Had a chance to connect with the team, ask questions, test products as well as receive and try on different skin care products! I was not aware they carried my favorite cruelty free product: Eminence! I have really sensitive and delicate skin skins and have been known to get a reaction from non cruelty free products. My dermatologist told me I'm hypersensitive to fragrance so I have to be carful what I use on my skin. I discovered Eminence products about 9 years ago when I used to be vegan. I am a fan of using natural, organic raw ingredients nothing that has to be tested on animals is nothing I want to use on my skin! Besides I love animals why would want to hurt them? I did not have the time try a facial or Microdermabrasion that day but now that I know they use an organic and cruelty free product will be sure to come back!

It was absolute perfection & the best addition to the Arctic Berry Radiance facial. And of course, added the dermaplane. The lymphatic massage is so incredibly relaxing. I was so excited when I learned they had one of these. I had been wanting to try one of these but couldn't find the right place. It was such a lovely surprise & I couldn't wait to try. I was super lucky & added it on to my facial. It really enhanced the whole experience. Would definitely recommend wearing loose pants or something a little more chill than jeans. Don't misunderstand, it was still awesome, even with the jeans. I would imagine it's going to be even better next time. It's already been added to my next appointment. You should definitely add this to your appointment. The Arctic Berry Radiance facial was unbelievable. It was so refreshing & my skin soaked it all up. This is a seasonal facial & according to the website, "This treatment includes an Artic Berry Enzyme to refine pores, even skin tone, and improve collagen production all while protecting against environmental stressors. The Hibiscus treatment in this service firms and lifts the skin and increases elasticity while plumping the skin for a more firm and toned appearance." Absolutely a MUST before it rotates out of season!! Breahna was AH-MAZING! She's so nice & friendly. Easy to chat with & incredibly skilled. This really is such an awesome place. So glad I found this place. 100% recommend!!!!

I had gotten eyelash extensions in the past elsewhere, but nothing that could come close to her work or skill set! I went to see her originally after I had a very bad set put on. I went in with the intent that I just wanted them removed after talking to her and hearing just hOw knowledgeable she was I thought I'd give it another chance and after that day I was completely hooked and never regretted seeing her for a minute. Her technique is so flawless, she is so gentle and only uses the best products and lashes. What I really loved is that she could look at my eyes and face shape and knew what would look good to open and enhance my eye features she also never compromised my natural lash and would never do anything that would be too heavy on my lash and therefore damaging. I have known her for what is over 2 years now and have been a loyal client. I am not exaggerating when I say I just couldn't go to anyone else she is truly the best at what she does! I have even taken my lashes off to give them a break and will then put them back on with her and I am always surprised by how good my natural lashes look.l despite having the extensions. She is a perfectionist and will only make your lashes look absolutely perfect. I even had Caroline do my lashes for my wedding and I'm so grateful I did! They couldn't have been more perfect and what a difference in my photos! It is saying a lot I believe to trust someone enough with your wedding day look let alone to be a loyal client for over a year! She is truly amazing if you're considering lash extensions please see her I promise you won't regret it, but a warning you wIll be hooked! So beyond grateful to have found her!!!!

Recently I have been seeing a lot of great looking lashes in my area and instead of asking, I decided to do my own research and reading. After window shopping and popping in and out of places during my search, BOOM. Caroliiiine! Let me tell you, she has renewed my faith in individual lashes. I spent 8 days in the Dominican Republic and 90% of my lashes held up in the humidity, Mud jeep rides, beach ocean waters, cave tours, cigar factories and zika. LOL. Here's a hint, follow the direction she gives you. She knows her stuff!!! I sleep on my side in fetal position so I use a contour pillow and my lashed never come NEAR the pillow so no smooshed lashes for this woman. Thank you Ms. Caroline!!!

I had understood the policy to be 30 days from the date of the receipt. When the cashier Mel tried to do the credit back to my account, she said it wasn't letting her and she had to just give me a gift card. So I asked her why and she said she didn't know; the system was just doing it and she said "what do you want me to do about it". A bit shocked that customer service has come to this point where employees feel that they can say anything to a customer and be OK with that. She did call a manager over but another employee stepped in and said because of the 31 days it exceeded the timeline by one day. Now that's all it would've taken rather than her attitude. I've been to this location before and on occasion, I found them not to be friendly, but not enough to never go back. But I think it's to the point that these places need to know that customers are their source of business. And I have told so many people about this. It probably won't make much of a difference, but I still have to share.

She was friendly, knowledgeable and super patient with me as I expressed my skin concerns & what results I was looking for in cosmetics. She took the time to actually hear me and she was genuine in helping. Lexi was great at providing options with their pros and cons (for my needs) and for the first time in a long time, I am really happy with my purchases and excited to use them all. And even though I hadn't planned on spending the amount that I did when I first walked in, I feel good about it. One thing I wished was to be able to tip Lexi for all her time & help. Although she was super grateful, she said she couldn't accept. In this day where everyone is asking for a tip, even when they just grab something off a shelf & hand it to you, I was disappointed that I couldn't show my appreciation for true, quality service (time & effort) that was provided. I hope Lexi at least gets a commission. Now that I know she's there, I will go back for more since I want to re-do / update my cosmetic case.
