I didn't leave till after 2pm because they kept taking walk ins before me. they eventually did my pedicure, but I never got my nails done. while getting my pedicure the guy doing it cut one of my toes and when I asked him to stop he just continued to touch the cut and put product on it. it burned so bad that I was starting to tear up. after a couple of hours after I left my toe stated to swell and puss began to form. I had to go to the doctors and they told me that i had an infection on my toes. I will NEVER return nor will I ever recommend this place. read more

TERRIBLE!!!!! Not only was I there more than an hour, The lady kept multitasking my little niece's pedicure, so I waited forever. I understood what she was saying but she didn't understand me so the language barrier was poor. I grew more into frustration because she kept giving attitude because she was not understanding me. After that I simply wanted her to paint the toes regular color with sprinkles but she did not want to, she kept saying I had to get gel. So it made no sense to me so I was upset and canceled the color and wanted to go somewhere else, I was still upset that I still had to pay the full price $36 and I was disappointed that I still had to pay that and the lady took it as I wasn't gonna pay at all so she ends up calling the cops and the whole situation escalated. She said: "We had people like you no pay before, so you must pay upfront or leave..." I am visiting Phoenix, AZ & stopped at the first nail shop I saw. I informed them that I was looking for a pedicure and a dip manicure. I was not greeted with a friendly tone and it was almost as if they weren't interested in my business from the moment I walked in. On average, I pay about $100 for the services I usually get & their prices seemed reasonable + there wasn't a wait. I picked out my normal & when one of the shop technicians saw that I wasn't focused on the cost, they started speaking their language to each other again. The lady informed me that I was looking at about $95 for both services. I replied, "That's fine." About 2 minutes into prepping my pedicure, one of the technicians came back after talking to the owner and asked me to pay up front. I initially didn't think much of it until they started speaking their language again. I noticed the tone of the owner seemed angry. Gut instinct, so I asked the technician, "Do you not trust that I am going to pay for my services?" And she replied in these exact words: "No, we don't trust you. We had others like you come in for first time and not pay, so you have to pay up front or leave..." I looked around for written policy on the wall and there was nothing at all stating this. I was polite from the moment I walked in, so I honestly didnt know what might have triggered this reaction from them. Guess what I chose to do? I dipped on the dip, but not before asking other customers if they were asked to pay up front & of course, they weren't. Before the lady could remove any polish from my toes, I told her to stop. I won't be spending my money here based on what she just said and how I am being treated. #byefelicia First let me say, whoever duped these ladies - y'all wrong #AF. This doesn't excuse the foreigner for bucketing all of us into one category, but as you can see from my experience, somebody (or multiple people with my skin color) has this woman willing to lose legitimate business because she doesn't trust brown skinned people. #ThisIsAmerica and the way Phoenix water doing my skin, as you can see from the ashy photos, I can't take this kind of treatment. #LettucePray she needs #DEI training... Worst nail salon ever! Asked for the most simple manicure ever yellow fullset coffin shape! Not so hard to do. Lady was super slow like legit. She kept messing up and i wanted to leave but i didn't say anything i was just gonna see how it ended. Left air bubbles on my nails. Charged me $50 for something that should've been like $30. Went to get my nails done with a 4:15 appointment. Everything seemed fine until a few hours after my appointment when my nails began bubbling and rubbing off. By this time they were closed. The next morning my nails started lifting and pulling up. I called at 9:15am for a 4pm appointment since I have school at 5. It was 4:15 before they called me. I then sat from 4:15-4:43 with my hands in acetone.at this point I finally reminded them I scheduled a 4pm cause I had somewhere to be at 5, and that I was here because they messed my nails up. Honestly this place is a joke. A week later my nail is infected and oozing pus. I finally had time in between two jobs to call and ask for a refund and I was told the policy is no refunds after three days but they could fix it. First of all why would I want to have them fix my nail that they infected because they couldn't follow proper protocols. They definitely did not clean any of the tools from the person before me and rushed to put the acrylic on my nail bed, there was barely any prep done besides a drill over my nail bed. After asking what are my options because my nail is infected and could possibly have to be removed due to their negligence she hung up on me. I read the other reviews and thought this would never happen to me, I always get my nails done but now I'm risking losing my nail. Please let this be a warning and go somewhere else. read more

Unethical they will take at least one hour and a half to do a pedi even when it's not busy because of their high price a $50 for a pedi! Ridiculous. They charge gel but never tell you. And the basic pedicure is $35. What a rip off no wonder it was empty! The lady also had to redo my toe nail. And I always tip 20% and this last time I went the main lady who sits in front and handles the money did my nails. She used to do a good job and this last time was so horrible I spent a couple hours waiting and she did not say one word to me or even ask how I liked them. She talked with another worker in Asian and I had to keep telling her how to shape my nails. Then at the end said I owed $100! Of course I paid it and told her I wasnt coming back. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. They are rude and do very poor work at high prices.
