I went back, and she applied two other shots for me for free, but it wasn't enough. I don't know if it's a lack of experience on the technician, but I am a little bit sadabout that. During my trip, I still have my 11 or whatever is called to those lines when you frown. Yes, it's cheaper, but it doesn't totally do the job. I hope they work on that and improve because they are very nice people.

I was not aware they carried my favorite cruelty free product: Eminence! I have really sensitive and delicate skin skins and have been known to get a reaction from non cruelty free products. My dermatologist told me I'm hypersensitive to fragrance so I have to be carful what I use on my skin. I discovered Eminence products about 9 years ago when I used to be vegan. I am a fan of using natural, organic raw ingredients nothing that has to be tested on animals is nothing I want to use on my skin! Besides I love animals why would want to hurt them? This visit was me listening to her sell numerous things she could do to my skin, instead of her actually checking a spot on my body. The front office staff and manager helped me tremendously after my visit and I'm extremely grateful for them. I'm looking for another dermatology office now. After seeing the numerous cases similar to mine keep happening, I hope this company knows what to do to stop losing patients.

After a 1/2 hour I asked at the desk what was going on. They said sorry, computer is down we don't know who is waiting for what doctor. I left and will be looking for a new doctor. This is a massive failure by management for not having a backup plan and on the desk personnel for not having the imagination to simply have people write down their name, Dr and appt time on a clipboard and proceed from there.
