Yesterday was my first visit, I had called the day before to make an appointment for 4:30 and was sitting down at a station by 4:35! My technician was "My" and she did an outstanding job, I love my nails! I had originally gone to another nail shop by my house for a full set of acrylic and within the first week had already lost 2 nails! A friend recommended that I got Tubi and ask for them to fix up my hot mess. My made the 2 repairs, filled my nails and reshaped them from square to coffin shape like I had originally wanted and they look great, plus they are nice and thin, which I love! The only downside was it was kind of expensive, $43 for everything which was more than I paid for the new set, but I guess it's like the saying goes, you get what you pay for. I will definitely be back, just hoping these last me longer than a week so we shall see! read more

Had an appointment for a manicure at 2:30pm; however, I had to wait 25 minutes. After finally being seated, the technician was seeing me and another client at the same time which made the appointment time even longer. I was in a time crunch so I had hoped that after scheduling an appointment everything would be timely. Quite disappointed. read more

This family owned and operated salon immediately makes you feel welcome and valued. From the first day I came in for my first fill, I became part of the Tubi family. Tom and staff remembered my name and me each time I came in. I've been to several nail salons for over 30 years and can say this is the BEST by far. The quality of work is top notch and if there is something that I don't like, It gets fixed, no questions asked. Everyone is so kind, fun and genuinely interested in their clients. I look forward to seeing my friend, My (not certain of the spelling) and what a quality job she does. Thank you to each and everyone at Tubi Nails for providing a safe, relaxing and enjoyable experience. Even the clients that go there are fun to interact with. Not a stuffy, non-social crowd. read more

Had my first mani/ pedi here with my bf! We saw Yen and Chi. They were both so friendly and personable. I've always been so self-conscious of my hands, but they made me feel very comfortable here. I had a basic pedi and gel mani done and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. read more

This is the best nail shop in Phoenix. Period. I've been going to them for over 12 years and they do incredible work. It's a family run business and Tom always tries to fit you in no matter what. I am very particular -annoyingly so and they have never disappointed. The salon is also immaculate which is always a concern of mine. Look no further - Tubi Nails is the place to go! read more

This was my first time going. Had no appointment but was taken right away. Yen did my gel manicure. She did an awesome job. Helped me pick out colors and asked me how I wanted my tips done. No one has ever asked me that before. She filed them just the way I wanted them and made sure they were all even. I usually leave other places with crooked nails. Will definitely go back to see her. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I was quoted over the phone $27 for gel manicure. When I was done I was told it was $35. When I questioned why so much more, I was told it was $3 to take old gel off and $5 to have tips done. I wish I was told this over the phone. Other than that, I loved the whole experience!! read more

There isn't a finer place in the Valley of the Sun to get your nails &toes done than TUBI NAILS!! I searched high and low to find a shop that could handle my picky attitude. I felt at home the moment I stepped through the door; I was greeted warmly and everyone that was working that day took the time to introduce themselves to me and called me by name. That was over two (2) years ago; they continue to be stellar and show the greatest amount of customer service to each and every person who enters the premises. Recently I moved to another part of the valley and on a good day it will take me about 40-mins to drive to their shop on 59th and Bell Rd. But normally it will take me well-over an hour. But, I would never-ever consider going anywhere else!!! Tom and his Team ROCK IT!!! read more

I am hoping that I just came in on an off day. Everyone was very nice, I did call before I came in. However, it was said to me that they usually only take regulars, which made me uncomfortable. I was not offered any sort of pricing sheet or menu of choices; and when I asked about pricing it felt like it was random numbers. I was given a pedicure and manicure and the manicure was rushed and I needed to go home and clean it up. The pedicure was great, however, two days after I noticed pain in my pinky and big toe. It did subside, but I will not go back. Just be cautious, this place had good reviews, so I was sort of baffled why this happened. read more

I just moved to the area and this place is great! They are kind and take the time to get to know your name and very welcoming!!! My biggest pet peeve is making sure the salon is clean...the owner was cleaning EVERYTHING The two ladies who did my nails were fantastic and took their time making sure I liked my nails!!! I got a pedicure as well and they use hot stone which I didn't even know was included; it was a plus. I will definitely be back and the fact that I found my nail place on the first try is awesome! I highly recommend everyone coming here! read more

Tubi Nails - Showed them a picture of what I wanted and they did it perfectly! - Nail Salons Near Me - Glendale, Arizona

The people that work here are great! They are all family and work together to make sure that you are happy. Their regulars are friendly and they have a great color selection. They treated my feet so well throughout the whole process, including during my callous removal, and made sure that there wasn't a spec of polish misplaced. I am extremely impressed by the immaculate work that was done. Their massage chairs work and can be strong enough to get out those extra knots in your back. Who doesn't love a free massage with their pedicure? One thing to note is that the owner said their hours are Tuesdays-Saturdays 9:30am-7:00pm, and Sundays from 10:30am-5:00pm. They are closed on Mondays. Did I mention how affordable it was? No? It was only $22 for the pedicure and $5 for the callous removal. Most affordable places charge this amount, but most places don't include the service and results that Tubi's dishes out. Needless to say, I will definitely be coming back! P.S. (to previous Yelp reviewers) Thank you for not leading me astray. You guys rock. :) read more

Thanks to Yelp, I've found a great nail salon for my visits to Glendale! I was a walk-in customer and got seated within about 5 minutes of my walking through the door! I went in for a basic pedicure only but the service was amazing. Lots of color selection and I was offered magazines for reading material. The pricing here is very reasonable, and not as expensive as it is for me in California. Thank you for the great service and wonderful pedi! I plan to come back on my next visit! read more

I found Tubi after going to a nail salon that I did not like. Tom did my fill and was very welcoming. I loved the results and went back two weeks later. Tom remembered my name and who I was and his sister (forgot her name ) did my 2nd full - again very happy with the results. Today I went again for a fill and My did my nails - they're beautiful. They're all related and I can trust any one of them with my nails which is rare at other nail salons. Love Tubi read more

Kind and welcoming, clean, communicative and great pedicure massage. Will definitely be back!

I've been coming here for a couple years now and absolutely love coming here! Everyone is so friendly and they all knew my name after my first visit. You should definitely make an appointment because they're usually booked and will be hard to get in as a walk-in. It speaks volume to me when they (more or less) require an appointment because it means they do a great job and people keep coming back. It's also nice because you know you won't be waiting an hour to have your nails done as they usually run on time. Oh, and did I mention that I've never had a problem with my nails coming off between appointments? 5-star quality all the way around! read more

My new Mani/Pedi is exactly the way I wanted I showed a picture to the guy and he did my nails exactly the way I wanted them! He told me to let him know if there was something I didn't like and he would make sure to fix it. There whole motto here is they want each customer to be satisfied and love their nails! I definitely do! I recommend this place after consistly moving to different nail shops because I was unsatisfied for how much I was paying. I got my new set for $32 which is cheap compared to other places. Will definitely be returning back to Tubi Nails read more

I love this place the staff is really great and you honestly get a "Pampered Experience!"

I went into this nail salon for the first time today to get a full set and Pedi. I was a walk in and the wait was about 25-30 minutes which they told me up front so it didn't bother me. A lady by the name of Chi did my nails and let me just say... She is amazing! So sweet and really cares about her work. She wants you to love your nails! A lady by the name of Lynn did my Pedi which she was also sweet! Pedi was not as long as I've had before but still relaxing. Their prices are good as well, although I didn't see any price boards listed. Overall a very nice experience, I will be returning! read more

My first experience at Tubi was nice. It's a small neighborhood feel nail salon that I just stopped in after seeing such good yelp reviews. Chi was my tech and she was very nice and did a great job. My pedicure looked great for longer than usual. However my 2nd visit is where the 2 stars come from now. I called and scheduled an appointment, though they take walk ins. I arrived a few minutes early to pick my color and was completely ignored... Ignored for 28 minutes until I decided to leave. I understand it was busy but absolutely no greeting or acknowledgement after that amount of time was absurd. Nail techs were finishing manicures and moving their clients to pedi bowls. So I knew it was going to be a while.. Very unprofessional. Going back to my usual Polish Room! read more

I have gone to this salon for 8 years. Tom and all of the people there do quality work every time. They keep up with what is new and can do designs to impress anyone. I treated myself to a pedicure and was blown away by the amazing customer service! I called ahead to see if they had availability and was told by the owner to come ASAP. After asking my name and I'm assuming putting me on the books, I headed to the salon. When I got there I mentioned that I had just called in and they greeted me by my first name. They got me all set up and started my pedicure. The two owners are very warm and personable. They referred to me by name and we enjoyed some small talk. This is my go to place for pedicures! It's family owned and everyone is always so nice. When I first started coming here I would try and do walk-in but quickly learned they were always so busy but I completely understand why.
