My wife was loyal to another salon for many years, however we moved and she was in search of a new one. She looked for 4 years to find one in our new area that met her needs. I will admit she can be very picky about her pedicures due to her medical issues. She is also very sensitive to how she is treated. When she left Tubi nails she was VERY happy! She loved them. They are honest and very good at their job. She decided to go back. On her second visit they remembered her name! That's a class act and sincerely shows a desire to get to know your clients. Came here for the five stars. Staff were friendly and the girl who did my nail was super duper sweet too. I'm only talking about the skill of my nail technician. I had gel manicure and I noticed the bottom part of the nails aren't very neat but I didn't care that much. 5 days later, my hair kept trapping in my nails so I took a close look and some nails were chipped. read more

Tom takes the time to make sure they look there best and that I am happy when I walk out the door. Second, they are awesome at remembering who you are by name. I moved to Mesa for a year and couldn't make the drive every 2 weeks, when I moved back, they knew who I was and things we have talked about in the past. I will NEVER go to another nail salon, EVER! Walk-ins are not welcome here. I've tried to come here for a fill-in after work (5pm) at least 5 times (all during the weekday) and have been turned away each time because they were either busy or needed to close early for other reasons. Once, I was told to schedule an appointment beforehand so I called in the morning, but no one answered the phone to allow me to schedule an appointment. I understand that nail shops can get busy, but walk-ins are necessary for me because of my schedule and I can never count on this shop to service me. read more

Went for a pedicure with my daughter. The staff was friendly but that's the best thing I can say. I have gel on my toenails and they didn't know how to remove it before applying new gel polish. My daughter has snail nails and has more polish on her skin than the actual nails. My toenails are not even filed straight and the polish is not smooth. Prices are mid to high for the area. Especially when the whole pedicure is about 20 minutes, little to no massage and callous removal non existent. My feet feel the same as before pedicure. Will never return. read more

Love this place! Had the best service. Tom did my no chip French manicure. Honestly the best one I have ever gotten. He was so friendly and genuine and took a lot of pride into his work. Lynn did my pedicure and she was so friendly as well. She was chatting with me the entire time and did an excellent job with my nails. The entire staff here is so friendly and actually talk to you! A lot of salons I go to they just do your nails and send you out the door, but I actually felt valued here and saw that they made me an effort! They memorized my nail... The entire staff!!
