I was not aware they carried my favorite cruelty free product: Eminence! I have really sensitive and delicate skin skins and have been known to get a reaction from non cruelty free products. My dermatologist told me I'm hypersensitive to fragrance so I have to be carful what I use on my skin. I discovered Eminence products about 9 years ago when I used to be vegan. I am a fan of using natural, organic raw ingredients nothing that has to be tested on animals is nothing I want to use on my skin! Besides I love animals why would want to hurt them? I did not have the time try a facial or Microdermabrasion that day but now that I know they use an organic and cruelty free product will be sure to come back!

I spent 8 days in the Dominican Republic and 90% of my lashes held up in the humidity, Mud jeep rides, beach ocean waters, cave tours, cigar factories and zika. LOL. The girl with the green hair who waxed my eyebrows so uneven, I had to go somewhere else to get them reshaped. I did give her a chance to fix it, but she wanted to fix the wrong side. Next, it was makeup time. I honestly felt embarrassed for this girl. She had no idea on how to apply makeup. Absolutely no idea on color matching. Was so excited to contour, but again.... had no clue. I went in looking great and walked out looking absolutely horrible. Not only the makeup and eyebrows would resemble something a frat house would achieve as a prank on the first person who fell asleep, but they even managed to wreck my hair that only needed to be lightly pinned back. Do NOT go here for these services... you will waste your money and be absolutely furious. I even went so far to contact Ulta to provide my feedback directly to them as well and ended by advising them not to offer these services if they don't have the talent. She was friendly, knowledgeable and super patient with me as I expressed my skin concerns & what results I was looking for in cosmetics. She took the time to actually hear me and she was genuine in helping. Lexi was great at providing options with their pros and cons (for my needs) and for the first time in a long time, I am really happy with my purchases and excited to use them all. And even though I hadn't planned on spending the amount that I did when I first walked in, I feel good about it. One thing I wished was to be able to tip Lexi for all her time & help. Although she was super grateful, she said she couldn't accept. In this day where everyone is asking for a tip, even when they just grab something off a shelf & hand it to you, I was disappointed that I couldn't show my appreciation for true, quality service (time & effort) that was provided.
