Held nice conversation and any silence wasn't awkward, I have a decent sized scar on my hand and I was really nervous about the attention it might draw and I was glad that it hadn't come up accept to make sure putting lotion on my hand was okay. Don't come here, owner and his wife are arrogant and vulgar and they've neverrrrr heard the term customer service. They also have no respect for appt times. Not sure if the owner and wife just don't care because they know you'll return or what. But clearly based off the other reviews its a trend for them. Anyways chile so... this weekend, i went in WITH AN APPOINTMENT because i know they're always busy. They sat me and my friend waay after our appointment time. They usually do that anyway and I usually dont even care but It was super early so I don't understand why they wouldn't respect out appt time. They sat all the walk ins and pretty much disregarded our appointments. When we got sat I was with the owners wife. I had a cute valentines day inspo pic that I showed her. Not difficult at alllll. Just ombre with some designs nothing they haven't done before. She messed it up and I let her know right after I realized what she had done so she would not waist her time redoing it. She chuckled and corrected what she did. She started to mess it up again by doing ombre on the wrong nail. So i advised her thats not how it was in the pic. Not only that but one of my nails was mad crooked and when I asked her to fix it she caught a horrible attitude. Like sis my nail is noticeably crooked why you made at me!?! You're the tech here?!?! She was clearly annoyed because I corrected her when she was messing it up. She had the nerve to answer me with 'i know what im doing' in the worst tone and attitude ever. I called on the lord to keep me from goin off on her. My friend also got some nude half cut nails. He was extremely rude to her throughout the process. Taking calls and charging ppl while in the middle of her set. They should look into hiring a receptionist TBH. Its only been a couple days and the Gel is peeling and has hella bubbles!!!!! To wrap this up they charged us SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS EACH!!!!! The nails they did were not difficult AT ALLLLLL. They were waayyyyy shorter than either of us wanted. But we paid them AND TIPPED without complaint. Its been a few days and the more I've sat on the situation the more it bugged me so I came on here to look at their reviews and found that this business is notorious for overcharging and under-delivering. Although this nail salon is tucked away, they do an amazing job. This is the first time EVER that I have gotten exactly what I asked for with it comes to coffin shaped nils. I used to drive an hour to get my nails done and decided to give this place a try, and I am very happy I did. I made an appointment and had no wait when I arrived. I live 40 minutes away and I choose to go to this nail salon because of the reviews. I am so upset and disappointed in the service I am beyond disgusted. I came in for a fill and I got black gel nail polish with matte top coat. I loved my nails. However when I got home several hours later literally my polish bubbles up and came off. I have been getting my nails done for years and this has never happened before. When I called they told me I need to come in today however they close in 10 min and I live 40 min away. I told them I can come in the morning when they open and they told me it's too bad cause they are busy and I need to come in at 2. I already have prior engagements and I explained that to them and they told me well they can't help me and there is nothing they can do. I thought I'd give them a second chance so I went back. I had to wait 15 and I had an appointment. They charged me for my broken nail. In the beginning they did a really great job but now they're just lazy. They don't do proper nail prep, which causes your nails to lift and fall off 3 days after. And considering they charge $95 for a short acrylic set, just for the nail set, nothing else. Is SUPER ridiculous! They also don't nail prep properly during a pedicure, my gel polish also started to lift 3 days after. Prices are way to high and the quality does NOT meet the prices they are charging. read more

Absolutely love this place! After searching around for a place to go, since I am new to town, I found this cute little shop. They ladies are always so friendly and now that I am a regular they give me extra treatment in my pedicure which is the best! They always do exactly what I want and make me feel so at home! I have gotten multiple pedicures, gel manicures, and my eye brows waxed. I even took my fiancé to get a pedi with me and he loved it! :) they are great with designs and if you get the $50 pedicure, you get a little back massage as well which is awesome! I came here about 5 years ago after a a co-worker recommended them & refuse to go anywhere else! They use the best product, always get the length & shape perfect & I can bring them any IG pic & have it replicated to perfection at a reasonable price. If I could write a review with negative stars I would. I went to this place yesterday and they are disrespectful and racists. They were playing an explicit song by afroman with young people and myself in the shop. They turned it up loud and the words could not be mistaken. After that song there were several others played using the N word!! I could not get my pedi finished fast enough. Not a place for children, families or elders. They will never get another dime of my money. AND the pedi was not good. I left with an uneven polish! In a desperate need of some New Year's nails and getting turned away from my favorite nail place because they were too busy my friend remembered AZ-3D nails. A place she use to go to years ago. Great first impression. This place looks super fancy and nice. Lots of new equipment, spa's, fresh paint, TV's, and tons of room. I had one lady who did my toe's and they decided that another lady would do my nails at the same time. That is fine with me, I am all about saving some time. The ladies were friendly but didn't ask me enough questions. They didn't ask me what kind of shape I wanted, they did not ask me what pedicure I wanted, they just went at it. My toes were fine. But the Gel on my finger's were lumpy, thick, and the nails were not straight. They started lifting from the back 3 days after getting them done. Needless to say, the only thing I ended up being impressed with was the look of this place. Next time I will just paint my own nails if I need them done in a hurry. read more

So I went online to Google and I typed in nearest nail salons near me and actually came across this one. I read a lot of the reviews and a lot of people were claiming that their nails were done horribly and they didn't like the experience and ask for a discount or their money back and the owner would not offer it. Well knowing me I like to testing places out for myself so I did. I had an appointment today. I walked in today got my nails done at my 1 o'clock appointment, got there early and they still took me right away. I had no wait time and they were very professional and I got assigned Chloe to do my nails. Let's just say I've never had my nails done so well to how I like them until I came here. I have gone to maybe 10 or 15 different nail places and not once have the outcomes been this great. I will upload a photo of how my nails look but I have to say Chloe was outstanding. she talked to me and she was very nice and polite and friendly. I also told her that I like my nails a little bit more on the thin side and she still did that for me perfectly. Now I cannot speak for the other nail techs there but I can say as far as Chloe goes I am very very pleased with my nails and she did not get angry with me at all when I switched from nail polish to dip powder for my accent nail which will be in the photo. For me this is a five out of five stars. had no complaints the pricing was I think pretty normal for a nail salon they're all kind of pricey if you get long nails like I do and acrylic with gel.
