I heard through some friends and family that this place did an amazing job with their services and was excited to try this place out! Thursday, August 28th, 2025 I went in for a pedicure. The pedicure its self was amazing, no complaints. I also wanted to add on a gel nail service, unfortunately this is what my nails look like after 3-4 days. At first, they only did 2 coats of gel and the polish was still very see through, I asked if they could do another coat and the lady doing my nails was really kind but was telling me that usually they only do 2 coats of polish. It wasn't until about 2 days later when I started noticing that my nails been chipping and my cuticles are flooded with gel polish. I'm not sure if there's an exception of me coming in and getting this service redone but I was a bit disappointed. read more

Me and my friend went here to get our acrylics soaked off. That did not happen. My friend went first and instead of drilling the nails and soaking them off as a proper nail tech would, they were violently ripped off which led her nail to bleed and the lady cut into her nail bed. My friend was in pain and clearly said that it hurt and asked for her to be more gentle, but the lady just laughed and didn't say or do anything. They then looked over to me and asked if I wanted mine off next and I obviously refused. They then proceeded to make my friend PAY for her damaged nails and we left. The quality of my acrylic nails set is very low. They are not properly buffed filed or painted but that is all irrelevant and I was treated like I was wrong when the nails are clearly not done well and when I told the technician that they were not what I was looking for that they were not even even she treated me as if I couldn't see so I will not be back. I really didn't want to leave this review but I got a pedicure from here on Friday 6/6 & it's now Tuesday 6/10 and my foot is still in pain. I've never experienced this type of pain after a pedicure. Specifically my big toe. I called to reach out and they asked me to come in so they could "check it out" and suggested I had an ingrown? I never had an ingrown in my 28 years of life. And I don't feel comfortable going back to the person who caused this, for what? What could you possibly do to make this better? I was hoping to just get my money back but that didn't happen. Pedicures are suppose to be a relaxing treat for most women and this experience has been a NIGHTMARE. I'm so saddened and will never go back here again. BE CAREFUL! read more

I went into At Elle Nails on a Wednesday early afternoon to get a polish change on my toes & my daughter wanted a gel pedicure. I have been going to this nail salon for many years. Every time I go, I say to myself "this is the last time". Upon walking in, the lady asked me what we need & I told her about the polish change & gel pedicure. We sit down & they ask again what we needed. When my daughter tells the lady what she needs she proceeds to look at her coworker & laugh. Mind you, when we sat down the lady doing my daughter's toes did not say ONE word to her & same throughout the pedicure. My daughter told her which pedicure she wanted (the least expensive) in which the lady seemed to be mad about, as they always are if you don't get the most expensive. Anyways, she got her pedicure which took about a 1/2 hour. We went to go up to the desk to pay & the lady who did the gel pedicure just stood at the desk with her arms folded & said nothing. I needed to tell her we were paying & wanted to include both tips. The owner, Tracy, I believe her name is, was also standing next to the lady. I paid my ticket & said to Tracy "she is a very rude girl" & then Tracy responded to me "we have other people here if you do not like her." That was the most shocking answer I have ever heard! I said "I do not want anyone here anymore, I will never be back!" This place is rude & if you don't get the most expensive services they treat you like garbage. Never go here! read more

Came in with my Mom for a nice treat and they did not disappoint. First of all, the ambiance of the place is really nice. I love their sparkly chandelier, super clean massage chairs, and big screen TVs on both sides. This is also a good place to bring multiple people because there were enough artists ready for everybody (and it was pretty busy when we went there on a Thursday afternoon). +2 stars They have a massive selection of polishes and do a thorough job on your nails. (+1) Plus they were nice when I wanted to change which color a couple time prior to painting. They even brought over the swatches for me to choose from. (+1) My only complaint here is that for whatever reason she barely clipped my toenails. When she asked if I wanted them cut I said "Ohh yea, cut those babies down" and I think something got lost in translation. Next time I will just say "Yes please." The man who does the nails there "Jack" (I believe)was just awful and would gaslight me. He kept saying I was moving a lot and I was too stiff, but I was trying my hardest to accommodate him. He kept tugging my arm and telling me to relax on one point he made my thumb bleed with the drill and proceeded to say it was my fault, cause "I move to much" which I feel like I wasn't. As a nail tech you think you'd be able to know how to work around clients no matter what. I asked for an almond French tip. The acrylic application was awful. My nails look all flat and bumpy I myself had to fix them at home. Wasted my money here for no reason. read more

I was in DESPERATE need for a pedicure post stay at home orders. I was able to schedule an appointment right before I wanted it which was hugely convenient. They take all the precautionary measures with sanitation and you're required to wear a mask. I liked how my nails turned out and it was totally affordable! I would come back here no problem. I took my 5 year old daughter here for a mommy and me manicure and pedicure the other day and had a really great experience. We were walk ins and didn't have to wait too long to be taken care of. They offered a kids mini mani pedi which was $18 for a soak, nail cut and police change (awesome, because most places don't have a specific kids deal and cost way more). I got the spa pedi and gel nails and the service was great and I thought that the price was super reasonable at $65. We will definitely come back. Oh, and if you have a little one they will really enjoy that they will get their own kid sized pedicure chair. read more

The service was quick, I've been in several times and haven't really had a bad experience accept for today when my gel polish mani came out weird. The gel polish top coat wasn't evenly applied so it's left unpolished indentations on all of my nails. I have never in my life thought about going back to even get my nails fixed if I bump them much less if they look so incredibly awful that it makes you cry. I am a single mother. This is my first time getting my nails done and almost 13 years. I got overlays for the first time they did not tell me anything about overlays. They were big bulbous, weird and ugly to say the least. I came back as kindly as I could, and tried to explain. She just kept asking me what's wrong with the nails so I told her to look at the picture that I was trying to show her that she was not paying attention to. Showed her my nails. Lady behind me obviously the manager said she would help fix them. They wound up hurting me and the nails still look terrible. Then one of the male workers there said, let me see your nails. Next time we will know your preference. This was not a preference guys. This was completely on you for doing a terrible job and not caring more worried about the vegetables they're bringing in and sitting on the chair and making the chair soaking wet before you sit in it. Lots of problems with this place. It's mostly the lack of caring they blame you if you have an issue with your nails. I will never go back. Do not go here if you want a good job done. Very unfortunate. If you were single mother and want to relax, they charge too much as well. I will let everyone know about this experience. Got a pedicure to tell them not to clip off the sides of my toenails because it gives me an ingrown toenail because of how thin there. I picked this place at random. While getting my toes done, someone came back to complain about their nails. I should have listened!! I told her I wanted coffin but not super narrow. I almost put myself in a coffin after seeing the results! These are the roundest coffin shaped nails I've ever seen. I like this place. I've been here about 5 times and I've never walked out of there disappointed. They are very nice, very quick to get me in a chair and they work promptly. I can be a bit overwhelming with so many techs, chairs and customers but this place is busy probably because they have good customer service. I've only gotten pedicures but next time I'm definitely going to get a full set and the works! Only thing I will say is I don't think they clean their carts. They always look messy.
