Today, I finally found it--Tubi Nails! Minh gave me one of the best pedicures I've ever had. I've decided he's the only person I want touching my feet from now on! He was incredibly thorough, gently removing my cuticles and calluses, and he painted my toes with such care and precision. I left feeling completely pampered. T did my manicure, and I couldn't be happier. I came in with a painful hangnail that is still healing, and T was so gentle and careful around it. Even though my nails are currently very short from previous bad manicures at other salons, my hands look beautiful. The salon itself is exactly what I was looking for--clean, simple, relaxing, and welcoming. The music created such a peaceful atmosphere, and every employee I encountered was kind, friendly, and professional. One thing that really stood out was the other customers. Several people told me they've been coming here for five years or more, and they couldn't say enough wonderful things about the salon. That spoke volumes to me. I sat in the massage chair for 30 minutes before anyone came over to begin my pedicure. During the pedicure the staff member who was completing the service was pulling double duty and continued to get up to run the desk. As I sat there other patrons came and went to include walk ins. I understand being busy and staffing is challenging but, what is the point of appointments?
