toes for the first time. Safe to say I'm not going back my toes were left bleeding. All the products that were going into my open wound were burning and I looked down and I realized I was bleeding from her cutting my cuticles. Once I got home I took a closer look and I regret paying. I don't regret leaving a tip though. Currently just worried about my toe not getting infected. Both my toes are purple, we're bleeding, and swollen.I was holding back tears while I was there but my face of discomfort was on full display. I did not have a good experience at all me and my mother in law thought we'd try this place out and it was completely bad service for starters I waited 2 hours to get any type of service because they choose people before me when I had arrived first then when I sat down I waited a good 45 minutes to finally get worked on I only needed a fill and 2 fixed the women was rushing so much she made My nails crooked and point a different directions the only good part was the painting of my nails when the had a different person come paint them they actually took the time then when I pointed out my nails being crooked and just too bulky and thick looking the women came back and nudged me 3 times on my right arm very hard and fast and said "what you want now" which was rude very rude I do not recommend this place I got my nails done on Christmas Eve the 26th of December literally 2 days later my thumb nail broke I called and complained and the main guy did do my nail for free but had me wait a whole hour before he did and then rushed me and said "you can go now"and didn't even file underneath my nail but for a file they charged me 45 dollars for a fill!!! My sister and I just got back from one of the worst experiences at a nail salon. The lady doing my nails was so rough even tho I kept telling her it was hurting me and as a result both of my thumbs were bleeding. My nails feel so sore and pained. The lady even knew she made me bleed and when she saw it she just said sorry but still kept being rough. My sister went in to get her eyebrows waxed with a different lady and she asked her if she also wanted her upper lip waxed, my sister told her no and the lady asked again then said something along the lines of "your makeup will apply better" again, my sister was getting ready to say no when she took it upon herself to apply wax to her upper lip anyway. I'm never going back.. my nails do look cute but it's not worth the pain and discomfort. read more

I went to Superior this past week. My nails were done by the guy that was sitting at the first desk from the door. He said to call him Pablo or something like that. He and the girl tried to get me to do the 50 dollar dip or powder. I said no, more than once, then finally he said ok 40. He started scraping my skin from the beginning. If I had been alone I would have gotten up right there but I didn't want to make a scene. Then he started the nails and put it on so thick that he had much sanding and scraping to get them thinner. He drew blood once and was so rough that my fingers hurt for three days after. My daughter's nails were done by someone else. Her nails were not very pretty and her fingers hurt too. With regret I have to update my review of this place... Once the new owners came in, things didn't go so well anymore. I called a few months ago to get an appointment with Sonny again, the lady on the phone told me he was available right away. Once I go in, they tell me Sonny was on vacation and they don't know when he'll be back. I was puzzled and annoyed that the owner told me to come in and see him when HE WASN'T EVEN THERE!!! I let that one go and tried a couple different people, I saw a lady who was rude. I asked not to see her anymore. I then saw a man who did my nails great the first time and then when I went back 2 weeks later he was acting lazy and didn't do a good job at all. I ended up calling the next day and talked to Ken the owner and he invited me in to fix my nails at no additional cost. Now I work in customer service so this was huge and I decided to give them another chance. I loved Ken's work, so for a couple of months I went back to him every 2 weeks like clockwork. Unfortunelty evertytime I made an appointment he was 15-20 minutes late and then I wouldn't get worked on right away because he had to settle in. The second to last time I went in there I saw Ken (which I had an appointment for) and in the middle of him doing my nails another client who wants to see ONLY him, walks in. Well about 5 minutes later he tells me that his wife would be finishing my nails. So they moved me to another seat and as Ken's wife is cutting my cuticles she's not even paying attention to what she is doing because shes watching the people walking in and worry about what everyone else is doing, shes barely even cutting my cuticles. THEN another client comes in and wants her brows done. So Ken's wife tells me "I am going to go do her brows and I will be right back". So there I am a customer who has an appointment being pushed off to another person and then being put on hold for a walk in. Ken ended up coming and finishing my nails. I left annoyed but thought I'd give it another shot. I called at 9am on a Saturday to see if MAYBE Ken had an opening. He said he has a couple appointments in the morning but that he could see me at 12pm. I go in at 12 and his wife tells me that they are very busy and that I need to wait another hour. I told her I made the appointment and she said they were too busy. So I walked out pissed and decided after some time thinking that I wouldn't be going back. I am a LOYAL customer and I spend a lot of money there. I always tip good and bring Ken Red Bulls because he likes those. I really wish this could have worked out. I guess I will have to search for another place to spend my money. These people obviously don't know how to take care of their VERY LOYAL BIG SPENDERS. read more

They will do a descent job if they're not busy but the minute a new customer walks in you get cheated. They're pushy to get you to get more services and charge $8 just to paint your nails. That does not include a full manicure!! Rip off! I had asked for callous remover and they didn't do the full process I had received the previous time when I had gone in because a customer had walked in asking for the same lady who was doing my pedicure.
