Recent went to get a pedicure and thought I had just got nicked by the file so I didn't pay attention to it because things like that can happen. 2 days passed and my toe was still hurting and seen my whole cuticle was damaged. This was my first time at this salon. They got me right in. Everyone was very nice. The price was not what was shown on the website, but it was only $5 and I did not want to be petty. The nails are good, could be better shaping, some nails are pointy and not rounded like most. The clear top coat maybe too much it was stuck to my skin and I had to file it around the nail bed. I will go back because it is close and how can we get good at something if we don't do it repeatedly. However, I will try another nail tech and see if the skill level is different. read more

Probably the service I have ever received lol let me start off by saying the owner sniffs coke and then has the audacity to try and do peoples nails. He did mine and kept messing up & all he could say was "I'm hung over" & when I asked him to fix the paint on my nails he kept messing up on purpose so I would just leave & he still tried to charge me full price even though I had to go home and try to fix them. I always enjoy the services from the massage therapist Brenda, facial technician and also Sabrina. It's been very hard getting an appointment lately and I am wondering if something is going on. I went during business hour the place was locked up right with a locked box. Are they still in business? Wish the service technicians would let me know where they are...... My last visit Emma came into my facial and yelled at the technician for something and embarrassed her in front of me the client. It didn't even have anything to do with me. The technician spent the next 15 minutes apologizing to me for the distribution of my peace abs services. I hope this behavior has stopped because I have heard Emma can do good nails. Just treat ppl better please. If those things didn't happen I would've give a perfect rating but hope the next time my experience is different. read more

Booked a spa for my girlfriend for our anniversary and she had a lot to say. Her first experience she went to the bathroom before the massage and the bathroom wasn't clean and someone decided not to flush after taking a huge dump... the ambience of the massage could be a lot better. The owner always knows what I want for my nails and gets me RIGHT! They are fast and efficient. As a mom, it's hard to find the time for self care. I get my eyebrows waxed ONLY HERE! I love to bring my husband here for a pedicure so they all know him as well. I found a real nail tech FINALLY! Make an appointment with them, and you will not be disappointed. I went to get my nails done for a wedding. It was the worst nail job I have ever had. The nail tech was trying to train someone while doing my nails. I told her one of my nails was glued on crooked and she said that's how it supposed to be until she started filing and saw it was definitely crooked. The nail kept falling off until finally she got it to stay. She complained about the type of nail I chose and the design the whole time saying she wasn't good at doing the french tip designs. She had to keep redoing it because it looked so bad. She forgot one of her long time clients was coming in and started rushing through my nails because it was taking sooo long. She forgot I asked for matte and we had to reptilian against The nails were so bad I had to go get them redone at another shop. Never again will I come to this shop.
