Cindy has done my nails twice now and both times she blew me away. The attention to detail, personality, and quality was outstanding. She was a joy to sit with and converse. The acrylics also lasted 3 weeks which was amazing. Cindy was also extremely patient and helpful while I took forever to choose colors. We asked for short and round but got long and pointed. The person said it would be fixed at the end but it wasn't. When i asked my daughter (age 15), 'I thought you asked for short,' the nail guy said, 'this is short.' We had to ask to redo after completion. A nice lady did the fixing without complaint so that part was good. Make sure the guy understands I guess. read more

She is also very realistic and cost conscious; therefore, she will make honest recommendations about what will look best and won't let you break the bank without informing you about the cost of any add-ons. It's my first time here. Let me tell you Mai was amazing She took her time, she removed all dry skin and dry skin from where I had had my in grown surgery. If you know the pressure of ingrown nails, then you understand me. Super sweet lady, made me feel pampered for sure. I'm definitely returning after surgery to get my toes done here. Still coming to this spot and am OBSESSED! I absolutely love all the staff, they're so accommodating and have great customer service. If you have an appointment they are very punctual and will not over commit themselves. HUGE plus considering a lot of other places do not do that. So I got an SNS manicure which is dip powder to be used on your natural nail. Lana and Tien know how to do it and it is amazing! See the photo attached to my review to see it! I'm not sure about the reviews on the new management change, because I think it's better! The old management had a weird vibe, the ladies now are chill, polite, and fun to chat with. I had some good experiences here with Alex the owner. I'm not sure who worked on my pedicure but it was the worst pedi I've ever had! It took 1 1/2 hours and I had to tell her what to do (I.e, file, get the dead skin, take the old polish all the way off, etc). They were so overbooked that I had to go somewhere else to get my nails done even though my appointment was there. They lost a repeat customer because all that was offered was $15 off. It hurts me to write this review. Last week I came into Lana's to get a full set. I've been here multiple times, each time I left happy. With that being said, I made an appointment and arrived later in the afternoon. I wanted what I thought would be a simple black tip for a wedding I was attending. I was completely wrong. After laying on the acrylic, the nail would bend (inserted a picture for reference). The nail tech noticed the problem and put my hand under the light for 30sec-1min to see if it would harden. It did not. So he added another layer of clear acrylic on top of the soft acrylic. Still soft. 2.5 hours later, I left SO unhappy and still being able to bend my thick nails. Within 20 minutes of being home 2 nails snapped. I immediately called and no answer. The next day I call again and it's almost like he knew why I was calling. He answered the phone saying "what happened". Thank goodness I got in right away. He had to completely remove the whole nail and start over. This time I went with something easier, all black. Well here I am a week later writing this. This set is just as bad as the last. It has been a week since getting this set and I hate it. read more

My wife and went here and I think they were ready to go home. Neither one of us was happy with the job they did. They hurried through it. My wife came home and had to fix her nails. The massage was very short and was not good at all. We won't be back. 28 dollars for something that isn't good. Then we had to tip on top of that. You don't want to leave without tipping. Alex the owner does a fantastic job and gives you exactly what you want. I'm super indecisive and he is extremely patient and helpful, and he's really humble. One of my favorite things is that he doesn't drill my nail down to wear there's a large ridge when you take acrylics off. I do like to switch off and get gel and don't want my nails to break. So happy with my service. My nails look fantastic and not only that he gave me one of the best pedicures I have ever had. The prices are definitely fair. They do walk-ins however it's best to make an appointment of course, or call ahead as it's not a large salon with lots of employees. This was my second visit and I will keep coming back. read more

My friend recommended that I come here and I'm so glad that she did--Lana is super fast, but very good at what she does. She brought my unpresentable nails back to life! I had SNS and a pedicure done and they did a great job at both. My nails look very natural and thin vs the thick SNS look that some salons give.The pedicure was super thorough and so far my nails are holding up great. Bate and switch. The website has a price for specific services. I called to make an appointment, confirmed the web site price, for exactly what I wanted. When I arrived, I picked out the nail polish color that I wanted and was asked to take a seat. When the tech came over to begin, he then told me the price, which was $10 more than both their website and quote over the phone. I told him that and he was firm about the price being higher. I liked how easy it was to book an appointment but after the services, me and my brothers girlfriend both left with crooked nails. Before she filed and after putting on the pink powder I've told her my nails were crooked and uneven. She kept saying " yes yes not finished", as if she knew what I meant. By the time Jessica was done it wasn't even or straight, I've been getting my nails done and not once did they say my fingers were crooked or had problems previously. ALSO ADD YOUR OWN TOTAL FOR GROUP. ALL HONESTLY I LET MY GUARD DOWN BECAUSE I DIDNT THINK THEY WOULD DO ME LIKE THAT. I was ripped off 147 and only got $125 back. It didn't dawn on me until after I paid and was like wait that don't add up. After I showed her what I should be refunded she started adding more money to my total and that's not what she had said before I paid. I was charged $408 when I had four $39 pedi. 2 manicures which she told me was $105 together. NEVER GOING BACK!!! read more
