She tried to sell me hundreds of dollars worth of things they can do to my skin. When I said I couldn't do that and that I wanted her to look at a spot, she said my time was up and I have to make another appointment. I was in shock. This visit was me listening to her sell numerous things she could do to my skin, instead of her actually checking a spot on my body. The front office staff and manager helped me tremendously after my visit and I'm extremely grateful for them. I'm looking for another dermatology office now. Her technique is so flawless, she is so gentle and only uses the best products and lashes. Recently I have been seeing a lot of great looking lashes in my area and instead of asking, I decided to do my own research and reading. After window shopping and popping in and out of places during my search, BOOM. Caroliiiine! Let me tell you, she has renewed my faith in individual lashes. I spent 8 days in the Dominican Republic and 90% of my lashes held up in the humidity, Mud jeep rides, beach ocean waters, cave tours, cigar factories and zika. LOL. Here's a hint, follow the direction she gives you. She knows her stuff!!! I sleep on my side in fetal position so I use a contour pillow and my lashed never come NEAR the pillow so no smooshed lashes for this woman. Thank you Ms. Caroline!!!
