The procedure went well and Michelle took her time and explained what she was doing. I scheduled an appointment and by fate it was with Diana. Without even telling her how I wanted my brows (I didn't even know what I wanted because I didn't think I had many options with my difficult brows), she threaded and shaped my eyebrows perfectly! Sadly, she moved locations to a location that was very far for me and so I tried three other threaders at Beautifeye and they completely messed up on my brows. Frustrated, I decided to give Beautifeye one last shot in hopes of getting someone who does my brows as perfect as Diana did before going elsewhere. Luckily and unexpected, Diana was back and was the only reason that kept me as a customer at Beautifeye until she left to start her own eyebrow threading business! One eyebrow had no arch, and there was a noticeable area underneath with no pigment...just bare skin. I didn't notice all of the flaws until I got home, where it became clear that the work was uneven and not done carefully. When I brought this to Denise's attention, she refused to offer a refund or any proper solution, which was very frustrating given the quality of the work. I recommend paying with a credit card and also the tip if you choose to come here, so you have some protection in case there's an issue. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place.
